I ended up having to park, go in the store and get the entire order corrected. As I watched them, they proceeded to take my order, unwrap the sandwich, add an egg from a warming drawer, and rewrap it. I refused this sandwich and asked them if this is what they consider "fresh", the answer was yes. Whataburger has gone downhill ever since it started being operated fun an investment firm in Chicago. The hand washing basin is dangling off the wall and has caulk all over it which seems applied by a drunken repair person. It was literally disgusting and smelled worse.
