The delivery times for Panago are always good. Usually here at the Leduc location of Panago they'll say 30 to 45 minutes and they'll be there in 25, particularly if you're not ordering on a Friday/Saturday night at supper. I like Panago because the pizza isn't super greasy, and it has a a decent balance of toppings to cheese to sauce to crust ratio. They also have a good variety of pizzas including standard ones like pepperoni and ham and pineapple, as well as fusion-pizza flavors like the bbq pizza or butter chicken. Panago's regular crust is a bit thicker than I usually like, but last time I ordered pizza I noticed (after the fact) they have a thinner crust so I'll have to try that next time. Other downside to Panago is they can be expensive, but they often have a deal on, so if you get the deal pizza it's not bad. While there are better pizza restaurants out there to sit down and eat at if I'm looking for delivery I'll stick with Panago.

Poor hygiene standards in food preparation and unsafe food handling practices…read more I was at Panago Pizza #98 today on June 25th 2022 to order a salad. The Cezar salad was prepared by lady who DIDN't use Gloves at all, she put her bare hand inside of the box of cheese and after that she put again her bare hand into another box of crackers and put all on the top of my salad, I watched this and I was shocked. This is totally unacceptable and she continued to maintain unsafe practicing which against AHS regulations. My big concern is a Food handlers ‑ hygiene and health at this place. I am literally two minutes away by vehicle. In the time it took for my pizza to get here I could've walked to Panago. I opened my box and my pizza has only a few shrimps on it (I got primo shrimp with daiya cheese instead of regular cheese). Upon opening my Simple Italian dressing I discovered it's old or just not a good one because it tastes like nothing. It's straight oil with no flavor at all, and it was separated and cloudy when I opened it. I got pizza to treat myself. I was really craving my dip and the shrimp on my pizza and you guys ruined it for me. I want my money back or a new pizza and dip. Update: I recieved a credit for my pizza and the dip. Panago was quick to fix the problem and it's greatly appreciated.

When I call in I get to talk to their call centre, and the people there 9/10 times are very good. They can access order history and communicate clearly. Usually the pizza is at my house in 30-40 minutes, which I consider to be commendable. Their inconsistency lies in that I always order the exact same thing: Steak Mushroom Melt with Extra Cheese and Extra sauce. The pizza is surprisingly inconsistent. At worst it has regular cheese AND regular sauce, and at best its hard to hold because it's dripping with sauce and cheese. They should weigh their ingredients like papa murphy's so that they can have more consistency.
