They lose a star because an employee used her key to walk in to the bathroom. She was lucky my white behind wasn't mooning her as I pulled up my panties. I'm extremely disappointed... Was expecting alot better. Felt like I paid too much for the food quality. I got the beef and broccoli and there were only 2 little beef pieces and the rest big stemmed broccoli pieces. I also got the black pepper chicken and there was more onions and celery than chicken. The egg rolls were burnt on the ends and the cream cheese rangoons were over cooked so much that the cream cheese was completely gone. I have been to a Panda Express out of Alaska and I thought it was no PF Changs, and it wasn't even better than Safeway chinese. I think it was WAY overpriced. I got a small cereal bowl of the Beijing steak and chow mein noodles, which was ok, nothing to rave about. I also got my wife the fried rice. Which was very plain. There was no chicken and very little veggies. I paid close to 13 dollars for just these 2 items. If I go to pay this much I want to get at least 2 entrées and a side. I can go into a local mall and get more food than this place. I always like the concept of fast food Chinese, but if you are going to do it then do it right. Try and beat out the competition. I would rather go to either Kenny's kitchen which is not to far, or make your own. Sorry Panda Express. But this is the way it is. read more

Thought we would give Panda Express a try today. Had the chow mein, orange chicken and shanghai angus beef. After eating a had to rush to the bathroom with the runs. My stomach has been upset since. Several hours later my wife had the same reaction. They must have sanitary issues or the food is spoiled sitting in the warmer. I don't think I will ever go back. read more

Being a southsider I seldom get over to Tikatnu area. Surprised to see Panda Express here. Excited too. Ordered a bowl of orange chicken and a Sweetfire Chicken Breast bowl. Both were outstanding flavor. My Sweetfire chicken bowl however had more pineapple than chicken. I think I counted it at 7 pineapple and 6 chicken pieces. $8.60 a bowl. Definitely not worth the price you pay. Too bad because otherwise I love the flavors. read more

The Mushroom Chicken was good and so was the Teriyaki Chicken but the White Rice was so dry it was eating straw or dried grass. Just don't get the white rice or ask to see it and taste it first. I don't think they used one tea spoon of water with this rice gross like totally. The Chow Main looked a little weird and thin so that's why I went with the White Rice big mistake. Not as good as some of the other fast chinese spots around town. Whats with the silly upcharges?.. Just say that item is that much. Carrs or Sagaya doesn't do this. I'm simply overwhelmed with the blandness, and the odd burnt oil flavor that the dishes seemed to be present on all the dishes. Beef Broccoli seemed watery, the fried rice was underseasoned to name a few problems. Serving size was good, serving temp was a little on the cool side. I give places multiple tries before I decide to write a review. I have been to Panda maybe 10 times now so I have gained the expierence to review this restaurant. The first time I ate here, it was delicious. Then every time the food quality and tastiness had declined. It wasnt until about the 4th or 5th time that the food was so delicious that they regained my business. Now, once again the noodles and rice are dry and the chicken is flavorless. I have tried everything on the menu and its no longer "that great". I expect more because this national chain comes to our "small town" and takes customers away from small local businesses with their cheap products with high price tags. Its unacceptable. Wanted to stop by because I had a craving for chow mein. Transferred enough into my checking account to cover the meal, so I thought. I ended up being 9 cents short so when I got to the window I handed the cashier a quarter and my debit card. The cashier comes back to the window and says my card is declined. I asked how did she apply the payment. She said she took the quarter off and processed the rest which made the order 11.55. My account balance was 11.71 when we began. I opened my account again and and I was at 00.00. I showed it to her and she proceeded to tell me I had no money. I respectfully told her that she did something wrong because my account has been charged 11.71. She went and got a manager. This lady comes and tells me the same thing over and over like I have no idea how my bank account works. I explained to her what happened and she went got some guy named James. This entire time I never raised my voice nor was I disrespectful, but James came to the window pretending like he wanted to know what happened only to regurgitate the same thing the other ladies had said which was you have no money and it says your account says pending. I explained to him it says pending because she swiped my my card and took money. The account says pending unless you use a pin. So left, with no food and seriously disgruntled. I called my bank and explained what happened and the bank explained to me that the cashier swiped my card for 11.80 the first time and the bank released 11.71(the balance of my account) leaving me to pay 9 cents. The cashier then tried to swipe my card 5 more times for 11.55. There was not 11.55 to take after the bank authorized 11.71. It takes a lot to annoy and upset me but treating me like an idiot will do it. read more

