Over priced for mediocre watered down drinks. Came here three times and every time I was disappointed. Staff aren't as friendly either and they just chat amongst themselves. However I do like that it's near the college so easier to get to. Though I'd rather walk down the street to kung-fu. read more

So happy to have another bubble tea spot in midtown! I'm a self-claimed bubble tea junkie and connoisseur. My verdict on the Panda bubble tea: thumbs up! The flavor is on point and I like that the bubbles are smaller. Texture of the bubbles is perfectly chewy. I can't wait to return and try the other flavors! read more

Was hard to find, so I called them. They are located underground in the subway tunnel. Lol, Nice authentic Taiwanese bubble tea. Cheers!

Your dreams in a cup. Panda Bubble Tea has more than just bubble tea, it has juices, slushies, and even desserts! But don't get confused when you don't see it above ground. It's actually in the underground transportation market. I had the rose milk tea and it was out of this world! read more

All in all good bubble tea. The Bobas were a bit small for my taste, but they were still good. The tea was a tad too sweet but not overwhelming. The worker was done with my boba in less than a minute. Crazy fast service. read more

Went to this place after lunch around Columbus Circle. I ordered a Olong Milktea, but it was not good, in my opinion. The taste of milk is artificial and simply bad, and I didn't like the tea either. I am a frequent milktea consumer and this is the first time I had a milktea so bad that I want to write about it. read more

My favorite bubble tea place. I always order the same thing (large panda bubble tea, 50% sugar) and it's always good. The panda bubble tea has such a good flavor. Bonus points for friendly staff! read more

Ordered the panda bubble tea, loved the taste and the texture of the bubbles. The bubbles are softer than what I am used to at other stores which is a winner for me. The staff was extremely helpful and the service was quick and friendly. Highly recommend this place. They also have great food and good prices. I absolutely love this Bubble Tea place! I'm 13 and Bubble Tea is MY LIFE. I like to go for the Panda Bubble Tea which is in the milk tea category. This place has the best bubble tea. If you also have a slight hunger on the side, they have sandwiches which are also delicious and satisfy your hunger easily. Yummy dependable bubble tea spot. I like that you can customize the sugar and ice levels.

Got a Nutella milk bubble tea and my boyfriend added jelly. Pretty good boba! My only complaint is that it was one person working behind the counter who was also taking the orders, so everything took some time. read more

I stumbled upon the Underground Market by chance and was so thrilled to find bubble tea. I'm entirely obsessed with Rose milk tea so once I saw that on the menu, I didn't have to think about what to get. The Rose milk tea was a bit too sweet but I also didn't specify how much sugar I wanted, so they just gave me regular. Totally my fault. The tea tastes pretty standard. The bubbles are soft and chewy but aren't very flavorful. I paid $5.17 for the regular size which I think it's pretty steep for a drink. It wasn't terrible but there are better bubble tea places out there that cost less. read more

This little spot is quickly becoming my beverage addiction. The workers are friendly and pleasant to interact with and the drinks are delicious. I haven't tried a flavor yet that I didn't like. If the food is as good as the bubble teas, I may have to change my rating to 5 stars instead of 4. read more

Delicious bubble tea with unique flavors. Great service, fast, and very conveniently located in Columbus Circle Station. I will be back many times! read more

Wanted to love it and the counter staff were great but non dairy creamer (that awful chemically aftertaste), overly sweet (even at 30%) and just ok tea and bobo means I won't be coming back read more

No other choice because you're the only one in the area that serves this kind of drink which I miss a lot. BUT the service sucks. FIRST. cashier doesn't listen to the order, gave me. different one, so they have to make another one whch I actualy ordered. SECOND. slow service, I don't know maybe because some staff are doing nothing at the back. and THIRD. if you're on queue to get the order, make sure there is no Chinese customer because they will attend to them first in their own language even if you came in first. Oh and I almost forgot. I am a regular and been patient with how the cashiers treatment but today was the worst and I walked out! PREJUDICE! DISCRIMIATES! read more

I love Panda Bubble Tea. My only complaint is that the tapioca pearls are a little chewier than most places, and take longer to "explode" in your mouth. I love all their flavors, but my current favorite is the Taro Milk Tea. I also really recommend the Panda Bubble Tea, the Thai Milk Tea, and the Strawberry Green Tea. read more

Cute bbt place at the underground market. Friendly staff but mostly importantly yummy bbt! I got lychee green with 50% sugar but it was comparable to 75% sugar at other bbt places. So if you want less sugar just go one 25% less than your usual liking. read more

Gotta love a good bubble tea. I usually go for the traditional bubble milk tea with the black tea and of course, bubbles! (or tapioca balls for those who are not familiar with the bubble tea thing). I'm constantly having to be in Columbus circle so this was great location for me to start going to religiously. Just need it to warm up in NYC so I can enjoy more frequently! read more

It was freezing out and it was not hard to guess that a normal person would naturally want something hot to drink. But the staff just went ahead and made me an iced bubble tea without even asking me what I would like hot or cold when I ordered. I told him I needed hot one and thought he would just remake the drink like most other places in such situations. But that guy just poured the cold drink into some container, filtered out the ice and heat it up in a microwave or something. And the whole process looked unsanitary. read more

When you're in the mood for bubble tea, this is your spot! Reasonable prices, friendly and fast service, and delicious sugary goodness! Yum! I'm dairy free and there are still great options. Ordered the Mango Green Tea with Pearls on a Friday afternoon. Overall quality was excellent though the medium size appears to be slightly smaller than usual and more expensive than typical bubble tea shops. Would come back again for the convenience. read more

Good service and delicious. In a very convenient spot in the turn style market. I would come back again!

Okay so basically I technically somewhat got food poisoning, and also got a very itchy throat

Was looking for bubble tea nearby and it was shown as 200 ft away. Incredibly hard to find and we had to wait for about 10 minutes until they brought out our drinks which was a bit frustrating. Found this place walking through the underground market. I was craving boba and didn't want to go far so it was perfect as we were on the way home. I ordered taro milk tea 50% sugar with boba. The drink itself was not that great in my opinion. Everywhere I go I get half sugar so that wasn't anything new. I also understand the fact that they make taro different everywhere but here it literally tastes like powder. It was a cute location but the drink, experience, and workers were whatever. read more

This is the best bubble tea store I've ever been in! Fruit tea and fruit milk tea series go amazingly with mango stars and strawberry hearts. Plain milk tea series are amazing as well. If you are plain milk tea person, I'll recommend oolong milk tea, roasted milk tea and Jasmine green milk tea with bubbles, pudding or grass jelly. If you are the beginner of bubble tea, get the basic and top one which is pearl milk tea. Btw, mango green tea with mango stars and honeydew milk tea with coconut jelly are my favorite! Anyway, hope you guys feel free to walk in this little place! Thumbs up! read more

I have been going to this bubble tea store since it was called Chatime and I have always ordered the Matcha Red Bean Slushie. However, I went there three days ago so elated to have this drink but quickly realized it was a waste of time. This drink was not sweet, the color was off, and the red bean topping that would have normally been there was missing. It was a complete disgrace of a Matcha Red Bean Slushie; as it stands now pathetic mock-up of the older version. read more
