The gluten free bun was placed onto a separate toasting foil wrap, so not to contaminate and the whole assembly was done on a separate table. Which was awesome. Before I ordered I went onto the app itself to check out some of the sauces, meats and toppings. Love how firehouse puts everything on their site so you can make sure what has gluten and what doesn't. It is kind of nice though to control how much ice gets put in your beverage as I find I pay big bucks for a soda over at Rexall and half of it ends up being ice. It is a shame this place is only open during events as it is somewhere I could see myself eating out at on a regular basis.
