Wednesday Fish Tacos for $3.19 each (December 2025)
Melinda L.

Came here as I was craving some fish tacos and I found out they had a Wednesday special on their Fish Taco for $3.19 each. Trust me though, those tacos are pretty filling! I ordered just two and kept me stuffed for a good few hours. I would say maybe 3 tacos if you're really hungry. They are covered with the crispy-battered fish, sliced cabbage, pico de gallo, and also comes with their signature green sauce. The green sauce is good! I was also greeted by the young lady at the register. There's like one cook in the kitchen. It was a pretty empty dine-in place when I was there earlier evening, but lots of people coming in and out to pick-up or get their orders to-go. There isn't really a vibe at this location though. It's a pretty plain-looking location - the walls are painted in a 90s tan color and there's a small wall that has some art, but that's about it. They don't have a working salsa station, it seemed like an abandoned table near the pick-up area. But, in all, I enjoyed the tacos!

saw this place passing by & decided to give it a try and it did not disappoint. i tried their baja fish burrito and it was pretty darn good!! the baja fish was super crispy & crunchy, the burrito was balanced with good ratio between the cabbages, rice, refried beans, pico, cream sauce, and of course the baja fish itself. only feedback i have is that i wish the burrito was wrapped a bit better but besides that, it was great! not to mention, the service was quick & the workers were so sweet making sure i was good, asking if i needed anything, offering water cups before i even asked, and just overall felt really nice/homey! will def be back :D

4 tacos and 2 salsas carelessly packaged.

Sadly, this will be our last visit to Senior Baja. Unfortunately, service and quality continues to decline. We are regulars and continue coming back in hopes they will do better. Every single order we place, items are missing, incorrect or mishandled. We repeat the order to ensure no issues and still. This is how our meals were given to us today. For reference, there are 4 tacos in each box however you can see how careless they were packaged and handled. Really disheartening. Food is always so tasty hence why we return however this was the last straw for us. Food should be packaged with more care. Hope you do better, senior Baja.

Tried their new shredded beef taco and was really disappointed. The place was empty, which makes me think they might be losing customers. They should consider bringing back the old recipes. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back.

Ah, Señor Baja, how the mighty have fallen. This place used to be my go-to spot for fish tacos - grilled, flavorful, and reasonably priced. But now? It's like they've replaced the hospitality with cold fish and thrown the concept of "customer service" off the pier. Let's start with the basics: four fish tacos for $19. Nineteen dollars! I'm no math whiz, but I could practically buy a small boat and go catch my own cod for that price. Fun fact: cod is one of the cheapest fish in the sea -I looked it up. You can buy it in bulk for less than the cost of a latte. Yet somehow, Señor Baja has turned this humble fish into an exotic delicacy that costs as much as a sit-down seafood dinner. Now, if you're thinking, "Well, maybe they make up for it with extras!"--wrong. I asked for an extra salsa, just "one" extra salsa, mind you, and they acted like I was requesting the secret sauce to immortality. "We can't do that," they said, straight-faced. "It'll be an extra $ for more salsa." Last I checked, tomatoes and onions haven't skyrocketed in price like they're truffle oil. But Señor Baja treats salsa like it's imported from a secret island known only to the culinary elite. Look, I get it. Inflation's real. But Señor Baja has taken "price inflation" to new heights. We're not talking about avocado toast prices here--we're talking about $5 fish tacos made from fish that cost about as much as a pack of gum. Moral of the story: if you like paying top dollar for budget fish while being told you can't have extra salsa without financial negotiations, Señor Baja is the place for you. Otherwise, you might want to cast your net elsewhere. See the image below for their sad little $4.75 (w/tax) grilled fish taco. Oh yeah, they remodeled last year so, it looks a little nicer inside, maybe that's the reason for the price hike?

Everyone has a Taco Trail, a Taco Map, Taco Tour, whatever you wanna call it. You know, those taco…read morespots you have to hit when you need a fix. And if you don't have one, you should probably remedy that. And when you have one, be sure to add this place to it. We took a little week long road trip to Disneyland with the kiddos, and of course was craving a little Taco time. The Wifey, being much more up to date on this social media stuff, found this place on that "Insty gram" thingy. So we headed over. It's only a 10-15 minute drive from Disney, but after trying it, would gladly drive a hell of a lot further. It's a Disney themed taco spot! The decor is cool, the owner and his staff are even cooler, and the food is awesome!!! I thought the "Tacos Chingones" were gonna be regular street tacos, but nooo... these things were epic! The "Gobernador," grilled shrimp, with cheese and house made pico, on fresh corn tortillas. The beeer battered fish taco with cabbage, house pico, sour cream and secret sauce. The pork belly taco, with onions, cilantro, avocado sauce and pickled onions, that really helped balance out that deliciously unctuous porky pig. AMAZING!!!! Then, they have a whole separate Birria menu!!! So of course, being a fat kid, I had to try the Birria Quesadilla. It was loaded with delicious, slow cooked, beef Birria and melty, gooey, stretchy Oaxaca cheese. You could taste all the spice notes, the cinnamon, cloves, thyme and Mexican Oregano all singing in harmony with the Pasilla, Guajillo and Arbol chilies. Then that consommé... that delicious preserved broth oozing with Birria goodness. Puts it right on par with the best roast beef and French dip you've ever had. And I'm not even gonna go into the house made, family recipe salsas sitting there conveniently at the table, ready to set your food on next level fire!!! Especially the "Chikali" salsa. Created by the owner himself, this sauce is literally fire. Spicy, but not overly, and so, so flavorful! If he doesn't start bottling them and selling them, he's doing himself and the taco community a disservice. Anywho... I washed it all down with a couple of delicious, ice cold Pacifico cerveza's and called it a night. I left full, fat and happy. Fueled up and ready to hit the park again in the morning. The moral of the story is, if you're anywhere near Anaheim and you're craving some good, modern, Mexican food, be sure to put this place on your Taco itinerary. And if you're not craving Mexican food, reevaluate your life decisions and go here anyway. You'll be glad you did. That is all!

There were only two parties at the restaurant, already seated, and no one behind us; so there was no excuse since there was no rush. The food is very salty, greasy. Nachos were soggy because heavily sauce. Bathroom are dirty. Please clean. Parking lot is rough. Won't be back. Do not recommend.
