This restaurant has gone straight down hill in just a few months. My order for my workmates and myself was around $90. First, I ordered online for a 11:45am pick up and I received the first text at 11:20am. 'Get it fresh and hot' was out of the question if I can't pick up until the requested time! So, the food was room temp when our ordered arrived. Second, there were multiple problems with fulfillment. None of the orders had a true 'portion' of the protein that has been standard in the past. Two of the orders were correctly labeled but did NOT contain the what was ordered (2 portions of chow mein were present when 1 portion of fried rice and 1 portion of chow mein was ordered etc.). I had take time to order soy sauce, chili sauce, napkins, and forks. I received forks, no sauce, and no napkins. As a positive, the food that I get is always fresh, high quality, and takes really good. It will be awhile before I do business with this PANDA again. read more

Mobile order, first time in a while I've ordered the terrible sliced chicken breast, honestly Im not sure what the heck they gave me, it was gray and rubbery, I made a mistake of thinking maybe from sauce, but I couldn't even chew it it was so rubbery. Got to pickup window, young lady said 10 min for mushroom chicken. Ok, not in a hurry I can wait. They were NOT busy!! She said park by the door they'll bring it out. Waited about 15 minutes and called them. Young man who answered apologized because they'd forgotten about me! Offered free stuff to go with order so he redeemed himself. Food was hot but noodles were tough. AI made me very uncomfortable and nervous. Had it been a real person they would have been able to tell me about the wait and I could have ordered something else. I've tried to come to this location 3X and always end up leaving the drive thru with nothing because they have a "10-12 minute wait" or "we don't have enough for a full portion" for most menu items. I was asked to pull in front and wait for an online order I placed 20 minutes before arriving. Was told it would be 8 minutes before the eggrolls were ready. After waiting for at least 20 minutes and seeing 5 different people arrive and leave with their food, I drove back through the drivethrough and my order was ready (3 days ago) Today my wife picked up an online order for me and had to wait 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time for the mushroom chicken to be done. I am honestly embarrassed to have to report such a bad review on a restaurant in my neighborhood. We waited at the drive-thru to place an order, which took a while even though we were the only car there. When Michelle got on the mic, she spoke very low, and we couldn't hear her. So we asked again what she said, and she refused to repeat herself, so we drove to the window. She walked away and never came back to acknowledge us. We went back around to try again, and finally, we got her to speak up only to say they had enough food for two plates only, and the only thing we could get was string bean chicken or mushroom chicken, nothing else. This is when we experienced Mallory with a nasty attitude. She didn't care about what we had just experienced. She just wanted us to pay for the food and leave, so that's exactly what we did leave and let them keep the string bean chicken and Mushroom chicken. I wonder if the manager knows they take all the food off the line an hour before they close and keep two plates of food for an hour. I can't imagine that's what Panda Express corporate is telling them to do. Panda express values were not expressed at all. First of all, this location is ALWAYS out of food. They are always out of chow mein, always out of orange chicken, always out of something. How can you run out of the most commonly ordered menu? We are so excited to have a new place to eat near home! We went through the drive thru. They were courteous and fairly quick. My only complaint was we said no chili sauce but lots of soy. We got lots of chili and 2 packs of soy. NOT a huge deal. The food was fresh and hot and wonderful. We got the orange chicken and the black pepper chicken. Manager at this location is incredibly rude! Say their stuffing his face while no one took our order. Yells at customers, sits in the corner eating food. Tells us it'll be a 13 minute wait to get our order, amongst other rude things. It ended up taking 24 minutes instead, for a three plate entree and two basic sides. On 10/5/20 I Went through the drive thru around 9pm, was asked to park dueto unavailability of some of my items and will be cooked fresh, Iwas asked to park and wait for my food, waited 23 minutes outside until I went inside to ask for my order. When I asked for my order staffed seemed as they didn't know they had customer parked outside waiting for food. Nice big portions. Fresh compared to Little Elm location on 423 & El Dorado. Ordered orange chicken with chow mein bowl. However, the orange chicken was way too spicy and vinegary!!! I couldnt finish it. It had such a large serving of chicken too. I have never had such a spicy dish from any Panda Express before this one. This Panda Express never "supplies for demand" because they are always out of meals. For example, they run out of sesame chicken often and this has been an issue for months, yet nothing has changed. Plenty of other customers in this area state the same experience. If customers buy more sesame chicken, stock for sesame chicken? There is enough data for change unless someone hasn't been reporting what they need to. I hope to see less items out of stock in the future. read more

Was parked after the order along with at least 6 other cars. We all were just waiting in the parking lot. Waited 15 minutes. Walked in asked what the heck was going on (I was not pleasant because of the long wait). Nobody knew what was going on really. Leadership was lacking. Someone I assume the manager was just frantically filling orders but not communicating. The employees were trying to get answers and manager was just filling orders like a maniac. Right off, the food was fine as always. My problem are the employees. This seems to be a problem at all fast food places - they don't listen and they can't function unless you feed them info as THEY want it. The young girl packed my meal up to go without asking if it was dine-in or to go. I don't like eating out of a bag not to mention another plastic bag going into the landfill. She also didn't hear me say I wanted a small drink, then immediately asked me if I wanted one - then asked the size. I took my bag of food out into the dining room - not many clean tables, no ice in the ice dispenser, sweet tea but no unsweetened, and an employee sitting in the corner on her phone. doing store business - no big deal, (should be in an office, but...). The problem was she was SO freakin' LOUD. After she finished the call a couple of employees came out and sat with her and she was still LOUD. Of course, instead of visiting they should've been cleaning and taking care of business. I really understand the whole argument for higher pay for fast food workers but they should help their case and show that they care enough to do the job they have now. When I did my time in fast food as a teen we had the attitude that when you're not cooking, you're cleaning - and we put out a WHOLE lot more food than places do now and the tables were constantly cleaned, floors swept, etc. read more

Her response "Were out" ok so I'll order Honey Sesame chicken. Her response, " we're out but making some, but it's not ready and won't be." Then i tell her disregard she then YELLS BYE like she's glad I'm leaving. I drive to window to get her name, she doesn't tell me but I saw her name tag. She then yells again BYE! In the past two months I've visited Panda Express 3 times and every time I've left disappointed ! The service is just crappy. Portion sizes aren't good either. They put your third entree in a separate super tiny container and I can't hardly stand that. It's annoying! The line is always long and they fail to even acknowledge you when you walk in. With no one in line I waited a few minutes with no greeting. Then I used my coupon for a free entree and the lady told me I can only have $1.50 off the normal price of $4.20. Customers don't know how this works-if it's $1.50 off an entree do not put free entree anywhere on the coupon. I'm sick of the horrible service. Next time I'll pick anywhere but here! I'm done with this location, after today's debacle. I ordered at the drive thru, was told there would be about 6-8 minute wait and was asked to pull into a space by the front door and they would bring it out to me. Over 15 minutes later, I was STILL waiting, so decided to get back in the drive through and try to collect my food there instead (these extra minutes made me late for a work call, by the way). Finally got home and opened the container to find out that for some reason, someone at this location decided that fried rice should be made with brown rice instead of the white rice that it is traditionally made with.....wtf, Panda Express?? Not only did you make me late for my call, you f'ed up my order! Who makes fried rice with anything other than long grained white rice?? Not only does it look unappealing, it tasted like $hit.
