I come here often, and order the orange chicken and the chow mein. Orange chicken is usually good, sometimes wayyy too saucy. 9 out of the 10 times I order chow mein, it is 90% onion. I swear I get like 10 noodles in the entire thing. Inside is always clean, which is great. Workers are always kind, which is also great. I just think they need to put less onion in their chow mein and they'd be perfect. read more

Buyer beware! Food is cold overcooked, rice is crunchy and gross. The chicken egg roll was burnt. The rice was not overcooked and not cooked how one achieves this I don't know. Save money go anywhere else. Update: verified with employee that they mix old rice with new rice. read more

Decided to give this place another chance, I ordered white rice and fire cracker shrimp. When I got home all I got was vegetables and no shrimp. I also ordered noodles but when I got home it was all vegetables. I do not recommend this location. This will be my last visit to this place. read more

The worker Aaron was amazing and patient!! Definitely deserves a shoutout for his hustle and hard work..

The rice is undercooked, the beef and broccoli is slimy and the chicken teriyaki is almost grey in color and taste awful! There is no food standard. So disappointed! Not coming back! read more

Went to get dinner at 5:30. No white rice. So I figured she meant they were making more. I mean how does Panda run out of white rice. Right? She informed me they have no white rice period. Come on. It's 5:30pm. How do you run out of rice at dinner. So, I went across the street to Chipotle to get some tacos. Guess what Chipotle's had? WHITE RICE! You can't make this stuff up. read more

Joe, Yaressa (I believe her name was) were patient, kind, and helpful. It was the dinner rush and every single employee were working their tails off. Amazing communication between each member, the restaurant was spotless, and they were constantly making fresh and hot food right there. Although things were hectic, not one of them showed they were stressed out. I'm usually not one to eat out, but I will definitely be making my trips to this Panda Express location. The only downfall is their sign. It's turned off and it's 6:15 p.m. I would assume they're open, but from afar, some may guess they were closed. read more

Horrible. I walk in to order, gal is talking on her headset while looking at me, doesn't acknowledge my existence. I say this and that please, and a side of sweet and dour for the egg roll I asked for. She forgot, had to walk back and say "hello there, you didn't give me the sauce" read more

I only have an issue with the Randall Road location. I tried placing an order online and it kept asking me to choose a size, yet, it was functioning at all. It was on the other local Panda Express (St. Charles). I even attempted to call them and it went straight to "we are unable to take your call"...no message option. I went in person as I thought it may be closed...and it was open, not busy and I placed my order. I feel they had everything turned off as they did not want to be bothered with online or phone orders.... I emailed the CEO of Panda, twice..explaining what the situation...and did not get a response. I won't order from this location again...I'm done... read more

I have been going to this place for over 10 years, and never had a bad experience, but tonight the tall guy there told me that things have change when I complain about my broccoli beef, only one little piece of beef like wtf! Online orders can only be picked up in-store but when you have a child who cannot wear a mask, you have no choice but to go to the drive thru. "Ok whatever... this one time" did you REALLY just say that to me?!? Speaking of online ordering, why have a "special request" section when the employees NEVER READ IT?!? Every. Single. Time. Not once have they complied with our necessary requests. And one side of sauce per plate?!? Sooooo... with 6 meals, you only give me 3? How does THAT math work? Your over priced food is not worth the headache of dealing with your rude employees. One Employee who - by the way - set this whole fiasco in motions by rolling her eye at me. read more

Food is fine, good actually. The likelihood that this location ever has everything you want want ready at the same time is zero. Zero. Ever. Place your order, pay and proceed directly to the parking spots marked Panda Express. Build the 10 minute wait time into your plans. Food good. Execution, not good. read more

I'd give this place zero stars if I could. This is the Panda Express I've learned to avoid, food is always old and staff is rude and look like they hate being there. Just go to the one in Naperville, food is always fresh at that location. read more

Have been to this location a few times. Food is good most of the time. But if you go in the drive thru make sure you check your bag 4 out of 5 times u will be missing something. And even if you ask they say yes and then once u go to eat it you dont have all your order read more

Expect to wait....3-4x as long as you're told! Went through the drive-thru tonight....receipt says 7:56. Was asked to pull forward as there would be a "3-4 minute wait" for my order, which is typical. I finally walked in at 8:12 and asked for my order, after watching multiple people walk in, then back out with their food. I asked for my order and the girl apologized for the wait. I replied, "I knew there was going to be a wait, but I was told 3-4 minutes and it's been almost 15!" She simply asks if I'd like any sauces, hands me my order, and says "have a nice night," just like there were no issues. read more

Myself & A friend decided to stop their to get dinner, We went to walk in & The women behind counter hollered Drive thru only, They had customers in the restauran, No sign on door & The doors were unlocked, I like to see the freshness of the food before I order, IWe were not happy, The drive thru was very busy & We were not going to sit in a long line waiting to order, How RUDE of the workers their, So they lost 2 Customers tonight, We ended up going some where else where our business was appreciated read more

