Review for Mockingbird & West Village locations, airbrush tanning only…read more MAI & HALEY are my FAVs! Mai works at Mockingbird, and Haley works at both, but you can find Haley at West Village also if that location is more your jam. LOVE THIS PLACE! I found them on Groupon in April of 2019 and have been hooked since. If "checking in" was still a thing (is it still a thing?) I'd probably be Major... As a fair skinned San Francisco transplant, I like my tans to look NATURAL AND EVEN. I have an affinity for detail, and my spray tans are no different. I'm also accustomed to ORGANIC spray tans in SF, and was SO HAPPY Sol Sunless also offers this. I use VENETIAN MEDIUM with the single or double gun (depending on how I feel that day), but if you are just going once in awhile, I recommend the DOUBLE GUN all the way- its a thinner spray of the gun and makes for better saturation, and the tan lasts longer (WORTH THE UP-CHARGE LADIES). I recommend you exfoliate & shave before you go, rinse off the next day only (no soap if you can avoid/use only on the girly parts), and use Aveeno sensitive skin body wash during your week of being tan (the formula of soap in Aveeno does not strip your tan like regular body washes do). And ask the gals about the products in front for sale- I love the NORVELL TRAVEL SIZE to help while I'm away if the ocean/pool takes a bit of my tan. I used to get sprayed for special occasions only (in SF you don't have much reason to show skin) but now that I live in warmer climate- and because its such an enjoyable experience at Sol Sunless- I pretty much GO WEEKLY. Their treatment rooms are always clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, fun high-energy music is always playing, everyone does there best to accommodate the time you want, and are super efficient. Booking is easy online and if you need to change your appointment last minute- as long as you don't call right before your scheduled time (rude!) they're super easygoing about moving your slot if time allows. Also if they miss a spot on your bod, or there's something you're not happy with once you rinse off, call them and tell them and they'll touch you up for FREE! How great is that customer service?? CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. I swear going here makes your life better.

I want to caution anyone considering this business: there is false advertising on their website…read more They prominently highlight a button that says your first airbrush spray tan is free. However, when I went in for my appointment and checked out, I was charged $60 for a service that was advertised as free. I tried every way possible to resolve this: I emailed, sent a DM through Instagram, and called (their voicemail box was completely full). After seven days of calling, I finally reached someone. Instead of honoring their advertised offer, I was told that "at the very bottom of the appointment confirmation email" it states that the service isn't actually free. I never saw this disclaimer, and frankly, if the promotion is plastered on the website, it should be clear and upfront--not hidden in fine print. They refused to refund me. This is misleading and very poor customer service. Triple check before you go in--first-time clients do NOT actually get a free service despite what their website leads you to believe.

Appointments is highly recommended for anyone but more especially men. Parking can be an issue Thursday and Friday for some reason. Plenty of products to help after waxing. The treatment last much longer than shaving. These are professionals at this center, treat them as such. They are a great team and I respect them greatl I will continue to come here. My wife has been dealing with hormone issues for a while, and after not getting much help from our…read moreregular doctors, we decided to reach out to Total Med Solutions. Matthew got us set up with an appointment and walked us through the basics of BHRT (Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy) and women's hormone therapy. She took the time to explain everything about testosterone and estrogen balance and how pellet therapy works. We left feeling informed and hopeful, with way more clarity than we ever expected. We're going back soon to start treatment, and we feel really confident about it. I'd definitely recommend Total Med Solutions to anyone looking for help with women's hormones, BHRT, or testosterone therapy in the Dallas area.

