Been coming here for years! They have hard workers here. Great deals and food was always good. Looks like they renovated and looks great! read more

Carl's Jr - Renovation - Fast Food Near Me - Anaheim, California

I ordered the triple el diablo burger and the el diablo loaded fries. This is probably the best burger I've had at Carl's Jr. I really liked the diablo sauce but it was not as noticeable on the burger as it was on the fries. The cheese was the only real negative because on both the fries and the burger it was still cold and not melted. This restaurant was clean and the staff was helpful. read more

Carls Jr is becoming really bad trying to cheat customer. Now the regular drink size has been replaced by the small size for the same price. What a dirty trick, I'll tell them one thing, this is the last time my family will buy Carls Jr. Enjoy your cheap tactics read more

Been going here for years and now the prices are 3x higher and now this BS chicken sandwich is $9.60 with taxes! The burned and tiny piece of old chicken! read more

Carl's Jr - Chicken sandwich - Fast Food Near Me - Anaheim, California

You know what they say, "I'm loving it!" Carls Jr. has the best fast food burgers and it's not even close. The only down side are the prices which seem to be a little higher compared to other places read more

I've said it before, I think Carl's Jr has one of the best burgers out there. Service for the most part is consistent with all their restaurants, sometime better and sometimes worst. Stores are carbon copy's of each other. But I'm there to eat not sight see. read more

Turned away at 10:15 from coming inside. Should be open for at least another 45 minutes. Worst service ever.

I usually only use the drive-thru and they are always professional and get the orders right. They will repeat your order and remind you to check the screen for accuracy. They are always pleasant at the window. I have the app. and it's really easy to use. It helps me save a lot of money. The food is usually hot and fresh. Sometimes the fries are warm but never cold. I have never had a cold or messy burger or chicken sandwich. I really enjoy getting a quick meal from here. read more

Seem understaffed on thanksgiving, but everyone was working hard and young lady was so sweet at the register. Clean space, well kept

We reviewed our order with the cashier 2-3x before paying. It was a to-go order for 4 burgers; 2 fish, 1 beef Western bbq, 1 Star beef. Nothing else. We were the only ones ordering and another party was already eating. So not busy at all. When we got home, found a grilled chicken sandwich instead of the Western BBQ (which we didn't order at the bottom of the bag) SOAKED in BBQ sauce. The buns were soggy wet in sauce. Lettuce was also wilted from the sauce so everything was falling apart. Home is about 15 min. away so not worth the drive back. The two fish sandwiches tasted like old freezer-burned cardboard "fish". One has a fish bone that I almost swallowed. This has never happened to me at any fast food place with fish sandwiches. The Star beef burger was drenched in mayo so all the vegetables kept slipping out. Ruined everyone's meal and literally left a bad taste. Nothing about it was a "good deal" when food is not fresh and the order is wrong. Will not return to Carl's Jr. read more

For fast food it's pretty good. Consistent with their food and the staff is great. Would be four stars (for a fast food joint) if their hours matched their website or Google as well. read more

Just a bunch of teenagers that don't care about your food working here, sloppy food and they didn't even give me my full order right, a pound of mayo and a slab of lettuce. Gross read more

Paying premium price for poor quality product. The hand crafted shakes are good but everything else really doesn't taste all that great and a part of my burger bun was hard. Plus staff are cold and look pissed all the time. Carls Jr really is the pits now. read more

Well I have finally had it with Carls Jr. If I could give it a negative number of stars I would have. Years ago the quality of Carls Jr across the board took a dump. I have even written to Carls Jr corporate to no avail. I hadnt had Carls Jr for over a year because of rotten quality but decided to give it a try to see if things improved. I ordered a double famous star with cheese with bacon. When I took it out of the wrapper water streamed from the burger soaking my plate and part of the bun. I HATE soggy bread so I had to remove it. So after washing the plate so I could put the burger down between bites, I took a couple of bites. The burger had no charbroiled taste, the bacon was limp and seemed like it wasnt even cooked, the tomato was so soggy it disintegrated, the bun was hard and crusty, the cheese was so minimal I didnt even taste it, and the construction of the burger was sloppy. They must have had a monkey make the burger. THATS IT FOR ME NO MORD CARLS JR FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE read more

