This is twice I've used this location and couldn't be happier! I sold a framed piece of artwork that was 4'x8' that had to be cremated and shipped asap to meet a birthday surprise deadline. They came through with flying colors to meet my deadline and 1/3 of what some others wanted to charge! Yesterday I needed to ship awkward carbon fiber parts across the country and a fedex location in Boca tried to charge an ASTRONOMICAL amount for a "custom" cardboard box and didn't want to honor the shipping label eBay provided saying we would be back charged for hundreds of shipping fees. We opted out and I waited the day to make it to Pak Mail and they were able to EASILY devise how to combine 2 boxes with packing material for $60! They really have been wonderful and I will happily use this location again not only for their expertise in packing but for their customer service! read more

I dropped off a USPS package to be sent priority with prepaid label attached on 07/20/23. Pakmail Boca Raton said they could ship it for me and it would arrive on 07/25/23. When it didn't arrive, I tracked the package and discovered it had NOT been scanned and wasn't showing it had been received or was in transit. After calling the Pakmail location, they advised that they do NOT scan the USPS shipments, that USPS usually does NOT scan anything until it reaches a hub and there is no way of knowing where it is or when it will arrive. Days later, after stopping in and asking again, I was told that this location is NOT responsible for any package and had no way of tracking, so I was just out of luck. Later that day, I called and asked if they could just look around their office to see if it was misplaced and they said they would NOT waste their time looking. I called USPS for assistance and they could not help since it was not dropped off at a USPS official location. Very disappointing and I will never use any Pakmail ever again. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not ship a package through this business if you are shipping it internationally. They have no idea what they are talking about and didn't warn us that there could potentially be delays or additional information that the country would require in order for us to receive the package on time. We paid $170 to have a package expedited and didn't receive it for two weeks. When I called wanting a refund on the shipping charges, the manager repeatedly told me that they guaranteed the package to ARRIVE to the COUNTRY in the expedited time, not that I would receive it in that time. Absolutely insane that he thinks that is a reasonable response to a frustrated customer. All in all, they need to change their international shipping protocols. They are a shipping business and should know the information ahead of time when they see the package is going international. I would've never paid to have the package expedited had I known it would've sat in customs for almost two weeks. This place sucks! read more

I recently shipped quite a few framed prints from my mother's estate to her adult grandchildren located all over the US. I was very pleased with the service I received from Mac who organized the shipments, stayed late to complete the packing and sent me the packing slips ahead of time so I could confirm the contents and addresses. Mac also suggested the most inexpensive way to ship the items which arrived when he said they would. I would definitely recommend Mac and this Pak & Ship location for shipments here in the US. read more

Make sure you get the RIGHT PAK MAIL on 2234 N Federal Hwy in Boca. I used to say "ask for Rod" he is the owner and typifies the definition of 'customer service'. But after dealing with is sister today it's a family thing for sure. So no matter who you get...you should get the SAME stellar help and assistance regardless. I always have such an easy experience with Rod and now the family! Even more refreshing is when I have created the problem and all you do is focus on fixing it for me as it it were truly NOT a problem...even if it is. Utter and complete incompetence with International shipping. I was shipping an item to Canada for a two-day race. They use DHL and then don't tell me that DHL doesn't handle customs for short-term use, so the item sits in customs until I either hire a local customs agent, or pay the importing fee for the item for permanent use. That's something any competent shipping company should tell you. The place appears run down and dirty inside as well. Beware. When a place has a sticker on the counter, "We reserve the right to increase the price based on customer attitude," you should run. I didn't and it cost me $500. read more
