Ordered pickup for 3:55PM. Order was ready at 4PM. Have to pay via online if you order online…read more Online menu + ordering is easy and well done, easy to pick flavors and dips. Parking in front and beside the building and in communal parking lot. Lots of dine-in space with comfy booths or tables. Tried the 'Foursome' - 8wings x 4 flavors = 32wings + 5 carrot sticks and 5 celery sticks for $65. Was a little sad you get fries in the 'single' and 'double' but only veggies in the larger orders. I like that the more wings you order the cheaper they are ('Triple' = $2/wing, 'Foursome' = $1.94/wing, 'Maverick' = $1.90/wing). I like that we got 4 free dips - we tried the dill, ranch, and blue cheese, all were very good. I got the Bone-less wings which were very nice - good meat/breading ratio, large pieces, chicken was hot, moist, and very well done. 10/10 would get again. Flavors: Sweet Escape (Honey garlic + Gar Par): Honey garlic was good and then they drizzle on what tastes exactly like Cesear dressing. 7/10. I did not like the Gar Par but this one sisters favorite flavor so I guess to each their own. Maple Hickory (Maple BBQ + Dry Hickory) : 8.5/10. Not too strong of flavor, like a simple BBQ sauce. Not too saucy/not dripping in sauce. Dry Mystery (dry toasted garlic + peppers): 8/10. Really liked that it wasn't saucy. Breading was excellant so really got to see that. Didn't taste hot, spicy, or like peppers at all. Didn't really have any flavor. Saddle Up (Caesar +Dill): 10/10 my favorite. Would have liked a stronger dill flavor but liked that it was super saucey and had the most flavor. Overall would recommend for some great wings.

Not very happy with the service at this location. The battered mushrooms I ordered came out under…read moredone. The batter was still raw inside. Like cold raw. Disgusting and inedible. They screwed up my order. Again. I'm getting sick and tired of this location not listening when I order. I always order my wings with flats only, since they take pride in offering this as an option. So for my third visit in a row I get mixed wings. I can't stand the drums because they're too fatty. The waitress at least owned the mistake and told me she forgot. That's cool, thank you for being honest, so props to her for that. Insider tip. If they screw up your wing order, you still get to keep your wings and they bring you a new order. Yes Wild Wing I posted that. Get your stuff together and maybe you won't bleed money on wasted food. Sorry for the aggressive review but I'm pissed off. I'm not coming back to this location.

It was twenty minutes before a second server came to our table and asked if we needed drinks, we said we would like to order and she said she'd get our server. Our server never arrived after another fifteen minutes the second server came back and asked us if we needed anything we told her we still hadn't ordered, we asked for the bill and left hungry. Poor service, mediocre wings and bad fish tacos. I can't comment on the entrées because I ran out of patience and left before I was given a chance to order. Would not go again.

It was very quiet when I stopped in. Bartender/waitress was very polite, and friendly. Atmosphere is quaint and pleasing. It's a nice little (and it is little..I think the may have seating for 30 people) hole-in-the-wall. I ordered an Iced tea, and the Mushroom burger. To go "all out"...I also added cheese and bacon for a total of $3.00. The gravey was an additional $1. Not really surprising. The burger was actually quite large. Thick & Juicy. To be honest, it tasted similar to a 5 Guys burger....but it was bigger. Tasted like something I could make on my grill. Fries were decent and while gravey wasn't amazing...it was satisfying enough. Grand total before tip was ~$19. I may just head back with a friend or two to sample something else one day!

We also both took advantage of the free Wednesday wings for hotel guests: you can have as many free wings as you like with your choice of sauce AND free beer! Can't say no to that! The service needs some work. The hostess walked right past us when we arrived, and we were trying to figure out if we could seat ourselves or if we had to wait to be seated (there was no sign). I made eye contact with her and asked if we could seat ourselves (we had at breakfast) and she said "Hahaha noooooooo... I was just busy for a moment, you can follow me." The other waitresses didn't seem attached to the idea of serving us, and passed us right back to the hostess when it was time for us to pay our bill.

It took us a while to get seated and menus. However, once we got a server (she was brand new) she was friendly, helpful and efficient. We each got a Caesar, which came from the casino bar. Probably one of the WORST Caesar's I have ever had. Watered down (was there any alcohol in there)? And no spice or flavour. Do yourself a flavour and skip the bar drinks unless you are getting a beer. I decided on the Cajun salmon with wild rice and the Brussel spouts. My husband got the chicken Corden blue with fries. Took awhile for the food to come out (which was odd, we were one of two couples in the entire place). First came out complementary warm pretzels. They were delicious and came with a nice mustard dip. Nice change from the usual bread basket you get at restaurants. I have to say the food was in general, really good. My husband found the tomato sauce on the chicken a little odd tasting (I have to agree) but the portion was really large and the chicken was cooked correctly. Perhaps not flattened enough and the filling inside was a little skimpy but still good. My salmon was excellent. It was perfectly cooked and a lovely Cajun seasoning on it. The rice was decent, and the Brussel sprouts were AMAZING. If I come here again I will order a double portion. Tender, sautéed in butter with some walnuts and raisins. So lovely. And lucky for me, hubby's came with it as well and I got his portion as well. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, but food was good.

I 1st had their Gluten Free Very Berry cheese cake when I stayed at the Sawridge in Edmonton (see…read morethat review). It was so good I went back to the lounge to have another peice when a friend joined me for drinks. Anyway it was so good that I asked the staff where it came from because it did NOT taste like other commercially produced GF crap. We had a surprise party for my mom's birthday yesterday and I purchased 2 cakes from them on Friday. 1 GF Very Berry Cheesecake and the Chocolate Caramel cake for the gluten eaters. They both came presliced with parchment paper between each slice so it made for super easy serving. The cake had 16 portions and the cheesecake had 14. They are in super sturdy cardboard boxes so I never felt once that these cakes would get squashed at anytime. They come frozen but I was told to let them thaw for 2 hours before serving for a whole cake 45 for a slice. I was told if left frozen the cakes would last 10 months in the freezer. Anyway all the guests devoured the cakes. Even though there were only 2 Celiacs the gluten eaters couldn't resist the beautiful cheesecake. I'm not sure if anyone but myself and my aunt knew the cheesecake was GF. I will DEFINITELY BE buying all my birthday/anniversary cakes from them from now on. I didn't feel like I was being left out of the gluten party.

Sounds like their cakes should be ordered before you just stop in. Their cakes are made in house and I would love to check out and get a tour of their facility one day. And their front staff were super lovely and friendly. Plus a bonus is they have their own parking and lots of it! I stopped in for their open house and they had a delicious display and samples available. That sold me on purchasing some of their tasty morsels! Who could resist a festive rum & eggnog cheesecake? They have some super open house special deals so if you need a dessert hit this place up! I got the thrifty cakes, which are the imperfect ones knocked back in price- they taste amazing so I don't mind what they look like! Sampled the carrot cake, which I had heard some raving reviews about, and hot dang they got a good carrot cake! Shredded coconut, pineapple, cream cheese icing! Super drool! I picked up the festive candy cane mouse for my GF friend, which was super lovely to hear that some of their most popular items are gluten free. Not so much available options for the diary intolerant people so be wary of that! But skimming through their book they have some really neat cakes and presentation- like a baklava cake, or the Mayan pyramid cake! Enjoy a sweet treat from Wow! Factor Desserts I know I will definitely be back here again!
