I placed an order for my family at 4:27 PM that was projected to be fulfilled by 5:03 according to their app. When it did not arrive 15 minutes after the projected delivery time, I called the store to see what was going on. They told me that the door dash delivery driver did not have my address and that they gave it to them (despite the fact that all of my info was correct on the order form). They told me he was on the way so I waited another 15 minutes. Still no food came so I called again, and the person told me that they would reach out to door dash and get back to me. Ten minutes passed without a response so I called back several times to no avail. Finally, I drove to the store. Right before I arrived, the manager Eva told me that I had to reach out to DoorDash for a refund. Mind you, I did not even know that DoorDash was fulfilling my order because the website says that Pancheros would deliver, not a third party delivery service. She told me that she was not able to process my refund. I told Eva that I wanted to speak to her when I got there. When I got to the counter I was met with a man named AJ. I told him about the situation and asked for a refund. He then found my order and said my refund would be processed in a day or so. When I asked for a receipt, he said he was not able to give me one. Therefore I asked for his name. This was at 5:38 PM. Meanwhile, my online app says my order is "complete", while I am out $50 and no food to show for it. I will wait for a refund but I wanted to let you know about this unpleasant experience. I wasted time and money waiting and then driving to this store. Then, I was not told a single apology for the lack of service. Employees made it seem like it was my problem as the customer to figure this out. Ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed in the abhorrent level of service tonight because normally I have great experiences with this franchise. TL;DR: don't order with the delivery service for this establishment. It is unreliable and customer service is severely lacking. read more

Same great food as my regular spot however this location is so small. The seating is extremely tight and the "lanes" they created to walk from the door to the counter and back are so small 2 adults would touch shoulders passing one another. I know real estate (and rent) are at a premium in this town but they definitely sacrificed comfort for squeezing in more tables. Not good for bigger groups of people, 4+ parties. read more

He was stuck waiting there and lost out on working because this restaurant doesn't have their act together. No one answers the phone at all either when I tried calling many times. We use to come here a lot, but we were very disappointed this time around. The staff was busy but they were squeezed onto the line very disorganized. The problem was the lack in sanitary care regarding your food. The 1st person slapped the tortilla down then leaned her whole body on the tortilla. She did this to all of them. The food containers sloppy and they plopped your request on the tortilla all the time leaning over as the girls hair was not in a fish net hung over the food. We saw a guy drop a mixing spoon and pick it up off the floor and threw it in an overflowing container of more dirty ones. The residual food splattered on all the other food containers. No one had a mask on and one guy coughed without covering his mouth on the food. They mixed up the internet orders and dropped one on the floor picked it up and tossed it to the cashier. I've been going to this Pancheros since the day it opened a few years back and they went from such a great quality place but then I noticed their queso started getting watery and lost its quality probably Bc the price of cheese is high so they cut it with alternatives. Then they raised the prices bye over a dollar but they don't change the menu prices so you just get a surprised at check out and lastly and most recently they just started using smaller spoons so scoop your portions and they heavily skimp u on everything so this place went down hill and it's very sad to see and this is across all Pancheros now it seems like they have a competition with eachother of who can give out the smallest portions to make the most money very sad they're hopefully losing a lot of business Bc of this step up panch or you'll be gone read more

DISGUSTING!!!!!!! Stopped in for a Burrito at 8 pm...1. The staff was miserable. No one smiled, not one how are you. Not even what can I get for you......When I spoke up and said I would like a Burrito - the comment from the first person was "You want a Burrito"? Maybe he was deaf? 2. Before he asked if I wanted rice - he dumped a huge amount of rice on the Burrito and then asked - "Do you want rice?" When I said no - he scrapped the rice back into the container it came from..... 3. I asked for Black Beans, Carnitas, salsa, drop of the white sauce, chopped tomatoes, peppers, guac, and cheese. The next person on the line MIXED all this stuff in front of me (gross and made the food look like vomit)....Why did they do that? The same person did not do that to the person's Burrito in front of me? 4.Paid more than $8 bucks for this! 5 mins later - at home - this was COLD. Still looked like vomit, however I ate half...Within 30 mins I was sick and I mean sick.......Up all night and now the next day am still suffering from severe stomach distress....... Delicious, on par with Moe's, Qdoba, or Chipotle. Menu is most similar to that of Chipotle's in that there are only a handful of different items to choose from. However, the selection is good and the quality of the food is great. One bonus - they mix all the ingredients into your burrito together once you've finished adding them in. I'm here to right a wrong (as I was surprised to see the Yelp rating this place currently has). Not to take away from anybody's own personal experience here, but I've been coming here for years and have had nothing but excellent customer service and food. Sure, on a rare occasion an employee might not be as chipper or might seem like they are rushing, but it has never impacted the quality of the food, and they've always accommodated all my requests (like for lots of cilantro, hollerrr). For the overwhelmingly most part, the employees here are very friendly, courteous, professional, and engaging. The reason I came on Yelp today in the first place was to give everyone a heads up that their hot sauce recipe has recently changed, in a good way! I don't know if it's made in-house, but it is a ton spicier than before and comparable to other Mexican restaurants I've been to. Once again, as I've done countless times before, I leave Pancheros after having had a very satisfying meal. Keep up the good work everyone! You are appreciated. read more

I placed a large order here and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the guys even carried everything out to my car. As for the food it was good and about what I expected. I ordered the stake burrito and while I'm no stranger to the burrito (really I've eaten a lot) this is possibly the biggest burrito I've ever eaten - it was so big I didn't finish it! I have been going to Pancheros in Voorhees since it opened. I have only had good experiences with the food or service there. We went to the Marlton store and it was ridiculous the little amount of food they give you. Was reminded today of why I don't go here. Compared to Chipotle in the Promenate in Marlton or the Panchero's in the Rave/Ritz center in Voorhees, this is my least favorite. They skimp on the serving sizes and charge you extra for everything (such as veggies on a chicken or beef burrito, even when you don't get other ingredients such as beans/rice) when the other places don't. OVERLY SEASONED RICE AND CHICKEN. Tastes like Rice A Roni in a tortilla. Whatever cheap and processed seasoning they use for their rice and chicken completely overtakes the taste of any other ingredient you put in your burrito. Tasted like it was seasoned with box soup mix, overy salty and one note flavor. Its a shame because the good points are that they mix the ingredients, so you get an even bite every time, problem is the flavor of each bite sucks. I wasn't an immediate fan of Chipotle, I thought it lacked a bit of flavor but I grew to respect the freshness of their ingredients. I just finished eating the burrito from Pancheros and im still dealing with lingering flavors of salt, dehydrated garlic, and probably msg. Ps.
