Always excellent service! The young people who work here give me hope for the future. They're polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient--not exactly Floridian traits. 10 stars! read more

Dog friendly UPS store. The guy had a cute mutt behind the counter going nuts to play with my puppy. The guy was very organized. He boxed up my item, added bubble wrap and printed out my label. It was expensive but what isn't lately. A big line was forming behind me. read more

Very clean UPS Store in Yamato Crossing plaza with two emoloyees on this early morning. Brought in a big bag of packages for shipping which the employee clocked in quickly and provided a tracking receipt. They offered use of Xerox machines, computers and several shipping packaging items like tape, boxes, labels and pouches. read more

Pleasant and efficient customer service. No delays despite end of work day plus adequate parking available

Had a great experience. Rachel and Jonathan were very helpful, efficient and professional. I highly recommend them for your postal needs.

Rachel was so helpful and sweet! I love this UPS. I only come here! best people and always willing to lend a helping hand.

Made an appointment for notary services. Guy just decides he doesn't feel like showing up for it. Coworkers say he just stepped out and won't be back for a couple hours. Then they tell me, "yeah you make an appointment but it doesn't really mean it's guaranteed" WTF. What do you think appointment means? read more

I cannot thank Dave and his staff at this UPS Store enough! My daughter's phone was stolen while on spring break, and I needed a secure location to ship the replacement. Dave was so kind and told me exactly how to address the shipment to his attention, and he would personally make sure to communicate with me when the package arrived so it could be picked up. Everything he did really helped ease this worried mom in California. If you need excellent customer care, with a huge dose of humanity, this is your place. read more

When I said I will come back. He told me no need to he will help me out right now. Again great store great people! Thank you so much Matt! read more

Andrew and Matt are always providing friendly and great customer service. Best UPS store in Palm Beach County!

I am so happy with the careful way Jonathan (store#6615, 222 Yamato Rd, Boca Raton, FL) packaged a very valuable, fragile art picture that was shipped from FL to CA.He cut a box to size, thoroughly bubble wrapped and secured the glass with some extra precautions, and was very patient with my endless questions. And, it was delivered right on time. Am so pleased with the care he provided. Thank you Jonathan!! read more

I rely on UPS for my business to run smoothly. Having Beryl at UPS saved me from the stressful part of getting the product to its destination. I get out of my way to be sure I ship from this location only (Yamato in Boca). Beryl and her team never miss a thing, are cordial and efficient. I really appreciated their service!!!! read more

They are always the worst customer service non friendly and rip you off anyway possible.

Easy to take returns to the store and get a receipt. Nice 15 minute parking spaces in front, and nicely tucked behind a convenient CVS. Easy location on the east side of Yamoto. read more

As an older man I love coming into this store! From Matt to Isabel, they are so helpful from amazons drop offs to sending out packages!! Very thankful for your help all the time!! read more

I came in today to mail something (an item I'm returning... I was given a slip that I needed to print out)... while I understand there being a fee for using their service of printing, (not at all complaining about that... the sticker cost and ink etc) I do not and cannot understand why they charge to check their e mail. This is a gross desperate abuse; taking way advantage of this situation. They literally charge you an expense for them to open a god damn e mail! Insanity. Rip off asshole company. Sorry not sorry. read more

Awful experience. Rude and unhelpful service. I had two Amazon returns today, the first was to be dropped at a ups store. I asked to borrow tape and was told there was a $2 charge or I could buy my own, which they price gouge- $5.00 for the smallest roll of tape. I taped my own box- but I have to say that was the rudest employee ever. Will not be back. Oh yeah, and my second drop off at usps was friendlier (by far) AND gave me FREE tape!! read more

Im giving this place three stars because I felt taken advantage of. I came in with Christmas gifts and asked if they had a box, "yea we do" two packages later they ring me up and charged me $11.50 for each box (probably an 11" x11" medium sized box) so I ended up paying more in boxes than in actually shipping. Had I been told using their boxes was going to cost me almost $25 extra dollars I would've gone home and grabbed my own. And maybe I would've said okay to the prices but I think that's a poor way to deal with customers, letting someone know that the boxes you have are extremely marked up is just common courtesy. I was planning on giving this business some printing jobs I have but after this experience I won't be back or giving them my extra business. read more

I don't even want to give this store one star. What terrible customer service! I use a store at my home town in Texas all the time and have never been told "no" to returning something. She said, "You opened the wrapping." Well, guess what? It can be rewrapped. The roll had not been opened. Not even an "I'm so sorry." Geez, what an attitude. read more

David was here working alone. Accepted open return box. After scanning-in, he just dropped the box in the bin. I pointed that it's open, not tapped ( it needed 2 inches of tape on two sides). He looked and said it's ok. When I asked if he has some tape, he in uncarring way said, he will charge a fee and that we're in America and there's a charge for him to do anything. I took the package back, he said you can't do that, because he already scanned it. When I told him to void he refused to do that. So... zero stars:((( read more

I think the lady was wonderful. She helped me pack fragile items at Christmas and they all got there perfectly for the holidays. I've seen her lend scissors and other items to customers when they need! She was patient with me when my printer was not printing well. She Even let me use her printer when I asked her what I should do because she couldn't scan my label. It was my problem not hers! ( had same problem with other items I tried printing) She is always polite, cheerful and helpful. I will only go to her store. Thanks you read more
