I first heard about Espania Pizzeria from an article in the March 2025 edition of Edify Magazine…read more Espania Pizzeria was listed among five of the best pizza places in Edmonton in that magazine. We decided to give it a try. We ordered two medium pizzas; the Tandoori Paneer Pizza and the Hawaiian. Both were $17.99 in 2025. The first thing we noticed was the crust. It's a thin crust but it was not limp like so many thin crust pizzas. You can hold the pizza from the edge and it keeps it's shape. I would definitely say that it's the best pizza crust in Edmonton (maybe even in Alberta). The rest of the pizza was pretty good too. Perhaps not the best ever, but certainly anong the better pizzas we've eaten. I would have preferred a little more sauce on the Tandoori Pizza as that would elevate it to the next level. I know that we'll order again from Espania Pizzeria because the pizzas are good and the crust is great.

I asked what the more Spanish pizzas were. He said Espania Veggie and Espania. Espania pizza had a crisp crust on the dry side. It was a bit overdone (the cheese was dry, not gooey). I ordered my usual ham and fresh tomato pizza tonight (medium) for delivery. This is the first time…read moreI have ever been disappointed in pizza from Royal Pizza. The tomatoes were a crunchy yellow color, except for one piece of tomato which was the normal red and normal ripe texture. It's very strange to see yellow crunchy toppings when you're expecting to see red tomatoes. Have to say it the look of the pizza and different texture and color of tomatoes turned me off. Hope it doesn't happen again, if I even order from them again.

New Tamarack location - Worst service ever, website said order now and will be ready in 15 minutes,…read moreI went there for pickup 20 minutes later and had to wait another 25 minutes for the order and when I asked they said I'd get the free wings offer because my order was over $35 but then they called me 5 minutes later while I was waiting in my vehicle and said that they decided they wouldn't honor the free wings for orders over $35 because I hadn't ordered them, why order when they're supposed to be FREE - until I got ANGRY - ESPECIALLY after being charged for an 18% tip that I did not authorize ! Then they said that I swore at them, when I didn't (the cook lied), and THEY had auto charged me an 18% on top for a tip AFTER I had already approved a misrepresented total price, which only showed up on my receipt after I had tapped my credit card to pay the misrepresented total! A RIP OFF! They definitely DID NOT DESERVE that tip and since when do I not get a choice about giving a tip? !!

We were about 15 minutes late (pre-ordered) but it was still all good. Also, I recommend asking for a side of donair sauce - it makes the best dip for pizza! Yum!

I tried the 12" Siciliana Meat Lovers. I knew I was hungry but I was surprised I ate 80% of it before feeling full. Query if it is just not that filling or if I was just That hungry! It was good, very very fresh but I wish there was more meat and cheese on it. Crust was not too hard, doughy - very thin under the toppings itself - floppy. 8.5/10. Loved that it was made fresh to order but no the best meatlovers I have ever had. Friends got the $16 lunch special which comes with small pizza, choice of soup or salad, and Sanpellegrino drink. Both got the tomato bisque and Loved it. One got the Hawaiian pizza and the other the Primavera. Both were happy with their food and ate ~70% of it.
