Pancheros is better than chipotle in that it offers queso... The queso is amazing. Other then that- it is Chipotle. read more

I couldn't quite put my finger on it, but I got a steak burrito and it was good, but not "other worldly" good like Chipotle. I THINK it was the guac or tortilla shell? The visual appeal wasn't there either . . . not colorful enough or something? IDK. The steak itself was tasty, with nice pieces; the burrito was a good size too (didn't fall apart, nor too salty). I won't be ordering from again though. Sorry. read more

Very solid fast casual Tex mix place. They have very good burritos and pretty quick service. Their case was pretty good too.(B)

Spent $10 on a bowl to eat there and they gave me the smallest portions I've ever gotten from this location. Food didn't even reach half way up the bowl. Will not be returning read more

I placed an order for my family at 4:27 PM that was projected to be fulfilled by 5:03 according to their app. When it did not arrive 15 minutes after the projected delivery time, I called the store to see what was going on. They told me that the door dash delivery driver did not have my address and that they gave it to them (despite the fact that all of my info was correct on the order form). They told me he was on the way so I waited another 15 minutes. Still no food came so I called again, and the person told me that they would reach out to door dash and get back to me. Ten minutes passed without a response so I called back several times to no avail. Finally, I drove to the store. Right before I arrived, the manager Eva told me that I had to reach out to DoorDash for a refund. Mind you, I did not even know that DoorDash was fulfilling my order because the website says that Pancheros would deliver, not a third party delivery service. She told me that she was not able to process my refund. I told Eva that I wanted to speak to her when I got there. When I got to the counter I was met with a man named AJ. I told him about the situation and asked for a refund. He then found my order and said my refund would be processed in a day or so. When I asked for a receipt, he said he was not able to give me one. Therefore I asked for his name. This was at 5:38 PM. Meanwhile, my online app says my order is "complete", while I am out $50 and no food to show for it. I will wait for a refund but I wanted to let you know about this unpleasant experience. I wasted time and money waiting and then driving to this store. Then, I was not told a single apology for the lack of service. Employees made it seem like it was my problem as the customer to figure this out. Ridiculous. I am extremely disappointed in the abhorrent level of service tonight because normally I have great experiences with this franchise. TL;DR: don't order with the delivery service for this establishment. It is unreliable and customer service is severely lacking. read more

The food I got served here was so disgusting that I was frightened if I ate it I might turn green and seep out the ears. I mean inedible. My trash can was hungry though so I dropped it in there and hoped it would find happiness in the after life. I did hear that they make good quality food for some people though. I guess I'm not one of those people. Thanks Pancheros! read more

Love the freshness of the food. The fresh pressed tortillas make such a difference in my opinion. read more

This is the best Pancheros in the area for sure. It's always reliable and consistent and the service is always good!

Not consistent but I really enjoy their bowls. The tofu is surprisingly very delicious

My last trip on Monday was disappointing. The place was empty so busy was not an excuse. Man that made my burrito was piling on some things and hardly putting any of others. The burrito got holes in it while eating. Some of the ingredients looked dried out and others not. I've had better . My next burrito will be at Chipotle. read more

This place is very much like Moe's, Qdoba, Chipotle, etc. except they make fresh tortillas, which is a huge plus! The food is delicious, the environment is casual, and everything I ate here was great. I will be back! read more

Pancheros is okay. To me it's your run of the mill taco/burrito joint. Stopped for lunch. Service was good. I had a bowl. Tofu, beans etc...it was fine. read more

You guys need to get it together... I just left here... bout two burritos, chips and salsa. Its ice cold! I dont know if it was cold because one young lady who kept walking away from me as She is taking my order, left them out so long and then the next person came to do the veggies after a few moments..... it wasn't crowded enough to leave me hanging while Im picking my toppings.... And the wrap is doughy like she didnt even cook it. read more

Ordered a chicken quesadilla. Chicken was dry and I felt like I could of heated it up in the microwave with how bland it was. Tables were dirty so I did not eat inside. I was starving and made a quick choice while I was driving. I still didn't finish it because it was the least flavorful quesadilla I ever tasted. read more

So delicious!! Great staff and good service . The food is fresh and very tasty . Definitely my new favorite Mexican spot . Thumbs up !! I would recommend this to anybody that wants Mexican food for sure read more

