I've had several lash lifts in the past and have always loved the results, although I had never had a brow lamination before. I went to Dallash the week before my wedding to have both done. First, my total was $285, not including the brow product I purchased from them, which is honestly outrageous considering the results. Also the grow gel I got literally DRIED up and is unusable about a week later, it was $35! Before starting, the girl doing my lashes mentioned that sometimes lashes don't respond as well to the treatment or curl completely. I understand that results can vary, but my lashes did not curl at all. Like not a bit. After an hour-and-a-half appointment, I genuinely could not tell a difference. No one acknowledged that the lift clearly hadn't taken or offered to correct it. She just said "next time you should get a tint so it's more noticeable" . I'm admittedly non-confrontational, so I didn't say anything at the time. The real issue was my brows. I don't know what product was used during the lamination, but somehow my brow hairs ended up about two shades lighter than my natural color and felt incredibly dry and unhealthy afterward. And the shape was honestly insane. You know the saying that eyebrows should look like sisters, not twins? Mine didn't look like twins, sisters, or even distant relatives. They looked like second cousins twice removed. I had to go home, panic, and try to fix them myself before my wedding. I also paid $40 for a brow wax and tweeze, and the waxing experience was awful. The wax was extremely painful when removed, yet somehow didn't seem to actually remove much of the hair. And yes, I fully realize that trying a brow lamination for the first time the week before my wedding probably wasn't the smartest decision. But I'm usually pretty Type B about this kind of stuff and genuinely don't care that much if something isn't absolutely perfect. I definitely wouldn't take the time to leave a bad review over a minor disappointment. It was truly just that bad. For the amount this salon charges, I expected a completely different level of service and results. Spending nearly $300 to leave with lashes that looked exactly the same and brows that looked and felt significantly worse than when I walked in was incredibly frustrating. I had a huge…read morecostume gala to attend back home in NYC this weekend and knew I needed to get my tan done while I was still in Plano (no one does tans like TX). After a brief google and Yelp search, I decided to try out The Bronzetique and I was not let down! The studio was super easy to find w the helpful directions given, and I was even able to be seen a bit early which was fab. Stefani was extremely thorough w the airbrush and we had a great conversation too! After showering, I could immediately tell that this was one of the best quality tans I've ever had, the color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for and it was SO even throughout! I had my event last night, and the color hasn't faded at all (got my tan on Tuesday morning so it's been about 3 days). I'm so so happy with my results and know that this will definitely last me through my events for the rest of the weekend. The only downside is that she's not located in NYC! I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm in town!

I was informed by the front desk (Grace) that walk-ins were cut off at 7:15 p.m., but she kindly offered to accommodate me if I was willing to wait. I appreciated the flexibility, and I waited until about 8:15 for the spray. However, I was then told there would be a $15 after-hours fee--a charge that wasn't mentioned upfront when I agreed to wait. Had that been communicated clearly before the delay, I would have declined the service, as the total would have exceeded $50. My concern isn't with the fee itself but with the lack of transparency. I didn't see any reference to an after-hours charge on your website or booking confirmation, and it wasn't brought up until after the wait. That lack of clarity made the experience feel frustrating and avoidable. I'm sharing this in hopes that you'll consider updating your communication practices so customers can make informed decisions before committing to a service.
