The staff member made my Italian sub first and just before I was about to say..can you use a fresh pair of gloves, she removed the current pair and put on new. The gluten free bun was placed onto a separate toasting foil wrap, so not to contaminate and the whole assembly was done on a separate table. Which was awesome. Before I ordered I went onto the app itself to check out some of the sauces, meats and toppings. Gluten-free subs come in "medium" only. We asked for an allergen/Gluten-free menu the staff member called over who I assume was the manager. I have my doubts about the meatballs being safe but that will be on me to do a deeper dive on the website as this was a visit on a whim. I didn't ask about cross contamination protocol as I know I take my chances when ever dining out of my home. I settled on the Spicy Cajun Chicken. It had kick! The bun did not fall apart at anytime during my consumption. The staff are very friendly and when faced with a question they ask more questions.
