There's no way this store deserves all the 1 and 2 star reviews. A 3 or 4? Maybe, based on particular services I may not be familiar with. We have been using the store for at least four years to handle our mailbox and to ship things out. Service has always been good. We've never experienced errors in shipping from their end. The only irritant I would note is that their notary doesn't keep consistent hours, so we've been forced to use other services. If the service is offered, it should be offered whenever the store is open. read more

UPS is Ridiculous and has stupid quotes. I wanted to ship a Bar Stool from R.I. to Florida, the stool costed 125 dollars. Shipping was $550. "What" $550. That is crazy. Than while I was in Florida I was given a Doggy gate. Small. Real small. I wanted to ship it home. The clerk at UPS said that will be 250. I said great, 2 dollars and fifty cents? He said no 2 HUNDRED and Fifty dollars. The gate cost $25. There is no excuse that would ever make sense. read more

I often have to use this store to return amazon purchases. The staff is most unfriendly. Amazon says to bring the return item into the UPS store and they will pack and send back. This UPS store try's to charge me to return. They are always trying to make you buy extras for things you don't need to ship but what THEY require and hence make money on. I only use this place because Amazon requires it. I use the post office next to carrabas, by the fresh market. They go out of their way to be helpful and kind, and never try to rip me off like this UPS store does. They deserve "0" stars. read more

Best UPS experience ever!! Super nice staff and extremely helpful. They took the time and patience to show me what I might need to use to continue a shipping project and then I had no problems returning the boxes and supplies I didn't use. They very carefully packed and successfully shipped a rather awkward shaped piece that had a great deal of sentimental value. They took pride in the work and made the experience kinda fun. Must be the worst service I have ever gotten in my life. I went in to shop a phone to my niece & somehow she got the address wrong. I contacted the same cashier I organized the order to send my niece a new iPhone X & told him not to send it due to the mistaken address Mx He agreed to keep it at the UPS store. When I come in to pick up the device, I'm told he mailed it off to the same address which ended up being a business complex, where a random completely signed off on the item! I contact multiple times & waited 10 business days for an investigation in which I was told they sent workers back there to try to retrieve it since it couldn't be found ! WHY would you send workers there almost 2 weeks later expecting to find an brand new iPhone X! I was never given a call regarding that it was being sent ! I submitted a case to have it inspected & never received a call after the 10 days. It wasn't until I got fed Up and called that they decided to tel me even tho the wrong person signed for an item that wasn't sent to him, priced over 700$, that they attempted to go back to the business complex and couldn't find the individual that they randomly OUTSIDE the facility. No one inside the business knew of a "Steve" and it was meant to be a birthday present! I will be filing a lawsuit since, I communicated the miscommunication, the rep never contacted me regarding the item being shipped against my wishes, the item was not delivered to the intended party & UPS still does not want to take any responsibility for their wrong doings. I paid 40$ to have a thousand dollar phone mailed & the employee didn't take a moment to confirm it was the right individual ! Especially since it is not a home but a business complex ! read more
