FYI ONCE SPRAY WAS $35. On Valentine's Day they are doing them for $30. The lady at the front desk was really lovely, I might misspell this but her name was Kryssia! She took the time to explain to me how their spray tans work, from light to medium to dark. You an also add an accelerator or scent or even extra bronze! She showed me how the machine works since I was a little bit nervous to repeat a Ross Galler situation (if you don't get that reference, I can't help you) and talk to me through using the hairnet and I really liked how they had temporary shoes peel off a couple tabs and they stick right to the bottom of your foot so you don't have to experience any ick! The machine wanted itself so you weren't freezing, and had built-in drying. I have to say the machine made a couple noises probably an older machine, but I'm excited to see if it did the trick. I will certainly be returning and try the medium since I opted for the late and didn't want to overdo it on my first try.

Anytime she would ask a question and we didn't know what she meant she would awkwardly laugh at us. Maybe it is super rare to get first time tanners. She was very helpful when it came time to using the machine, but oh my goodness. The machine kept repeating that it was heated but it was so incredibly cold and miserable! And once we got out of the machines our faces were a disaster! It was super splotchy on both of us. I went home and washed my face right away. When you're in the service business you should be kind and courteous and eager to answer any questions and gain a new client. This was not my experience with Nancy. I had some simple questions. I haven't had a spray tan in twenty years and want one for an upcoming event. she was with a client when I called and acted like I inconvenienced her?!?! Why is your phone on if your with a client? Why would you answer while with a client? That's not my problem... sounds like hers. Also, why put your number on your page if you don't want potential clients calling?!? Anyway, Nancy text me a link to book an appointment. Which, I thought was tacky because she said she would call me back. Right then, I was pretty sure it wasn't going to go well. I replied I had a few questions and she called me back. She made it clear, she didn't want to. She was crass and rude and treated me as if I was uneducated and ruining her day. Needless to say, I called someone else. My five minute phone call with Nancy was enough to call someone else!
