We were there first thing in the morning and the bathrooms already stunk. The kids menu had fun stuff to color but came with no crayons, and the front didn't even have a pen to lend out so the kids could use the sheet. It came with Wikki Stix, which was fun, but it missed the mark. Based on our visit, I wouldn't describe this as a family-friendly environment.

She sat us and we informed the waitress (tall brunette) the same thing and she seemed annoyed and stated "they shouldn't have sat you". It's not our fault that your hostess sat us even though your policy is to wait till your whole party is there. Great Service, Clean Atmosphere, and Solid Breakfast!…read more We visited Biscuits Cafe in San Tan Valley, AZ, and overall had a really good experience! The service was excellent -- 10/10! The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was very clean. The atmosphere was also great, making it a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Here's how the food rated for us: Smash Burger: 8/10 -- Good burger and definitely worth trying. American Breakfast: 9/10 -- Really good breakfast and one of our favorites! Protein Bowl: 8/10 -- A solid, satisfying option. Fish and Chips: 2/10 -- Unfortunately, this dish was disappointing and could use some improvement. Overall ratings: * Service: 10/10 * Cleanliness: 10/10 * Atmosphere: 9/10 Overall, Biscuits Cafe has a lot going for it, especially the great service, cleanliness, and breakfast options. Not every dish was a hit, but we enjoyed most of what we ordered. We'd come back again, especially for breakfast! Definitely worth a visit if you're in San Tan Valley!

We ordered drinks at the bar while waiting for our table, and when the table was ready it was transferred over. When the bill came, I tipped the bartender on what he served us, and the waiter on what she served us. Fair right? I'm assuming the waiter did not like that, and 2 days later when I noticed the charge to my credit card was higher than what I had wrote now. Doing back calculations they chose a 20% tip on the entire bill and charged my card for that. I called 2 days later, and without a copy of the receipt there was nothing they can do. I can't believe a business doesn't at least keep the paper receipts for a minimum time period. Seems pretty shady, and now I don't feel comfortable eating and charging my card here.

My pancakes came out after I finished the rest of my meal, with no acknowledgement of their extreme delay. We had to ask for refills, our check and boxes.
