OMFG! today is 11/16/23 the staff working tonight shift was some of the most amazing people I've ever interacted with before at McDonald's. To set the scene I was driving a 15 person passenger van filled with youth to an event thinking I was going to park come inside the restaurant and order. They had the lobby closed most likely due to staffing. I totally understand. It's very very hard right now. So I had to drive this van through the drive-through not something I would recommend anyone doing, especially with 15 who wanted to order things that weren't even on the menu. The staff were extremely patient and the one taking my order was very kind and nice to let me know. She was going to help the other car for a minute while they were deciding. Orders and these are some of the most complicated orders I've ever heard in my entire life it's like these kids have never been to a McDonald's before ever. also I didn't know that you could request an extra hamburger patty inside a burger that already has too many. What is this in and out burger? I have no idea how they make the frozen café drinks but to see them make eight of them so rapidly blew my mind. I apologize profusely to every staff and all of them. We're extremely kind and nice to me. When I got up to the window, I knew it might take a while so I offered to pull the van out front out of the way so they let other cars get their food and move along. They told me there would be no need. They got us all of the drinks right away by the time they were done handing us all the drinks food order was then coming through the window quickly. We had two other cars in our caravan that were also in the drive-through that had a similar amazing experience. All of the youth love the food , even the strange things that they ordered who doesn't get pickles on a burger? Out of all of the order, there was one item that was forgotten we didn't find out until we arrived at our location. But we still had a car that was close by. They went back and were very kind to immediately make the item for them and apologize profusely. It's very strange to order hamburger patties by themselves. but the youth was going to feed his dog them. The place was clean and the staff acted like this was a normal thing. they did an amazing job. I personally don't frequent McDonald's often and I think this is by far the first time I have ever given one a 5 Star Review! but the entire team did amazing. Thank you so much. read more

You post that your closing at 11 every day and when I get there my mobile order is already ordered well before 11 and it's 1045 when I get there and I have to cancel my order because your manager says they are closed even though it's not 11 I don't care that you have to clean up when your shift is ending that is a you problem while you are in operating hours you should be serving food cleaning is for when you close now I won't get my money back for 7 days read more

The drive-through took 30 minutes just to take my order when we got to the window. They handed us the wrong order but instead of just throwing it away, they took back the food! When we gave them the receipt for our original order, they gave us food that was inedible with black little pebbles, or some kind of black debris on the fries. The buns on the sandwiches were not toasted and somehow hard as rock. They did not give us the right drinks (regular coke instead of one coke zero) could be really dangerous for some people...Service was horrible, I kindly asked for the food to be remade and somehow they still messed that up & took back the food then too! They made a remark out loud. "This is so ANNOYING!" We were still missing a fry and a McChicken. The bun on the McChicken was still hard. Yes, there was still some black debris on the fries. Every time I come through I always have a great experience. I stopped last after picking up an order at Best Buy and again they were so nice. The service is a 10/10 the cookies were nice and warm and i hate warm cookies but these were good. Noticed I said were. If you want the slowest McDonald's service in the Anchorage or Matsu area this is the McDonald's to go to. I ordered an egg McMuffin with egg meal. The sandwich was semi cold, the hash browns were slightly brown but very greasy and the coffee was hot but the cup has grounds in it. For an expensive fast food restaurant, the food is pretty lousy. On the other hand, the one employee I interacted with was very nice. read more

I went through the drive through with two mobile orders and before i could even finish saying my order the lady gave me the total and told me to move forward...THEN i went to the first window and i asked the lady if i could add something to my order or place a new one and she said i can't do that and if i want to buy something else i need to go around the drive thru again !? read more

Manager was rude to my wife, so when I went to find a different manager so we didn't have to deal with his attitude, it turned out he was the only one there. So I told him I didn't appreciate the way he talked to her... yes I was mad, yes I was rude... I feel it was justified, he started it... We hashed it out and got everything sorted. He even shook my hand and apologized for the inconvenience, I thought everything was good... I told him no worries.. He then got my wife's name off of the McDonalds app and later made a Facebook account and harassed her, calling us names. Still awaiting the general manager to call me... this is absolutely unbelievable... no I'm not worried about the "$5 meal" I don't let people talk rudely to my wife. read more

Very disappointed in the Poor quality of my food today 8/27/2020 @ 2pm. The person making this sandwich obviously thought that the quality of this sandwich was good enough to give to a paying customer. I sure missed the tomatoes that didn't come on this sandwich. The fries were dried out and barely warm, but still served. Shame on the staff cooking and serving this afternoon. If this is your best effort you need a different job. New remodel of restaurant was totally unnecessary. Fewer places to sit, and you have to order your own food via a touchscreen tv. They have one person taking orders like normal. They have reduced parking spaces by two additional spots for mobile orders. I tried mobile orders and it took twice as long as drive thru. Food quality is good, but not sure if McDonalds really wants to help me if I walk up to the restaurant anymore. I haven't tried mobile order and dine-in. Maybe that will be a better experience. PLEASE have a hand sanitizer dispenser next to kiosks. read more

I have never gone inside this McDonalds but I do enjoy the drive through. The drive through is fast and effective! I always get quick service and the line of cars moves through rather quickly. The staff are always friendly and helpful and professional. They have never gotten my order wrong and it's always great. I love the salty fries! I love them too much. And even in winter, I like McFlurries - oh so cold and so yummy. read more

Went there for 2 Big Breakfast meals so my kids could eat the pancakes and the husband and I could eat the sausage, eggs, and biscuits. Asked for cheese on the eggs and instead they threw cheese all over the meal! WHO WANTS CHEESY PANCAKES? Bleh! I have gone the past 3 nights (a fatty I know), and every time I have gone it has been delicious. The food has always been warm/hot/fresh. They also have been friendlier than most MCDs. The location is also convenient because it is right outside of base. YUM read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered a filet o' fish sandwich meal, another filet o' fish sandwich, and a large unsweetened tea as well as a double quarter pounder with cheese with a large Coke.
