BEWARE! Employees here running a scam and overcharging credit cards! Dine at your own risk! BEWARE! I had a bad experience with another Panda Express a few years ago, and haven't been to one since. But it was a rainy night and I was hungry for Chinese, so I decided to give this place a try again. BIG MISTAKE! I should've known better... I used the drive through to order my meal. The person on the other end asked if I wanted to round up my charge for a nonprofit they were supporting - I said No. Now, a rational person would think that no means no. But not to these folks.... upon getting home and opening my meal I discovered that 1) my meal was incorrect and didn't have the food selection that I ordered and 2) they HAD indeed rounded up my purchase price without my permission. Completely unacceptable. I called the restaurant and they told me there was nothing they could do over the phone, but that I (I!!!!) could get back out in the rain to get my money back. Umm.. excuse me?! YOU FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. Well... if you know me, my next call was to corporate. They apologized sincerely, offered to send coupons to make up for the meal and over charge, and would get back to me so I could share my experience with others. It's been 2 months - no call, no coupon. Completely unacceptable as well. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE... no...COVID-19!!!

The light on my phone makes it look better than it really looked.

Wow. This was pretty bad. I usually try to find SOMETHING positive about a food establishment, but I'm beginning wonder how or why this place is still open. I gave it one star because it didn't take long to get my order. But once I got home and looked at my food, I understand why the line moved quickly! Everything looks the same! I ordered the two entree plate, Orange Chicken, Black Pepper Angus steak with fried rice. I don't know where to start. I am attaching photos of my lunch. I was shocked to see that the ORANGE chicken DID NOT look, nor taste like ORANGE chicken. Also, it is dark meat orange chicken so it was more breading than meat. There were MAYBE four small pieces of steak. And it DID NOT look like the photo! Shocker! I didn't have ANY red or green peppers with the steak, only two or three slivers if onions and some very wilted and sorry looking pieces of broccoli...well, I guess it was supposed to be broccoli. The fried rice was DRY, mushy and boring. *sigh* I paid a little under $10 for what was not even worth $5! Do yourself a favor and go to an authentic Chinese restaurant and NOT a chain! This was my second time trying Panda at this location. I went the first month it opened and it was JUST ok, but I wasn't impressed. This time, I just thought I'd give it another shot and I wanted something different. Ugh. Never again.

I had no idea Panda Express had catering as an option, but I highly recommend!! They had different options for different size crowds and honestly it was so much food! Huge portions. They allow you to mix and match side and protein options as well. The 18-22 person catering size was 3 sides and 3 proteins (large containers). It honestly could serve 30 probably. Everything was prepared fresh and was the best Panda Express food we have ever had. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Fulfilled my request for sauces to accompany the meal and even helped me carry my order out to my car. The inside of the restaurant was spacious and clean. It felt more upscale than a typical fast food. Lots of seating available. Overall it was a great experience.

Shanghai Angus steak and cream cheese rangoon with rice. Disappointing food portions for a high price.

I finally had panda express and I'm pretty disappointed. I always hear people hype it up but this is what I get for 10$. Kinda weird I get 20% main meat and 80% rice, even weirder that wontons count as a entree item instead of a appetizer or side. For a drive thru Chinese place I guess its ok and it's fast but it's very meh when you have so many better options. It hurt my heart when I opened my plate up and majority of the to go late is nothing but rice. I'll give it two more tries but this really killed my experience.

Great value for the amount of food you get. I've never had an issue with service, they are always very fast and the food is very good.

We got so many things to start with Coconut water rice cake. Yes it does have the consistency of a sponge cake. It was good! I also got some Panda red bean buns. Cute and also good! For drinks: Sake, Taro bubble milk tea, and a Thai milk tea. We tried Winter Melon and clam soup For my entree I got Chicken with Lotus root which I enjoyed, My husband got crispy intestine . (My husband said he has never had it done that well-clean taste ) I tried it and it was ok. My son got the Szechuan style sautéed brisket and he ate it up ! To go yep we got sautéed pork belly and eggplant, pork, & basil . Both were also good. The waiter worked his bum off and we gave him a good tip. The only complaint were the young boys working up front who weren't friendly and acted like working was killing them. Why I didn't give you a 5! Otherwise you would have deserved it !!! All the food was delicious! Now on to the market - I like this better than the hometown market why they have many things I haven't seen including Jin noodles I have been looking everywhere for!!!! We bought many things to try including cucumber, orange, and what I thought was Mango potato chips. Nope it was abalone ! Not so good but the orange was good Of course Jin noodles , tiramisu mochi, banana milk rice snacks(yum) , tamarind drink, orange pepper spice, and chili crisp Our cashier though was joyless . Would I go back to both ? Yes I would!!

My moo goo gai pan had barely any chicken in it. There were huge chunks of vegetables and it was way too starchy. It was like they were trying to compensate for the lack of protein in it. I haven't ordered from them this year, but I did tonight. Listen the economy is rough for everyone but I paid $15 for this chicken and they used maybe 1/8 of a chicken breast in it. Not cool. Hate to leave the negative review, but I need to warn people that they're using filler food to complete the orders and charging more. What's not cool anywhere these days is paying more and getting way less than just a few years ago. All of us are working hard to earn money and it just feels so disappointing to not get what you pay for, especially when you're paying more than you used to. I don't know who to blame for this. If I wanted a carton of vegetables I would have eaten a frozen bag for $2.50 tonight.
