Panago = luxury to me. I forget when Panago first came to Canada, but it was my best friend's first job when we were like 14 and I've been hooked ever since. I totally recommend this location. I also recommend customizing your pizza to have the Jalapeno White Sauce! If you need a dip - Chipotle Cilantro. SO GOOD. This place is face and professional. They got me eating my pizza within like 15 minutes. I can't ask for more. Never had a bad experience. I've also ordered delivery from here and it came in like 20 minutes. Amazing. read more

Usually Panago is great, the food is excellent and the service is good. However, this location is different. At this location the lady at the front was rude and unapproachable. Plus they won't start an order unless they confirm with you over the phone if you actually meant to order something online. Kinda beats the purpose of ordering online doesn't it? They make the effort... for what seems slightly too high of price for the local marketplace. I used to purchase from Panago, and things have changed, so they seem more like a corporate competitor to Pizza 73, Poppa John's, or Pizza Hut with a little bit of niching. I used to love every pizza I got. Now, I think the flavors are weak. The processed ingredients are lower quality than they used to be and slightly odd as to flavor. The cheeses aren't as flavorful as they were; good cheeses can make a great pizza. The speed to get the me the pizzas was good, and they were good pizzas, though what I purchased seem like something to be sold for $15-22 for XL pizzas, not $25-30. In over a year's worth of cash flow for a business, that can be a big difference. I might try for higher volume at lower prices and use better promotions and ingredients to gain more market share, not so much worried about niching unique ingredients. I doubt I'll buy Panago much more unless it is super-convenient at the time, or they change some for the better. 6 to 7 out of 10 read more

Once I had the delivery driver leave because I took two minutes, literally, i checked the time he called my phone, to get downstairs in a high rise, and offered to resend the same, cold pizza, in an hour. I ordered half and half on a small pizza once, only to have the store cook call me himself and scream at me that I had to at least order a medium for that. Phoned the customer care, and they said they could absolutely do half and half on small. Even the customer care is terrible. I ordered a medium half and half today, half with extra ham and pineapple. Pizza comes, I tip well, open the box, and what do I find? 3 slices in total over 4 pieces. I will upload pictures to prove it. I Explain a situation, as I was heading out of town today and could not wait an hour for my pizza to be "remade and redelivered" I was hungry then, still had to get ready and i was not willing to wait for them to send out another, and take back the original. "Well miss there is nothing else I can do for you" Are you serious? are you kidding me. Screw panago, and especially screw this location. Worst pizza place ever. read more

I like this Panago. I may be incorrect in my assumption, but I believe two brothers own this location & they are always so friendly and speedy making our meals. The other staff is equally lovely, & seem generally cheerful, which is nice to see. In reading the other reviews left for this location, I can sympathize and have a tip to ensure you get the best service & pizzas: Order in person. Unless you are ordering delivery, this shouldn't be too much of a hassle. I have been mainly disappointed ordering online & over the phone (little to no cheese, skimpy toppings etc). Everytime I make my order in person, I receive the right pizza with the lots of toppings. With pizzas like pesto shrimp, primo pollo, chipotle chicken, chorizo and goat cheese and primo capicollo, Panago's creations are a step beyond same old, same old pepperoni and ham pineapple pizzas. To make your pizza eating experience even more profound, Panago offers one free dip or shaker. If one doesn't suffice (and believe me, it won't), you can purchase more at 50 cents each. In addition to pizzas, Panago offers fresh salads and chicken wings cooked to perfection. 10 pieces cost $8 which isn't really the best deal out there, but Panago's chicken wings are fresh and crispy, and seasoned just right. Ordered online on my phone as I was reading at the Starbucks next door... and my pizza was ready to go when I popped in 15 min later. Hot and fresh, and the guy helped me right away. I haven't ordered from Panago in YEARS so I was a little sad that you don't get a free dip anymore. Ah well. It's a little smaller and pricier than my usual to-go option, but it definitely tasted good and I would order again if it was the closest option. read more

Last night I ordered the chicken club pizza. On-line ordering was easy and the pizza was delivered 20 minutes earlier than expected - nice! However, I was very disappointed in the pizza. The best word to describe it was DRY! Overpowered by bacon, I could not taste the chicken. If there had been more than a stingy scattering of chopped tomato, it probably would have been better as the few bites that actually had tomato were the only ones that didn't send me grabbing for a glass of water to wash it down. I thought I would give Panago another try but once again I was disappointed and left wondering why I didn't order from Roadrunner, which never disappoints. read more

Panago is the worst Pizza on the planet...ordered New York deli and hard to find meat and the thin cheeze and horrible oregano sauce (you could not taste sauce for the tomato paste junk (Yuk) for the oregano) was so strong it disgusted us. For two large Pizzas and the second was meat and peppers and banana peppers ( the chintzy chili size beef was difficult to find and burned) were maybe three chintzy slices...on two large Pizzas... This is a horrible Pizza joint and that is all I can say for flushing $42 down the toilet... We spit out, and will never order from this cheap junky Panago Ho place on 28th and 64 (off 66), Millwoods dump will not be forgotten. Rotten and poorly disgustingly put together for the nobodies they think don't know better, so shame on them! I would have preferred to put -5 but it is not available. read more

Can't read the directions on an order to make it properly and will not make things right when the order is delivered incorrectly. I called to have the incorrect order fixed and they sent half of a replacement so now I am sitting here with cold pizza while my wife has a fresh one. my review starts with the basic ingredient- bread. in my opinion, things that are mostly bread should not cost more than a loaf of the gluten itself. while i close the port in which the transaction of money and bread is finalized, i think about my parents telling me in my youth to avoid hanging out with reprobates, that i am a good person and i should be making best choices to take care of myself. when i open the thin, cardboard package i can't help but think of my parents and how much the box represents everything they once told me to be heed of. maybe purchasing this pizza is a reflection of my longing to be rebellious or maybe it is a poor purchase in general. all i know is it leaves me feeling disappointed and ripped off and that expensive bread is a metaphor of a bad choice as a grown adult. sorry mom. and as for panago, you are selling warm bread. never forget. read more
