I need to change my original review. This was our go to place for years and it has just fallen off on consistency so badly. We have had super overcooked meals, meals where the meat tasted old, and you can't get a regular spice rating to save your life. We had three dishes and ordered 3 different spice levels. Not one had the right amount and most of them had barely any spice. No point in giving them money over and over if they can't get their act together. We have given them enough chances. read more

I've only done takeout here, and the process is simple--order online, pick it up, and enjoy some great comfort food at home. I usually get the Pad Thai and occasionally the wings, and both have been consistently good. I've also ordered a couple of curry dishes for my husband, and while they taste amazing, they don't have quite enough protein. To be fair, that seems to be pretty standard at most Thai places. As for dining in? TBD. For now, I'm enjoying the convenience of takeout. read more

This was our first time dining here. They were busy with take out orders so it took just a minute to get sat. At first we thought you were supposed to order at the counter before sitting down because of the line of drivers picking up orders. When we got up to the counter, they asked what our order name was and we said we were there to dine in. They apologized for the wait and quickly sat us and brought us menus. They seemed a bit short staffed because our server was running back and forth between To-Go orders and the the tables with diners. For our entrees, I ordered drunken noodles with tofu and hubby ordered Fresh Thai Basil (Kra-Pow) made authentic Thai style (with ground beef). I was really craving green curry but noticed it did not have eggplant??? I've never had it without and that is one of the reasons I love it so much. My noodles were really greasy and hubby's beef was dry; so our entrees didn't really thrill us. We also ordered several appetizers because we couldn't decide which one we wanted more (so why not try them all). We got Thai eggrolls, Crab Rangoon, Thai potstickers, and Vietnamese Spring Rolls. The eggrolls and crab Rangoon were ok, but the winners of our meal were the Thai potstickers and Vietnamese spring rolls. We'll come back to try the Pho next because they are located so close to our house - we hope the soups are better than the entree choices we selected. read more

I ordered pineapple curry with fried rice. I ordered 0 spicy because my wife does not like spicy food. They charged me $2.00 more for fried rice and gave me plain white rice. The curry was so spicy after one bite my mouth was on fire and my nose kept running. My wife spit it out becase it burned her down into her stomach. I also ordered a large bowl of tom kha soup with 0 spicy. It was not spicy but it was 3/4 water. Maybe, an inch from the top was coconut milk and the rest was hot water. I have been eating Thai food for 35 years and this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had. There is better, more authentic, and a lot cheaper places to find good Thai food other than this rip off. read more

This place is sooooo good! I've never had Thai food before coming here. I always get the fresh Thai fried rice with shrimp spice level 3 and it is perfect EVERY TIME!! My boyfriend and I decided to start trying different things on the menu. We had the Thai wings they were cooked to perfection and the sweet chili sauce added an incredible taste to it! The pineapple fried rice was good a nice sweet and spicy taste. The crab fried taste sooo fresh and flavorful!! OMG the fried ice cream is sooooo good!! Not too sweet. The breading is incredible!! We ordered Panang Chicken, Tom Kha soup, and fresh rolls. The peanut sauce with the fresh rolls was really good, so A+ on that dish. The soup was kind of bland, seemed like lemon grass was missing, and it could use a bit more chicken and other solid ingredients. We did like the creamy consistency, not thick, but def coconut milk added. I'd give it a B. The curry was also tasty, we paid extra for extra chicken, but we didn't feel like there was a lot of chicken in the dish. The sauce was a little runny for a curry sauce, in my opinion. Would also give this dish a B. Might go back and try the chicken satay and a few other dishes. I'll do another review if I do that. read more

Very good! Enjoyed the Orange Chicken (2 spice) and Pad Thai (3 spice). Had high hopes going here based off of other reviews, and ended up being pleased. Most places I go to don't have a good spice level for pad Thai. I enjoy tasting the spice, but other locations don't really have that kick I want. Just ordering a 3 here was good for me! A 4 might be doable as well, but for someone who enjoys spice without suffering through, I thought 3 was perfect. The orange chicken was delicious as well. The only "thing" I was concerned with was, I ordered online at 6:26pm, and they said it would be ready at 7pm. We left the house at 6:32, and by 6:34 I got a text saying it was ready. Thankfully we were only 10 minutes away. But if I hadn't had the ability to be there till 7, I would be afraid it woulda been cold. However, when we got there around 6:45, it was still piping hot, and even 12 minutes later at home it was the same!! So I was very pleased with that in the end. read more

Went with coworkers for lunch and for what it's worth and timing, it was pretty good. Would probably come back for another lunch event. We ordered quite a bit; the ribs, drunken noodles and pad Thai, thai teas, red curry, and cashew entree. All the food was delicious and big portions. Came out quickly, service was good too. This place is A1. I akways order pick up. I tried Pho from here for the first time. It was delicious. Broth and meat were separate from the vegetables and noodles; and i liked that so i could add as much as i wanted. Beef was tender. I crave Thai food often and Fresh Thai helps fill the gap in the Asian food space out here in Aubrey. I have yet to dine in the actual store as I started visiting this place during COVID and enjoyed doing curbside pickup. My go to order is the Pad See Ew with fried tofu, extra veggies and Level 3 spice. I find that Level 3 spice (out of 5) is flavorful and not too crazy. Sometimes I will bump it up to Level 4 if I really want a kick! My other favorite dish is Pad Thai with chicken but I've been more into the Pad See Ew lately. Reason for -1 star: Although their online ordering is convenient, the time estimation is terrible!! I have ordered several times and been told through the website that my order will be ready in 20-25 minutes. The first few times that I showed up after 20-25 minutes, I could tell that my food was been sitting out for a while. More recently, I still get the 20 minute estimation at checkout but now I get a text message saying that my food is ready within 10 minutes. So unless you are 10 minutes away, don't hit submit at checkout because your food will be ready faster than the time estimate. I know it's not a big deal that food is coming out faster but setting expectations is important to me when I am doing a food pickup with hot dishes. read more

I'm literally a fan girl but THIS PLACE!! Oh lord! I have to try and not stop every time I pass by. From the service as soon as you walk in, to the entire ambience of the place. The place is peaceful and quiet. If you're ever trying to get away from your kids or your wife, or husband, come to this place, and just have a nice meal in a quiet atmosphere where no one will bother you.. Did I mention that the food is fucking amazing oh my gosh !! It's amazing, it's tasty, it's not bland and flavorless like other places. And their Thai Tea is not too sweet, but not too sour.
