I'm always particular about my eyebrows since I don't want them too thin or too short. She left them exactly how I asked, which is great since u don't wear a full face of makeup on a daily basis! It was a bit quiet since I went on a Monday late-afternoon, but it's very clean and comfortable for a quick service!

This place is just not what it used to be. I would go here regularly every 2-3 weeks. And then the…read morepandemic happened and I stopped going regularly. I've been there several times after the pandemic and the threading technicians have done a bad job every single time. I just left after I specifically told the lady I prefer my eyebrows thick. She pointed out the bald spot in my brows which THEY caused a couple months back and still cannot get my brow hair to grow in that area. I told her that they did that here at this salon and she still proceeded to thread my brows too thin. I let her know at the end of my service that both my brows were too thin but at that point obviously nothing can be done. I paid $20 for brow and lip and yea I did only leave a half ass tip. After years of coming here, I do not plan to return to this location!

Pros: Great service- she's friendly, quick, and leaves the waxed area hairless! Great prices- the best I've been able to find for hard wax. Con: Sometimes she's a few minutes late or will reschedule your appointment; that's ok with me because I've had to reschedule too! So it's up to you if that's deal breaker for you.

stopped going here over six months ago because I was consistently unhappy with my nails and the…read moreservice. I went back because my mom asked me to go with her before vacation, and again, nothing new, I was unhappy. I asked for them to fix several times, they "did", I could tell my tech was aggravated (AS WAS I) the last time I asked to fix the tech told me that this is the last time. I was done frustrated and aggravated. My mom had complaints as well Mindy came in and started speaking to us I did tell her all was fine (my fault, I was done with the back and forth and ready to leave, so a smile and laugh was shared and we left). Unfortunately as I'm out and about I just do not like my nails, the look the feel one is ALREADY lifting as it is over my cuticle. I called to talk with Mindy told her I was still unhappy and would like a refund as I am getting these taken off promptly and not returning. She said no she can refund a service that I come back after vacation and get a "free $75" service. We went back and forth with that for a bit. The end conversation I said my issue is I will not be returning. She said she cannot refund a service thank you for understanding and hung up. I am unhappy with my nails out $75 after having spent $150!!
