Anyone who eats street tacos knows you double wrap the corn tortilla, but not this place. The Al pastor taco was good, but it didn't come with pineapple even though it said it did online. The second time I ordered it, it did come with the pineapple. The steak ones were a bit chewy and tough. Bit bland in flavor, but I'm glad we have a place close by on 423 and 380 at least. The chicken flautas have cheese inside them and I've never seen that before. Usually it's just chicken. Ate one and tossed it as it had a funky taste to it. The kicker was the chorizo breakfast taco. They serve breakfast tacos all day. This was the WORST chorizo breakfast taco I've ever had in my life and I've had a lot. The chorizo was incredibly burnt like someone forgot they were cooking it and then just scrapped it from the burnt bottom of the pan. Complete garbage and bitter. The tacos were also really pricey for what they are. Street tacos shouldn't cost that much. read more

It's a lovely little joint near our home and the menu selection is pretty big! Very clean and the staff are friendly/I formative. Plenty of seating for small groups and the music is fun. The tacos were good but certainly overly priced for the portion size and quantity (1). We ordered 2 street tacos: quesobirria ($4.99) and carnita ($3.75) and it came out to be $9.46. I understand that it's a small business and it's very local to the residential homes nearby so pricing is advantageous to the owner, but it certainly is outrageous to be paying over $3.25 per taco. read more

This place was amazing! Walking in, the restaurant appeared clean and tidy. My order was to go and I ordered chips and guacamole, the guac came in a deli container that was stuffed full, more guac than i think I've ever received at a restaurant, most places are way too skimpy but not this place. The guac was also very fresh with whole chunks of avocado, not just puree like most places, it also had diced tomatoes as well. For the main dish we got the asada elote that was a full corn on the cob loaded with cotija and all sorts of other sauces and seasonings. As well as pork, barbacoa, and pastor tacos all on corn tortillas. The pastor tacos were by far the favorite but all of them were great, packed full, and loaded with toppings. You are absolutely getting your money worth here! Lastly, we got the churro which was amazing as expected at this point in the meal. We will absolutely be back time and time again. Everything was full and hearty with great flavor. The only suggestion i would make is adding a tad bit more salt and lime to the guac. But we did that ourselves with the limes that came with the tacos. read more

This location opened a few months ago, easy access off of highway 380 even with the construction. Outside of the building looks very nice and there logo is a taco so that's cool.. Then we walk inside and completely a different story. Very dark dinning area and the decor is like non existent. Two tvs and they are not like restaurant tv's like these look like get the tv out of the spare bedroom type tv. Then we get to the counter and start looking over the menu and looks great and prices not too bad. We go to place our order and the first four items we try and order the cashier walks too the window and makes sure they still have enough. This is alarming to me as I don't want the last scoop of that day's supply. I'm just weird like that. So go early in the day to get it fresh and then at night for the heated leftovers. Kinda like thanksgiving at the family's So now the food, tacos are about a 5 to 6 out of 10. Lots of onions and cilantro and the Barbacoa was pretty good. Then again we get a curve ball, we ordered the elotes. So it's corn on the cob then they put like all kinds of sauce all over and very very strong. I'm mean why are trying so hard on a classic dish? Lots of room for improvement, make some adjustments here and there will get you 4 stars all day. For that 5 star you will have to make some changes to the food.. First time here & got food to go. The staff were pretty good about explaining some of the menu items. I ordered a steak, quesadilla, chips and queso and churros.. (Although it was an hour and a half before closing, when I ordered - they were out of all desserts, but churros) The quesadilla was good. Made fresh and not thin. Ordered lunch from here today, and it was pretty meh. The steak tacos were kind of bland. They consisted of steak, onion, cilantro, a slice of radish, and a slice of lime. The steak was bland, and the lime did really give it the pop of Lagos I was expecting with the onions and cilantro. I also noticed there were no sauces served with the tacos, so they were kind of bland. The steak torta was good, again it was kind of bland, and it was very heavy on the beans. The beans actually over took the entire sandwich. Each bite was packed with them. I also never had a torta with jalapeños, but I like them, so it wasn't an unwelcome surprise. They added a needed crunch element to the torta. The chicken quesadillas was good, but it was more chicken than cheese. The chicken did have great flavor. The tortillas were also grilled nicely and had a very satisfying crunch. The chips and guacamole were also pretty meh. Both could have used more seasoning. The service was great. Extremely clean inside! Tried the fish, barbacoa, brisket, steak, and calamari and all of them were 10 out of 10 the food was amazing. The chips were hot and crispy. I wanted to express how deeply disappointed I am at the Aubrey location. This was our first time there and the service was beyond bad. The girl at the front was not friendly nor was she not helpful. And was acting as if I was getting in her nerves. I couldn't pronounce certain items on the menu and she didn't even to help me pronounce them or help in general. Then when I placed my order I specifically asked for extra limes. We ordered 7 quesabirria tacos and only 3 limes were given. So then I asked for more limes and she rolled her eyes and something in Spanish to the lady making the food. That lady then looked up at me with disgust and then I was handed 3 more limes.