Pros: quick, not too expensive, cheerful staff, generous portions Cons: dirty (tables and beverage station not cleaned in-between diners); food is bland and poorly cooked. Fried rice contained rice, peas, carrots and corn, nothing else, including flavor. Were out of several popular entrees (and this was early in the lunch hour). Literally the only fast food restaurant in the Muldoon area that has ZERO vegetarian options. Even the veggies and fried rice are cooked in chicken broth and they use the same grills for everything. Website even proudly states they have zero vegetarian options. Considering in 2016 even McDonald's and Burger King have veggie friendly options, it's pretty pathetic. read more

It was "rush hour" and they were very busy inside. It took a while for me to get my order but they were very friendly and kept checking on me, letting me know that my order was still in the works. They gave me a glass to get a drink and I just chilled until my order was ready. Very happy with the service and they made it "personal", I wasn't just an order number. read more

I stopped at the one in the square off N. Muldoon on Sunday and I couldn't eat any of what I ordered. I went thru the drive thru and ordered crab ragoon, general tso chicken and rice. The crab ragoon was burnt and it was just cream cheese, which it might be, but I ordered crab ragoon, so the employee should have distinguished the difference in Panda's. The chicken was very crispy instead of soft and tender. The rice was overcooked. I tried a bite of everything and put some soy sauce on the steamed rice so I could eat a few bites of it. I went to the neighbor's McDonald's and threw away the Panda Express in the trash can. I won't return, because when you wait in a drive thru for 20 minutes, the food should at least be edible!! I've eaten at PE a few times in the lower 48, and always liked it, I was happy to hear we were getting one here. I've visited this location a lot, even though they're on the exact opposite side of town. It's very well run, there's a woman named Daisy that is extremely friendly and professional. All the other staff are kind and hard working as well. The food tastes very fresh, and even though we visited during a very busy time (line out the door), we never felt rushed, and we got served quickly. Went to this place and waited in the longest drive through line in the history of drive throughs. Not exaggerating, I was in this line for 45 minutes. I ordered the 'bigger plate." That's 3 entrees and a side. I pay and I get some food. I get home and open up The container to find that I got the much cheaper 1 entree meal but had paid the price of the 3 entree meal. It literally took me nearly 2 hrs from the time I left my house to the time I got back. I live downtown so driving back was just not a viable option. So I called. I'm still calling. I've been calling back to back for 30 minutes now to talk to a manager and no one has answered yet. To top it off, the incorrect food I overpaid for is terrible. Worst restaurant experience of my life. I will definitely be steering everyone I can away from this place. read more

We went to get some to go. The drive thru was so long so we went inside. We get to order and was told veggie were a 7 minute wait so said just give me the chow mein and she went to reach for the tings and the other girl grabbed them and proceeded to fill multiple to go boxes for the drive thru. We left. They only had two people working the front and six to seven people working the drive thru. Not a very organized panda. It is what it is, this place is located in an extremely busy shopping center so sometimes the wait times can definitely get up there, especially in the drive. The food is good, and, it is nice to see they use fresh vegetables in there cooking. read more

The customer service was great. She welcomed me as soon as I entered the door and had a smile on her face through the entire order. Offered me samples of the dishes offered, which was great because I was wondering about the Honey Walnut Shrimp.