The food was usually good but they're always running out of various entrees. About 50% of the time when I order they are out of it and many times aren't making any more that evening. What kind of restaurant runs out of food 1 1/2 hours before closing time ? And does this so frequently. I have better things to do with my time than wait in line to ultimately be told that they're out of my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choice. My experience seems very consistent with the experiences of several other former customers. I won't be back. read more

Fried rice tasted rotten, and it smelled horrible. Take your business to panda in Oswego

Lot of bad reviews....for what it is, I've always gotten fresh food, and it has a pretty good taste. Often not all the entrées are ready to go, but I suppose it's trying to way having food sitting around versus having fresh food... If that's the case, I'll take the fresh food and wait an extra few minutes. So I give it five stars because it's fast food chains - just expect too much so I think this place pretty much maxed it out it's read more

I visited this location today (6/29/20) around 6 pm and there were 5 employees working behind the counter (that I could visibly see). Two of them were cooking food on the back wall and not wearing face masks while doing it. They were on but around their necks, not covering nose or mouth. A third employee, a girl scooping the food into to-go orders was also not wearing her mask on her face. She was also SCREAMING orders at everyone around her. We are in a global PANDEMIC and I would assume food workers would be the first people to wear face coverings at work behind medical staff. Very disappointing and overall super gross. Not to mention, food was ice cold and rice was hard. read more

I would like to say that the customer service via email or the toll-free number or even the survey number, and even the outgoing message that shows the corporate attitude and policy and culture is in every way opposite of my horrible experience at this restaurant. They were professional and prompt and kind and thoughtful and generous and immediate and made no excuses. If you listen to the outgoing messages on the survey you will see that would happen to me at this location and on my very first visit on a very simple drive-thru is it is in no way interest by the corporate office for the company and I expect things to get much better at this location as a result of their intervention and training. read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my grandparents. Last week they ordered food to take home. Long story short my grandpa found a worm (not sure what kind) the size of his thumb in his chow mein. From what he described it was big enough you would think it's hard to miss. read more

If you go through the drive through they play you bad on the portions. My family was so upset when I ordered $30 of orange chicken and chow Mein. I won't go back. I went there for a few basic dishes yesterday. I was told to pull forward "for six minutes" and wait until a new batch was cooked, which was no big deal. After 15 minutes went by no one came out. I called their phone twice with no answer. I finally had to park down the parking lot (nothing else closer), take my kids out of their car seats and go inside. The cashier glanced up in my direction and then ignored me. When someone finally deigned to speak to me, I showed the receipt and asked for my food. First, she said they sold the last of it but I could "wait another ten minutes." Then, she said they had my food but it would be cold by now, so I could "go home and then come back" so it could all be re-made. I told her I am not driving 25 minutes home then 25 minutes back, which not only made no sense, but did nothing for my hungry kids. I asked why they did not answer my phone and was told "it doesn't work." In cases like these, a customer should either receive a refund or be given a voucher for some form of food in the future. Instead, I was treated like I was annoying them with (gasp) a human need for sustenance. The entire experience was dismissive, unprofessional and dissatisfying. read more

They will ask you if you wanna try one of their specialty options but won't actually put it on your plate!! They have done this to me 7 times already it's ridiculous, why ask if we wanna try something just so it won't be in the plate and then charge me for it. I shouldn't have to check my food they should be able to do their job correctly! worst Panda Express by far, lack of attention would not come back at all. read more

I ordered a simple panda bowl with orange chicken and chow mein. I was told it would be 4 minutes on the noodles because they had ran out and were making a new batch. I ended up waiting 10 minutes and when the guy gave me my food i check it looked good so i drove home. When i got home they had given me rice with a layer of noodles on top. It seemed like they were trying to cover up the fact they made my order wrong rather than just giving me the correct order. I dont spend my money often on fast food since it can be pricey so i was very upset to see my order wrong. read more

My husband and went at dinner time and when I asked for brown rice, they were out...OK, I asked for white rice instead. When I asked for a bowl, it consisted of more than 3/4 rice and just a little tiny bit of entree on top. When I mentioned that the serving seemed small, the girl told us that they were allowed to give only "one heaping scoop" and that was it. I watched her do it and it was not heaping! She just stood there looking at us, so we said no thanks and left. East China Inn has much better food, larger portions, and better prices. Not going back. read more

They don't give much orange chicken or coconut shrimp when I order 3 entrees horrible fast food service I'll never go back

I am a frequent happy customer to this Panda location, so it saddens me to have to leave a bad review. I got to the drive thru and was told that my food would take an extra five minutes, so I said "No problem" and pulled up. I waited 10 minutes for my food to arrive, and when the person finally walked outside, she did not say anything, just handed me the bag and left. In the bag the food was placed sideways so the food was spilling out. I was given no utensils or napkins, and the smallest portion of orange chicken (about 5-6 small pieces). I then tried to call the restaurant to talk to someone, but it automatically hung me up since nobody was there to answer. Lastly, I tried to fill out the survey to see if there was any sort of comment section and there wasn't, just three short questions. I've never left a bad review ever before, but I've also never been treated this way as a customer. My motivations for writing this review is to improve the customer service so that other people do not have to go through the same thing. read more