I ordered a Hand breaded bacon Swiss chicken sandwich. The sandwich I received had no bacon or Swiss. Pretty much a discounted spicy chicken sandwich. No one else was in the restaurant so they can't claim they were busy. They just have poor quality in their product. The hint should have been that it was empty. I can see this Carls Jr. Going out of business. read more

Came here today for lunch. Their grilled chicken sandwiches are super good. The drive thru here is pretty quick compared to others around it and the staff is usually on top of the orders. My only gripe is no matter how much I ask they never give me enough sauce... read more

Carl's Jr - Drive thru foliage - Fast Food Near Me - Anaheim, California

I don't normally leave negative reviews, but this location is a rip off. I paid $15 for a Famous Star single Combo with waffle fries, where at the location down the road on La Palma I paid $13 and change for a Famous Star double combo with waffle fries just the other day. Why am I paying more money for less food than the same restaurant, both in Anaheim, one exit down the freeway? And the food was only mildly warm at 1pm. Waste of money. I will not be going to this location any longer. read more

Today I'm actually at a different Carls having lunch. The reason for this comment is because the last 2 visits at this location when I ordered fried zucchini they only gave me 7 pieces each time. Today at the other Anaheim location I counted 15. Something is wrong with this picture here. read more

Food tastes like it was microwaved not the usual charbroiled flavor meal was complete trash.

Don't get me wrong. The workers are friendly and I hate to write this, but I am so frustrated with this Carl's Jr. My son and pregnant wife love Carl's and it sometimes is the only thing people agree on in the house. BUT.... This location has messed up my order nearly every time I have been here in the past few months. I have had to go back into line several times to alert them of an item missing. Tonight my wife's order was completely wrong. (We don't order complicated things with substitutions. It literally is "Hey I want the number 9.) This location seriously needs some help in catching the orders before they go out. I let my guard down and didnt check today. My fault, but also this shouldn't be the norm of a restaurant. I am tired, and frustrated, and sad. read more

I almost never go here. I hate their ads. I also hate that all the things I love about Carl's are long gone. Today however it was my husbands turn to pick. The woman at the window was very nice but we had to drive around to wait for our food. Both of us had crisscut fries. The fries on top were piping hot and the ones on the Bottom not even room temperature for both off us. It was almost as if they planted a few fresh decoy fries on the top of each carton. Boooooo big thumbs down. read more

So stingy with the mustard and ketchup. They gave me only 2 packets of ketchup and 1 packet of mustard, I asked for more ketchup and she gave a attitude and only gave me 2 more. Wtf??? This place is a dump from the manager to the staff! I was trying to order and the person in the speaker was snappy! I don't come here often as they serve horrible food but my kid wants a burrito. The manager instead of doing a service recovery was rude-r than the staff. This place will close as the management is not the right people. -- Kasandra was the manager who was not fit to be a manager. read more

When having conversations with you team members. I would recommend talking to them about business matters in the back. I spent the last 15 mins listening to a lady manager complain about the workers that work at this location. Yelling across the store to talk to other team members. Very un professional for the managers involved. 12/14/23 @4:47PM read more

This was my 1st time at this location, I was on my lunch hour and I was very impressed by the absolute friendly atmosphere. Needless to say, my order was taken fast and delivered efficiently. AND this is a very very clean and upkept location. I really am not a fast food burger kind of person but it was just the little things I saw the employees of this location that made the visit worth while. Thank you! read more

I love love Carl's Jr for fast food burger. I work at night, 12 hour shift and for breakfast I love to devour MEAT! BURGER! I go to Carl's Jr drive through and get my breakfast before going home. Their ingredients are fresh even early in the morning and less line than McDonalds. Their burgers are waaaay bigger, too, than other fast food restaurants. Plus, I use their coupons all the time and get buy one get one free burgers, fries, or drinks. Of course I share these with someone. Their menus are better than other also. They have Hawaiian burgers with pineapples and bacon. They also have this vegan or plant base burger. It's called beyond burger which Im not really fan of. I could tell that it was meat cause of the smooth and very soft texture. Though vegan and vegetarian might live it though. read more

Carl's Jr - After working 12 hour night shift, Im eating this fresh gigantic burger for breakfast!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Anaheim, California

Went there this morning for a Loaded Breakfast burrito and got a steak one instead .. very disappointed I didn't get what I wanted ..

