Everything was awesome! The young lady at the counter was super at multi-tasking! The food was made fresh and piping hot. Everything was GREAT! The best Chinese food I've had in YEARS! It was so good I ate there three days in a row while in town on business then took multiple entrees home for myself and family on my flight! Will recommend and visit again! read more

I love their Mongolian beef and the soup is delicious. I've never dined in but the restaurant looks nice inside. The staff were friendly and polite. I've ordered from them several times and never disappointed. You will like it. read more

This is our new go to spot for Chinese food. The food is always hot and fresh. There is a 10-15 minute wait for your food but it's definitely worth it. My only gripe is the egg rolls are soooooo small. The definitely give you way more food for the price you pay. read more

They take Apple Pay!!!!!! This was music to my ears!!! New year but same results. Consistently well made food. Dinner size portions boasted a ridiculous amount of food! Literally enough food for a family. The prices have increased slightly but certainly no complaints there. I enjoyed my food as well as the fast and courteous service received. It's been a year since my last visit. The inside was closed at that time but the dining room is open now. Pro tip: any dish can be prepared spicy read more

Diverse menu, great portions and friendly service. Easy on the wallet. Have tried beef and chicken dishes. Fried dumplings and hot and sour soup. It's one of our neighborhood favorites. read more

I'm kinda picky when it comes to Chinese food but this place was highly recommended by my daughter who's a true connoisseur of all Chinese Japanese & Asian cuisine so if she says it's good it's good! She was right the food was delicious! We kept it simple & got fried wings fried dumplings and shrimp fried rice HOWEVER they gave us house fried rice instead of the shrimp which was no biggie but they were out of the hot & sour soup & we weren't told until we got there so I was disappointed because that's the one thing my daughter said was a must have so of course I gotta come back other than that I would have given 5 stars read more

We have gotten food to go from here and this time we ate in. This is our favorite in the area hands down. It is worth the drive for us to get food worth paying for. We have gotten food at some of the other places around the area and it's not worth paying for. Thank you for wonderful food. We got Egg Drop soup LoMein, Pepper Steak, Sweet and Sour Chicken It is all good. read more

The food was pretty solid! I had the shrimp fried rice and to my surprise the shrimp was fried! It was a healthy portion and the price point was good. I ordered over the phone and my order was ready in less than 10 minutes. Service was solid and the restaurant was tidy. I def plan to drop in whenever I'm craving fries rice! read more

Excellent food and service. Highly recommend the hot and sour soup and triple delight. I was in Birmingham for one week and we ate here three times, it was so good. Can't find Chinese food like this in San Antonio. read more

Food is good, great service. I'm a 10 year customer and I'll continue to order again and again. Well pleased!

Looks ghetto on the outside but the food was amazing! Large portions. It took a little while to get our order, but it was made to order, so it was worth the wait. Two things that I feel that they could improve. One is they didn't have garbage cans and two, it was hot in there. A very busy establishment. We will definitely go back, although next time, I will probably get it to go. read more

China Palace - Hot and Sour Soup, low to medium spice and decent flavor compared to other local Asian spots. Perfect for a chilly day. - Chinese Near Me - Birmingham, Alabama

As always, this restaurant never disappoint in having good Chinese food. I come in all the time that they even know what I want to order before I say anything. Most Chinese restaurant downplay on the food portion during lunch hour, but that not the case here and the amount of food you get is enough to carry you over for the next day. The chicken and broccoli and the fried rice are always cook to my liking and some places fried rice has too much cooking oil, but there fried rice is something my stomach can handle since they seem to use very little cooking oil toward the fried rice. The owners are friendly and as long you're not acting like a know it all, you'll be treated with respect. If you're ever in the Trussville area and craving Chinese food, I'll definitely recommend checking them out. read more

Ehhh... unfortunately I'm not impressed. We ordered large orders of General Tso's Chicken and Orange Chicken, and literally could not tell them apart. Each entree was just small chunks of breaded deep fried chicken in a slightly different sauce. I've ordered the same meal from another restaurant in town, and while the Orange Chicken is about the same everywhere, the GTC at the other restaurant is unbreaded, and full of vegetables in a light yet tasty sauce. Furthermore, I called in the order and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes, but when I arrived 30 minutes later, it was not yet ready. Lastly, I really would have liked some homemade Chinese hot mustard, but all they offered were the small packets of the same cheap imitation mustard you can get anywhere. The one saving grace was the young lady working the counter. She was very pleasant and helpful. She is the only reason this restaurant gets a second star. I suppose if you're just looking for small chunks of deep fried chicken in mystery sauce, this is the place for you. I doubt we'll be back any time soon though. read more

China Palace - One is Orange Chicken, one is General Tso's Chicken. I have no idea which is which. They taste about the same. - Chinese Near Me - Birmingham, Alabama

The lobby is very clean always, staff friendly. They are not allowing eating in the lobby at this time nor can you go inside to place order. Orders are called in and distributed through walk up window. Food is always good and they give you more than enough. read more

I order from the lunch menu. The portion size was comparable to the dinner menu. The food was good.

This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants. It's a small family-owned place located in a strip mall across from Lowe's in Trussville. The General Tso's, hunan, and tofu dishes are very good, and you can choose between fried rice (with diced onions) or white steamed rice as your side. They have good deals on combination lunch and dinner entrees that include rice and an eggroll, and the portions are huge. The young girl who works the front counter and dining room is very friendly and always seems to remember how I like my order. The only downside to this place is that the dining room is fairly small and the kitchen apparently isn't very well-ventilated, which makes the grease from the kitchen hang in the air. Whenever I leave this place, I smell like I've been working a fryer for 8 hours. If that's a problem though, you can always just grab some takeout. read more

This place is fabulous. I've been going there for years and the food is always top quality and the quantity is unbelievable. Always quick and quite tasty. Service is always great. Their hot & sour soup is the best. And my personal favorite, Egg Fu Yung -- amazing. Pricing can't be beat!! read more

If there was any way to rank zero stars for this place. The service is horrible. The food tastes like it's been cooked and reheated. Their drink machine had an out of order sign. When I asked when would it be functional again, I was met with a machine not working. Tea or water are your choices. If you are going here, make sure it's getting food to feed stray dogs and cats. On second thought...they deserve better. Don't trust the other reviews on this place. You'd be a dimwit to even try to enter the door of this business. read more

I always enjoy eating fast Chinese cuisine here. Garlic chicken is my usual, but today I got the fried dumplings ($5.95). They were seasoned perfectly with a crisp edge. The sauce was traditional, what I would expect to be served alongside dumplings in other similar restaurants. Lunch prices always reasonable. read more

This was my first (and likely last) time I visitted here. I ordered Generaal Tso''s chicken and an order of steamed dumplings. Great staff. food is always seasoned good and given large amount of food. Clean restaurant and fast service

Was not a fan. I got the house fried rice and the the chicken and prom were so dry that they tasted like jerky. Portions were pretty big but I'd rather have quality than quantity. You can go across the highway and for the same price get the same amount at a much better quality from mr chen read more
