Another issue is that this location doesn't have the self service drop off box. They have the slowest workers ever so it's annoying having to wait in line for 30 minutes just to drop off a package that takes 2 seconds. The one worker was done helping someone and with a line of 5 people just started talking to the coworker who was helping someone else instead of attending to the line of waiting people. Then I noticed the company creates foam photo boards from photos and asked them to make one from another photo of my husband, to display at his memorial. They were so kind and so caring that when I picked them up later that day, David refused payment. What kindness, compassion, in the face of my grief.

I informed him that U-HAUL put a note that the dolly was never included, and said I would call them and immediately got on the phone. He waved me off and said, well they can give you a refund and printed a receipt saying he already charged me for it. Literally. Could not wait 5. Seconds. Horrible customer service, mind you, had he READ the screen in front of him he would have known NOT to charge me for it. The lady on the phone refunded me not 2 minutes later after I walked out.