I went in on 5/7 and told her I wanted the hollow cheeks gone and some lip filler. She recommended Juvederm Voluma (1 syringe per cheek) $598 ea/special plus Juvederm Skinvive (1 syringe) in lips $350 = spent $1546. (I also wanted botox in forehead but it wasn't in my budget.). I waited a couple weeks but wasnt happy still seeing hollow cheeks after spending $1200. I had several gf's tell me "she should make it right" so I went back in asking for a "touch up". She wanted to charge me for an additional syringe and I refused - told her I wasnt happy about that. I got a Mothers day gift card from my kids so had her do my forehead (Jenueau) but that is the Only reason I gave her more business. Now I have huge bumps above each eyebrow.... I really like this place. They have always taken me as a walk-in customer. I never make…read moreappointments because I never know when I'm going to get an hour free to get a mani and a pedi. They have the standard massage chairs. You can use the remote to turn in the back massage while they work on your feet and hands. The arm rests flip up so that you can easily get into your seat despite the basin at the base of your chair. They have a laminated menu that explains each procedure and has the prices listed. This makes it convenient for you to decide exactly which services you are interested in receiving. Plus, knowing the price up front prevents any confusion about how much you will owe. I'm always greeted upon entering the establishment. Unlike most people, I usually go with a clear coat. However, they are good about asking you which color polish you want. You can spend time studying the wall of color and let then know your decision. You can also choose different colors and types of polish for your feet and hands. They have a new video screen that was playing wonderful clips of 3D nail art. I enjoyed watching the clips while receiving my service and almost indulged in this creative fun. With Halloween approaching, a lot of the 3D nail art included nails looking like pumpkins, pumpkin patches, candy corn, monsters and ghosts. It was really inspiring to watch. Perhaps the next time I'm here, I will indulge. I had two technicians work on me at the same time. If I were in a hurry, this would be ideal, but I almost prefer one technician taking the time to do both my mani and pedi. It's so much more relaxing. It's uncomfortable when the two technicians are pulling and prodding on you in two different directions. Plus, if I have one person, the finished product is likely to be consistent and at least one of my limbs is likely to be dry. Today, neither were dry, but I thought they were. My fingernails were completely flubbed by the time I got home. I'll have to paint them again, but at least they are shaped and cleaned up. The man that works here is super nice. He said it is a family business and his mother-in-law worked on my mani. While she didn't speak English, he was kind enough to translate when I needed something.

This was the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with any body shop. She asked me to text her…read moreprior to my coming saying that she lives 10 minutes away meaning she basically wanted me to spend time letting her know I'm coming so she wouldn't have to be at the shop though it states they are open. I texted when I was on my way as she requested though I didn't even have time for that which was at 2:05. My appointment was for 2:20 per her text that she sent that morning asking me to confirm a 2:20 time. I live 16 minutes away. It was sleeting and I damn near had a wreck getting there but still arrived at 2:19. I get out and go to the door and it's locked and nobody is there. I texted her after she sent this whole spill about how she likes to make sure people are really coming before she fired up there that I have 2 businesses and would never leave my clients waiting. She then called me with an attitude and said I'm giving her a hard time and not being understanding. She was really upset about me telling her that I had a business. She kept saying with an attitude " I dont care that you have a business" and she then stated I was trying to tell her how to run her business. She kept saying that over and over and It was honestly like she was jealous that I said that I have an Airbnb. It was very weird ! I'm not sure what I should have understood from this?? That you're sitting home instead of being at your shop during business hours?? She basically wants you to let her know you're on your way so that you will have to wait on her instead of her waiting on you which is totally unprofessional and wrong. She took no accountability at all, didn't apologize was extremely argumentative and she claims she got there at 2:40 but I know she's lying! She took a picture of her in truck parked in front of her shop and it was after 3pm. This woman texted me back and forth arguing for over 30 minutes. She then tried to tell me my appointment was for 2:30 though her confirmation text clearly states 2:20. She was very late and did not apologize not one time she just kept going on and on about how I mentioned that I have a business and an Airbnb and that I was trying to tell her how to run her business. It's truly sad to be treated so bad and to be blamed for the horrible treatment like I did it to myself. Absolutely no accountability was taken. As you can see from the screenshots at 3:06 she was still driving and didn't arrive until 3:13 pm almost an hour after my appointment time. She basically just lied the whole time. When she called she was so rude that I told her I was leaving a review EVERYWHERE that I could about this horrible and unprofessional experience!!
