the woman that helped me when I brought my fedex door tag was so kind and helpfu, I was stressed that I missed this package and her energy was so refreshing. she did not gave a name tag that I saw, but it was around 6pm on 4/2/26. I hope she gets recognition! she made my experience so easy and stress free! I have been to this location before and a different woman that helped me my first time at this location was no where near as kind, helpful, or friendly. if anything she was the opposite, felt as if we were an inconvenience to her, and spoke in a tone that felt very diminishing. this woman was also at the location this time, I think she may be a manager or something...? I got bamboozled by one of the most elaborate eBay and PayPal schemes I've ever seen. I'm from New York and I have never been bamboozled in my adult life. FedEx made it impossible to stop the package once it was fraud. I spent over three hours trying to get through to a person and when I finally did, it was a call center in India me they could not stop or hold the package and then only this location could there no local number and the one 800 number would not allow me any recourse other than to open a case that would not be even looked into for the next 48 hours FedEx made this impossible to rectify their method and system archaic. They told me that only the location itself could issue behold or the stop on the package at which case I am inpatient in a hospital and was having employees of on my I was not able to go there physically therefore the thief was able to collect their boo, which was a laptop sold through eBay under the false pretenses of PayPal and eBay with some emails that were very expertly designed. They had to use some high dollar shipping to expedite so not only did I get burned for the item itself, but I got burned for the cost of shipping as well. FedEx could've been the savior here but due to their archaic and automated system, which is a joke, the bad guys won. read more

The only thing that was good about this place is many parking spots! Service was bad as I was waiting for maybe 20 minutes for the guy to come back to help me! The worker there went back to make ONE copy and ended up taking a LONG TIME!! It's absolutely absurd! I just had a drop off and I didn't need the receipt either but I still had to wait so long!!! I would not recommend this to anyone unless you absolutely need to drop something off or ship it here!! read more

I ordered Wine that required a signature from an adult 21 years or older and photo ID. The driver apparently delivered it to the wrong address and never got a signature and left it at a door. Instead of Federal Express picking up the package from the incorrect address and delivering to the correct address they sent the package back to the shipper as refused. Now I have to call the shipper and explain the mix up delaying my package for another few days. When I called and spoke to a customer service rep even she couldn't believe how this was handled and said sorry there is nothing more I can do. If I could I would give them a zero! read more

Fedex is a very efficient, enormous place that always gets my packages to me in very quick order. The delivery persons are always nice to me and very polite and helpful. If I'm not at home they leave very legible, understandable messages on where to pick up my package. They have good late hours so that you don't have to rush to get there before they close. The staff is quick and quite efficient. I would recommend Fedex if you need to send a package or have a choice on a method to receive one. They are consistently good and I only have the highest praise for their delivery and pickup practices! read more

I dropped off my package going from Boca Raton to Miami FL. The location in about 25 miles to the south. The tracking took my package north to Palm Beach 25 miles north, then west to Davenport FL about 300 miles to the west and its now been 3 days. Remember the package only had to go 25 miles south of the drop off location. I called Fedex and they tell me the package will not be delivered for another 4 days. What a joke!! I will never use Fedex again. There is reason why the USPS stays in business!!! read more

This is my first review ever for any business and I must say, this has been the lowest level of customer service I have EVER received. Unfortunately I did not pick up on the two employees' names, but they didn't even attempt to understand a unique situation I had with a shipment and just said "next". I had a crisis that turned into a blessing thanks to this location, especially Natasha! I had an event that I ordered jars for, I payed for 1 day shipping and my items were delayed. I called Fedex customer service and they didn't give me much answers but that I would receive it by 4 pm the following day. Which was NOT what I needed. Finally after the 5th call to customer service, the gentlemen gave me the number to this location, I called and Natasha answered. Not only did she call the driver to make sure they got to me before noon but she also followed up. Now THAT is customer service. After my package could not be delivered without a signature I had to drive 40 mins to pick it up. That I understand as it was a computer ... theft etc. My daughter could not wait till I was off work to sign for it. I arrived at the fedex 2 mins before the closed from work. The reception was with attitude. Furthermore, I think was helped by the manager who informed me "no name on the package." I was like what?? I proceeded by responding "It better be here" and I better leave with the package. I looked on the wall and saw the manager on duty posted was Mary... I presume it was her. I hope I am wrong. But I sad no more. She has her hair in sister loc or dreds. If so this manager on duty was rude because I stated this "package better "be there. She was like "or else what??" I replied that will be unacceptable. She says again "or else what??" I mean I had called to assure it was there 2 days in a row. She said who was I referring to better be there?? I responded fedex. So she said "exactly." Luckily they found the package and another agent offered to complete process. He was nice. I left and immediately called fedex to express my experience. Terrible attitude.