I went here last Saturday afternoon, drive through. Every time I go to any Carl's I order the same thing. "Double Western Bacon." This was, hands down, the best double western bacon cheeseburger I can remember. I don't know who was managing, nor who was in the kitchen cooking but damn it was fantastic. Reminded me of when I was a kid and my mom would bring these home. Hats of to the Saturday crew read more

I haven't ordered the monster biscuit in a while but decided to today because I used to LOVE them! I was so disappointed when I bit into it and found out how stale it was. It was pretty much like crumbling concrete. Man the quality has really gone down... read more

I don't visit this location (or any Carl's Jr.) often, but when we're making a pit stop or taking a detour from the 91 this is our stop. The staff is amazing here. They're friendly and very helpful. They really go out of the way to greet customers and they know how to give good service. The food is great, it comes out hot and fast. I really loved the new Sourdough Star. I credit the staff, I think they fact that they are more mature, there's not a bunch of teenagers working here who don't care about customer service. Whenever we're in the area we will definitely come back to this location. read more

Do not eat here. I ordered their new fish sandwich and it was slimy and smelled like bleach. I can't believe they would even sell this and consider this as human food. read more

This location sucks. Tried to get 6 piece kids meal that clearly states on their menu 5.09 yet these people try to charge me 11 and change. Charging almost 2 dollars a chicken star. I voiced that the price is wrong and they decided to tell me I'm a liar about what is physically visible on their menu right infront of my eyes. Not to mention they switched between 3 people who all called me a liar about what I'm looking at. This is outrageous behavior. read more

I had two fish sandwiches both were bad possibly precooked. The manager had my second sandwich remade it was great. Don't trust the drive through. read more

Where did all the chicken stars go? Had a unshakable craving, hasn't been satisfied since apparently they've been out for days.

I am very impressed with the level of customer service I received today. I didn't get her name, but she was definitely a manager. She went above and beyond! I went during the busy lunch hour and even with all the customers, she still took the time to listen to my requests to have my kids meals be made after I was done eating. When I went to find a seat, she brought my food to me and was just so kind. I can't express how thankful I am for her kindness in this crazy world! read more

I am happy, I finally got to try the El Diablo Burger it was Spicy but Yummy! Employees provided excellent customer service, Unfortunately I went one time to another Carl's Jr and like a few weeks ago in Santa Ana off 17th/Tustin that area and they did not have the El Diablo Burger so far this Carl's Jr has better customer service than Starbucks at times! I like Starbucks for coffee better, I wanted a burger so I went to Carl's Jr because I really wanted to try the burger that I mentioned above! read more

I came here Sunday August 6th at around 4:30 pm through the drive-through. The woman at the window was not friendly at all. She clearly hates her job. She had an attitude and seemed like she was very mad. She made me feel uncomfortable, gave me the wrong sauce, which is OK it's not a big deal, but she was in such a bad mood I was scared to ask for the right one because she was just so rude and mean about everything. Not how I want to feel when I'm going to a place to spend money. She needs to change her attitude or find a different job. read more

This location disappointing. We get the wrong food (we check before we drive away now), the "large" fries are always half filled and the service is unfriendly. Tonight we were the only ones in the drive thru. We were deciding what to order and the gentleman working the intercom was rushing us. We kept telling him we needed a minute and literally every 15 seconds he asked if we were ready. We told him we were still looking 6 times within a minute period. When we got our food we told him to have a good night and he said nothing and closed the window on us. read more

My $6 thicker burger was pretty BAD. I couldn't eat it. I actually threw it away. I just got home from drive through order and sat down with the family to eat our burgers. Mine was down right bad. It was rubbery, dry and definitely Not Charbroiled. It didn't have any Char marks anywhere and in fact it had what appeared to be round indentations but No char broil affects. The other 3 burgers were charbroiled as I was able to see the char marks. Also I ordered 1 of the burgers with only Ketchup and pickles, well it literally only had 1 slice of pickle. Now I know why I only come here once or twice a year. read more
