Friendly staff at the counter and it's a quick grab and go. There isn't much seating inside but if you need to eat there then you can sit at the counter or grab a table out in front. Plentiful parking. It is same plaza as Starbucks, Tesla, Jersey Mike's, etc. We will probably be back haha

There is something about the way that they serve the food that gives you the feeling of being special. Their food is excellent. I like that you are able to choose your proteins and can decide how much or how little carbs you want. I have become a creature of habit and get the Citrus Slaw tacos, changing up the proteins. My husband usually orders one of the salads that are equally as good. We enjoy playing the onscreen trivia game when we dine in.

How do you not have napkins at easy reach??!! In today's expensive climate, we have many options to choose from. This Wahoo's is off the list.

Got up to…read morethe window and they said the potatoes would need five more minutes to cook so we had to park. (I hate parking). 15 minutes later, my husband went in to see what was going on and they completely treated him like crap. The staff didn't admit to forgetting our order and the young manager had no clue how to handle an irate customer. They asked for the receipt they never gave us and then couldn't find the order. They finally asked for the card that was used so my husband had to go back out to me to get the card. By now our burgers were cold so he brought the bag back in with him. He told them he wanted a full refund and tossed the bag on the counter. The bag slid off the other side toward an employee. The manager accused my husband of throwing food at the staff! After some words, they finally refunded us with no apology whatsoever. We will NEVER return to this "New" store.

As a fan of Chick-fil-A, and have visited several locations, I'm very attuned to the differences as…read moreeach location has its own owner/manager. One of the annoyances is how they have the drive-thru setup if you're walking to dine inside. You basically have to cross the two lanes of cars lined up, and the parking stops closed to the front door are taken by the 2nd lane for the drive thru. While I completely understand why they do this, and I'm not sure I have a solve, it just seems a bit dangerous to me. It also doesn't help if you have a handicapped sticker because you can't park right next to the door. The employees have always been friendly and efficient. This trip however, the bun was off, or they have a new distributor. It just wasn't as soft as I like. Maybe they were day old? Or left unopened? But I had the same type of bun in the Palm Desert location so I'm thinking it's the supplier. Regardless, it was a little disappointing. They also have sensor activated garbage cans, which is nice, but you have to stick the track up the door for the sensor to activate. There's a little solar panel looking thing on the front that I was waving my hand over thinking the door would open. Kind of embarrassing, but I appreciate the no touch garbage can.

Honestly, this was a terrible experience tonight…read more At around 7:50 PM on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, I went through the drive thru and ordered an ice cream cone. When I got it, it was honestly one of the worst ice cream cones I have ever seen. There was barely any ice cream in it and it was leaning over so badly that it looked like it was about to fall over. I said this is a bad ice cream cone because it genuinely was. Instead of apologizing or offering to fix it, the employee laughed at me and mocked me. She was extremely rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason. She was a blonde teenage girl who looked like she was probably in high school. I understand that people have bad days, but there is no excuse for treating a customer like that. Laughing at someone and mocking them when they are simply pointing out a problem with their order is completely unprofessional. I have always thought Chick fil A was known for having good customer service, so this was really disappointing. The cone itself was bad, but the way I was treated was honestly worse. Management needs to seriously address this because this kind of behavior should not be happening. She should at the very least be warned about how she treats customers. I left feeling extremely disrespected and honestly do not know if I want to come back to this Chick fil A again.
