The staff member made my Italian sub first and just before I was about to say..can you use a fresh pair of gloves, she removed the current pair and put on new. The gluten free bun was placed onto a separate toasting foil wrap, so not to contaminate and the whole assembly was done on a separate table. Which was awesome. Before I ordered I went onto the app itself to check out some of the sauces, meats and toppings. Love how firehouse puts everything on their site so you can make sure what has gluten and what doesn't.