Same great food as my regular spot however this location is so small. The seating is extremely tight and the "lanes" they created to walk from the door to the counter and back are so small 2 adults would touch shoulders passing one another. I know real estate (and rent) are at a premium in this town but they definitely sacrificed comfort for squeezing in more tables. Not good for bigger groups of people, 4+ parties. read more

I've been coming to this place for years and really do enjoy the food. But I was disappointed when I came here today. The menu items I ordered were showing up more expensive on my receipt than what the menu sign says. When I asked why the menu was showing one price, yet I was being charged more, I was given a vague answer and told prices went up a while ago. You would think they would just honor the price they are advertising once I brought it up, but nope. Pancheros, you do realize that is false advertising and that's illegal right? If prices went up a while ago, then put a new menu up! Guess I'll take my money to Chipotle and California Tortilla. read more

Very average, Stingy with their food unfriendly workers. I only came here because of a coupon. Correct me if I'm wrong, the purpose of allowing coupons is to encourage repeat visits, that won't happen . No comparison to Chipotle's food quality and flavors. The only positive is the Dining area has a warmer feel to it than Chipotle. read more

Would give this place zero stars if I could. Our food delivery was 85 minutes late and it had nothing to do with the door dash driver. He was stuck waiting there and lost out on working because this restaurant doesn't have their act together. No one answers the phone at all either when I tried calling many times. Plenty of other Mexican places. Stay away from this one that clearly has no manager running it. 85 minutes late is completely unacceptable. read more

We use to come here a lot, but we were very disappointed this time around. The staff was busy but they were squeezed onto the line very disorganized. The problem was the lack in sanitary care regarding your food. The 1st person slapped the tortilla down then leaned her whole body on the tortilla. She did this to all of them. The food containers sloppy and they plopped your request on the tortilla all the time leaning over as the girls hair was not in a fish net hung over the food. We saw a guy drop a mixing spoon and pick it up off the floor and threw it in an overflowing container of more dirty ones. The residual food splattered on all the other food containers. No one had a mask on and one guy coughed without covering his mouth on the food. They mixed up the internet orders and dropped one on the floor picked it up and tossed it to the cashier. A customer came up from the dining area and complained that they had a lot of hair in their burrito. At that point we decided to just leave. We were so grossed out. read more

Love Pancheros. It's better than Chipotle and and Qdoba. I like how they thoroughly mix the contents of your burrito together before closing the burrito. So that you don't just get a mouthful of rice or a mouth full of chicken or not full of beans. Service here is good to. I have been coming here for 4 years and never had a problem. read more

Unless you enjoy extremely long wait times for a fast food restaurant..., I highly recommend going to a different location or finding a different restaurant.. EVERY TIME I come to this location, it's never busy... but somehow I end up waiting an average 15-20 minutes (whether I order online or go in person) even though there are 5 employees working behind the counter and no one else in line. read more

Always a fan of Pancheros! This is a clean and nice place too. The food is great and the price is not too bad either.

What's the tagline. You'd be full now if you were eating here.what's the tag line. You would be full now if you were eating here. I guess I can t be full since the doors are locked even though states open until 9. It was referred to me better than Chipotle I guess I'll never know. I've been going to this Pancheros since the day it opened a few years back and they went from such a great quality place but then I noticed their queso started getting watery and lost its quality probably Bc the price of cheese is high so they cut it with alternatives. Then they raised the prices bye over a dollar but they don't change the menu prices so you just get a surprised at check out and lastly and most recently they just started using smaller spoons so scoop your portions and they heavily skimp u on everything so this place went down hill and it's very sad to see and this is across all Pancheros now it seems like they have a competition with eachother of who can give out the smallest portions to make the most money very sad they're hopefully losing a lot of business Bc of this step up panch or you'll be gone read more

Delicious, on par with Moe's, Qdoba, or Chipotle. Menu is most similar to that of Chipotle's in that there are only a handful of different items to choose from. However, the selection is good and the quality of the food is great. One bonus - they mix all the ingredients into your burrito together once you've finished adding them in. Blends all the flavors nicely together! read more

