Menu is good and has many other flavours of wings. You can also order battered cauliflower and French fries. If you like wings and don't want to make them yourself, I think you would be happy with the taste. I still wouldn't say it is good value for your buck. After shopping around the Brewery plaza, we had lunch here. I'm not the biggest wing fan so my boyfriend was a little worried about taking me here. However, wings were delicious. We ordered the traditional 10 wings meal deal, half of them being Teriyaki and the other half was dry rub Cajun (I think?), with Cajun fries. Wait time was slightly long, but when they had our food ready it was fresh and warm. The Cajun fries were perfect, they had the perfect amount of crispiness. They looked really nice, like a textbook picture of long yellow fries. And how they looked matched how they tasted. Both wings were very fantastic. The dry rub Cajun was flavorful and seemed like it had a hint of lemon or something citrus-y. The Teriyaki wings exceeded my expectations. I don't like wings with too much sauce, and the Teriyaki nailed it. The sauce had a great flavor combination of savory, sweet, and umami. Wow, I thought an establishment that focused on wings would actually make decent wings..... We ordered 40 wings, Cajun, Salt and Pepper, Lemon Pepper, Jamaican Jerk. Half the wings they should call sparrow wings....grossly undersized and dry!!! Flavours other than the Lemon Pepper were grossly under flavoured, could barely tell the difference between the S&P and the Cajun. I had to wait 40 minutes for my food, only for them to give me the wrong order but corrected it right then. For the order the wait time shouldn't exceed 10 minutes. When I finally got my actual order, I was beyond disappointed. The chicken wings were drenched in sauce, way too greasy, and the chicken itself looked old--you could see dark spots of blood in the meat and bones! The fries weren't any better--also greasy and dripping with oil. This was hands down one of the worst food experiences I've had. This was my first time to try this restaurant. My husband and I shared the 15 piece meal. We chose the honey garlic boneless chicken and the lemon pepper boneless chicken. For the sides, we tried the seasoned fries and a very small container of coleslaw. For a dip we opted for the creamy dill flavour. We washed down our meal with a lot of soda fountain Sprite. To be honest, I think the seasonings on the chicken and the fries seemed really salty. However, despite the saltiness, I liked the sweet flavour of the sticky honey garlic boneless chicken. The main focus of the menu is on traditional wings, boneless wings, and chicken tenders. For non-meat eaters, they offer Cauli-Wings (cauliflower wings). You can choose from a variety of sauces or dry rubs for your wings/tenders. They also offer meal deals which come with a side of fries, small coleslaw, and a drink. I ordered the meal deal with the boneless wings. For my wings, I decided to go for the chicken & waffles sauce because it sounded very intriguing. It's described as a maple syrup sauce but I found it pretty similar to actual chicken & waffles. The only thing that would've made it better is if it was eaten with waffles! The boneless wings were a decent size. They kind of reminded me of chicken tenders but that's what happens when you order wings without bones. The wings weren't overly saucy and they tasted fresh. For my fries, I decided to upgrade to premium fries for an extra $2. I had the garlic parmesan fries which tasted really good with garlic parmesan sauce. If you don't want to upgrade, you can choose from seasoned or cajun fries. My friend also had a boneless meal deal but he ordered mango habanero wings and upgraded to lemon-pepper fries. The mango habanero sauce is shown as the second spiciest sauce on the menu. He said it didn't taste that spicy though. I didn't try it because I can't really handle spice but I tried his fries and found them to have a very zesty flavour. I'm not sure if this is a permanent thing or new opening thing but they gave us free cornbread! I think it was my first time ever trying cornbread. It was sweet and moist. We also got to try a dessert on the house, Snobby Cake. It's deep-fried cornbread with ice cream and chocolate sauce. It reminded me of something you'd find at a carnival! Other desserts that they have are different cheesecakes. Overall, I enjoyed the food at Wing Snob. The service had some kinks, probably because it's new, but it didn't take away from our experience. Wing Snob offers traditional wings, boneless wings (like nuggets), and chicken tenders with a variety of sauces and dips. You can even get fried cauliflower wings - handy if you're bringing in for your cohort and someone is vegetarian. I had ten boneless lemon pepper wings. Let me tell you, these were the best boneless wings I have EVER had. They were plump, juicy, and flavourful without being overwhelming. Usually lemon pepper is a dry rub, but there was an actual, light lemon sauce on the wings that infused a lot of flavour, and still the wings stayed crispy. I also ordered a side of plain fries. They come seasoned or salted as well. For a regular portion, two people could have shared. The fries were lightly breaded and very crispy. I also ordered a piece of cornbread for dessert. At $1.50, it was a small slab wrapped in cellophane. It was fresh and tasted great. Wing Snob packed the order brilliantly, with slits on the styrofoam containers to get the steam out and let the food stay crispy. They also provided a side plate, fork, ketchup, and hand wipes. We got our food at 8:50 pm and thought we could finish our meals in 10 minutes. That wasn't the case and we were booted out at exactly 9 pm. In hindsight, we should had cancelled our order AFTER the server told us we could only stay until closing. Which seems odd, as most restaurants would allow the last diners to finish their meals, and just lock the doors to prevent others from coming in. Soooooooo disappointing All started May 15th 2020. Mom and I thought we would try this new place. After placing a $40 order (Waaaay to expensive for what we received) we got home and started eating. Mom came home with the order and my brother arrived. I started to unpack everything..... AGAIN...... WE WERE MISSING THE COLESLAW AND THE CHEESECAKE we ordered. I phoned the restaurant, told the manager, he apologized and had the missing items delivered. The chicken wings were soooo small ????? Smaller then the ones we first had the first time we tried them. These wings were sooo very good, we got Awesome sauce and Snobby-Q and both were fantastic, they had a very nice unique taste, well balanced with the sweet and salty, we also tried the Parmesan fries and Wow! After one bite you will be telling yourself thank goodness you ordered these crispy, flavourful, little pieces of potato heaven, then dip them in a bit of the creamy dill dip and it was terrific. I had a variety platter with Wings fries and a Slider . The Wings were hot and fresh , tasty and fried crisp, maybe a bit small for my liking. The fries had good seasoning and decent. I was hoping for a creamy slaw not a vinegar type. The stars of the show by far were the specialty dipping sauces and the crispy chicken mini sandwich. So good you want to eat it in 2 bites, but that would be a mistake. They even have Cherry Coke on tap , oh ya!!! I consider it premium pub fare without the having to run up a tab, eat well for $15 -$20 which is pretty standard these days. Absolutely amazing! Me and my husband went there today, on Christmas and they stayed open. The first thing that stood out was their wonderful customer service. The gentleman helping us was very considerate and pleasant to speak to, he helped us with our selection too. Then we got the food, parm fries and boneless wings. Wow. The fries were some of the best we've tried, the wings were so amazing and tender, the sauces were perfect, it was hard to decide which we liked best.
