I showed up a few minutes after it opened, but only 1 employee was available behind the counter, and he was so busy that the next person in line stood waiting the whole time I was there. ly 2 self-service copiers? Ouch. And one was out of service! Luckily, the working one was available and easy to use and operate, just like Boynton. I used the communal stapler on some of my papers. I guess I would stop by here again if necessary.

He seemed new and didn't know what he was doing! The recipient never received the item, and 2 weeks later it came back in mail marked more postage was owed!! I did not have receipt so couldn't go back and prove it! I went back figuring another person would do a better job, and he didn't ! He tried to charge me too much and I had to tell him to give me priority mail charge. Saved $10!! Now I look at my receipt and he didn't give me the separate tracking number. I do have one less than a mile from my home, but I rather drive all the way to Delray and visit Pak it Tight. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help you safe money by giving you options for your packages. Plus sometimes they will even pack it for you. On busy seasons the line might be near the door but they are fast, efficient that you don't feel you are waiting. Sometimes to get a great service we need to go a little farther and support local places.

This "US Post Office" is a contracted shipping shop. They offer to pack your shipments, notary…read moreservice ($10 fee), printing, shipping supplies, FREE usps priority boxes among other services. This location is convenient by my work, so I stopped by on my lunch. I came in with prepaid shipping labels (meaning I already paid for postage) and they told me it's $1/ label. I had 4 packages with the prepaid USPS code. At all other USPS locations, they print the labels, attach to your package, and on your way you go. I don't understand how I already paid for the shipping service and they charge in addition?! I feel like they are double-dipping with the contract they have with USPS, $1/label isn't much, but if your already paid for the label/package how does this make sense?? This would effect any reseller (Facebook marketplace orders, Poshmark, Amazon that provides labels). Also, one of the staff from management is always smoking outside the front door, and the entire store smells like cigarette smoke. Eww I will take the extra time to drive to another shipping facility before visiting them again.

I've been using The Toby Center for supervised visits for the past month; Therefore, I've had…read moremultiple opportunities to experience their service and share a full service review. My experience has been with Mrs. Claire handling the assignment of our supervisor and payments, and Mrs. Rosy Pizarro being our designated supervisor. My children's custody was taken away by corrupt attorneys and a father displaying narcissistic behaviors, so I was extremely concerned about being assigned a supervisor that would be as corrupt and would also engage in unethical behavior to continue causing emotional and psychological harm, or one that would be easily manipulated as well by the children's father, as it has ocurred in the past with other profesionals. Luckily, finally I came across a supervisor that has been nothing but professional and ethical, and has provided a safe environment for me and my children as we navigate through this life event. Mrs. Pizarro has truly shown to be a huge advocate for the children's emotional, psychological stability and health. From the first time I spoke with Mrs. Pizarro, she made it very clear that she would follow every step required and the proper process to ensure we would be set up for success during our visitations. She took the time to get on the phone and explain every detail of the agreement and the process, and allow the time to answer any questions I would have. This meant delaying a little bit starting my initial visit, but it gave me, from the first day, the peace of mind that I was finally in the hands of an ethical person. She has gone above and beyond her job duties to help coordinate visits with the challenges we face with the other party, but always keeping in consideration what matters, that the children continue to be allowed to build the crucial bond it's required during such a young age. My 2 and 4 year olds had a very tough first visitation due to the length of time they were kept from being able to see me and not being properly informed of what was going on, so it was very shocking and challenging for them, but Mrs. Rosy played a huge role helping through it, and went beyond to accommodate my family's needs and make the future visits more positive and in the setting that was required to meet our objective. My children have felt very comfortable and safe around her as well, to the point they will offer her snacks, give her hugs and kisses, and tell her "I love you" even while she keeps her engagement limited to the supervision, but she's made sure to make them feel safe enough around her. I can evidence that Mrs. Pizarro during every visit tries to remain as professional and ethical as her job requires it to ensure she remains an unbiased party, knowing very respectfully how to communicate sensitive information to make sure further conflict in a very high conflict case, does not develop further unnecessarily. She has the patience and delicacy to be stern but fair and transparent when it's needed with all parties involved, and communicative at all times. Thanks to Mrs. Pizarro, this traumatic moment in my children's life, has been a bit less damaging to them, and myself. I will never have enough words of gratitude for the commitment she's shown to have in my children's life.