DISGUSTING!!!!!!! Stopped in for a Burrito at 8 pm...1. The staff was miserable. No one smiled, not one how are you. Not even what can I get for you......When I spoke up and said I would like a Burrito - the comment from the first person was "You want a Burrito"? Maybe he was deaf? 2. Before he asked if I wanted rice - he dumped a huge amount of rice on the Burrito and then asked - "Do you want rice?" When I said no - he scrapped the rice back into the container it came from..... 3. I asked for Black Beans, Carnitas, salsa, drop of the white sauce, chopped tomatoes, peppers, guac, and cheese. The next person on the line MIXED all this stuff in front of me (gross and made the food look like vomit)....Why did they do that? The same person did not do that to the person's Burrito in front of me? 4.Paid more than $8 bucks for this! 5 mins later - at home - this was COLD. Still looked like vomit, however I ate half...Within 30 mins I was sick and I mean sick.......Up all night and now the next day am still suffering from severe stomach distress....... Hey Management - the staff at least last night at 8 pm was miserable, the food is poorly prepared and cold, and I am concerned about food poisoning....... read more

The food is good and the service is fast and friendly! I love the Carnitas bowl. I think they give more meat in the bowls. Love it!

I placed a large order here and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the guys even carried everything out to my car. As for the food it was good and about what I expected. I ordered the stake burrito and while I'm no stranger to the burrito (really I've eaten a lot) this is possibly the biggest burrito I've ever eaten - it was so big I didn't finish it! It's possible the team there was being extra nice to me because it was a slow Tuesday. Regardless I will come back here because the food is solid and the staff was great! read more

I have been going to Pancheros in Voorhees since it opened. I have only had good experiences with the food or service there. We went to the Marlton store and it was ridiculous the little amount of food they give you. By the time they are done charging you for every little thing it's twice the price as chipotle and less food. Very disappointing. read more

Was reminded today of why I don't go here. Compared to Chipotle in the Promenate in Marlton or the Panchero's in the Rave/Ritz center in Voorhees, this is my least favorite. They skimp on the serving sizes and charge you extra for everything (such as veggies on a chicken or beef burrito, even when you don't get other ingredients such as beans/rice) when the other places don't. Also, their serving size of guacamole (extra, of course) is by far the smallest of all three. Chipotle, I'm sorry I cheated on you. read more

This place is good with the biggest burrito you will ever eat. Only complaint is the price almost $12 for a burrito and drink. No chips? Would prefer to have a smaller burrito option for less dough. Like at Moe's. Nice staff, clean place. But again a little pricey. I would give 3 1/2 if I could. read more

I'm here to right a wrong (as I was surprised to see the Yelp rating this place currently has). Not to take away from anybody's own personal experience here, but I've been coming here for years and have had nothing but excellent customer service and food. Sure, on a rare occasion an employee might not be as chipper or might seem like they are rushing, but it has never impacted the quality of the food, and they've always accommodated all my requests (like for lots of cilantro, hollerrr). For the overwhelmingly most part, the employees here are very friendly, courteous, professional, and engaging. The reason I came on Yelp today in the first place was to give everyone a heads up that their hot sauce recipe has recently changed, in a good way! I don't know if it's made in-house, but it is a ton spicier than before and comparable to other Mexican restaurants I've been to. Once again, as I've done countless times before, I leave Pancheros after having had a very satisfying meal. Keep up the good work everyone! You are appreciated. read more

Good Mexican at a good price. Still prefeer chiptle. Way over priced. This is barely a step above taco bell

Food was fine, but I can't stand restaurants that clearly violate health department standards!!! Change your gloves after you handle money and start to touch food on the next order. read more

OVERLY SEASONED RICE AND CHICKEN. Tastes like Rice A Roni in a tortilla. Whatever cheap and processed seasoning they use for their rice and chicken completely overtakes the taste of any other ingredient you put in your burrito. Tasted like it was seasoned with box soup mix, overy salty and one note flavor. Its a shame because the good points are that they mix the ingredients, so you get an even bite every time, problem is the flavor of each bite sucks. I wasn't an immediate fan of Chipotle, I thought it lacked a bit of flavor but I grew to respect the freshness of their ingredients. I just finished eating the burrito from Pancheros and im still dealing with lingering flavors of salt, dehydrated garlic, and probably msg. Ps. This is coming from a person who could eat salt by the spoonful if it wouldnt kill me, just dont kill my food with it. read more
