I wanted my nails done for my birthday on Feb 5, my daughter and I came in and they had a wait so I asked if they had appointments for later. We made an appointment and when we arrived back for our appointment we had to wait for almost 30mins. Salon is nice and clean. People are nice. Asked for a specific look with colors and they could not do it and my daughter wanted a simple design they could not do. I got SNS, loved the color I chose however I left with them filed uneven and product under my nails. Most of them cracked with in a couple days and all completely cracked, snagging and broken between the first and second week. I get SNS all the time and they last atleast 3weeks. This was my second time trying SNS here and unsatisfied both time with how they turned out and not lasting for the amount paid. read more

My experience at the salon was great but less than a week after my visit I now have three chipped nails. I've never had polish chip after getting SNS. Super disappointed considering the amount spent. read more

This was one of the worst pedicures I've had in the Austin area in 12 years! Their basic pedicure was $35 and that DID NOT include them scrubbing the bottom of my feet which is literally standard in every pedi I've ever gotten. They tried to do $5 more for callus removal. I was in and out in 35 minutes like I was cattle. My feet felt exactly the way they did when I came in. The polish was terrible and chipped in the first week. My cuticles were also a mess after a week. Extra time I'll go back up to the arboretum where I can get a SPA pedicure for $35 and my polish lasts 3 weeks. read more

My first time visiting Pamper & Polish! It's in a great location! The spa/salon is very nice and clean! They offer a variety of great services and have a wide selection of polish colors to choose from! Hana was my nail technician and did an absolutely Phenomenal job! She did a sugar scrub & lotion on my legs during my pedicure left my legs feeling nice and smooth, she also got rid of any dead skin on my feet! She also provided and excellent hand and arm massage with lotion. The Polish on my gel manicure and regular pedicure was perfect, she's very attentive to detail and has great color recommendations. She so kind and professional! I highly recommend to request Hana as your nail technician! I will definitely be back and I already pre-booked my next appointment! read more

I have been to this nail salon several times now and left pleased. Sometimes, they tell you an estimated wait time that's not accurate and having an appointment doesn't mean you will be seen at that time. They do a nice job just make sure you have time to spend there. read more

I was excited to try a new place but will not be returning. I received sns with tips and unfortunately left with cuts on four fingers from the nail drill. The nail tech did not wear gloves, put a liquid on my open cut to stop the bleeding touching the bottle to the actual wound. The whole experience felt very unsanitary. Also not sure if the nail drills get sanitized. Yuck! read more

A very clean and nice place! It's still brand new since they opened only a couple of months ago. I called to make an appointment and the lady who answered was very sweet and helpful. The staff was very attentive to everything they did and they stayed busy the whole time I was there. I got a regular manicure and pedicure, but they were both perfect! I'll be going back and trying some of their other services for sure! It is slightly pricey, but to me, it was all worth it! read more

I have nothing nice to say about this salon ! I just moved to the area and found this place super close by . I went in to get a mani and pedi , my pedi was done first and as my manicure was being done I asked if I can change my nail polish color because I just wasn't to thrilled about my color on my toes. The owner response to me saying the tech that did my pedi had moved on to another client and that if I wanted to have the door change that I would have to pay an additional $15 for the color change . I was utterly disgusted with the customer service this is not a great way to start w a potential new client . I was still there getting services , I had not left , it wasn't two days later that I changed my mind . It was right in the middle of my services that I asked to have the color changed . I don't have a prob paying for a color change if it had been a week or a few days that I changed my mind . But the fact she wanted to charge me for a change of color was obstructively mean , and very poor customer satisfaction. So needless to say I walked out an unhappy customer w a polish I'm not to thrilled about -and was kind enough o still tip and pay for services . I will not be returning for any further mani and pedis . My money will go to another salon w better services provided to clients . read more

This is not the place to go if you have a busy schedule. They DO NOT HONOR APPOINTMENT times. Regardless of how long you book in advance, they prioritize walk ins to get as many customers through as possible. There are so many beautiful salons in Cedar Park and Leander- go elsewhere. read more

I drive all the way from downtown to come get my nails done here because they always do such an amazing, detailed job, are quick and my nails will last a whole month. I get dip powder. They do get busy (because they're so good!) but respect appointments and always get you started to take your nails off while waiting for a technician to be available. read more

First off, a man started on my nails and then didn't even know how to properly glue them so another lady had to take them all off and restart. Secondly, the nail lady was drilling so hard on my nails that I was physically wincing in pain. I get my nails done twice a month and have never experienced that kind of pain before. If I have 20 tattoos (including on my hands) and felt more pain from a nail drill, there's something wrong with how she was doing it. She kept looking up and saying sorry but continued to burn every cuticle I had. When it came to the design, it was clear no one knew how to do them and instead of telling me that she just went for it and they all look uneven as fuck. My favorite part was getting the bill for 95 FUCKING DOLLARS for nude nails with a small black design. I would be fine paying this for good nails but for the amount of pain I went through, combined with the SLOW ASS SERVICE (it should not take two hours for a simple set), and the expensive ass bill made me wanna commit murder. I left broke, in pain, and without good looking nails! Do not go here unless you want to waste your whole day and entire bank account. read more
