The portion size was very small, even for a kids meal. When I asked the cashier, he said the meal includes 3 oz of fries and 2 tenders. However, the fries I received were noticeably less than expected and the tender/fries were served in a very small container. Will not be back. read more

2 stars at best. I used to get PP all the time delivered but have not for several years. It was my favorite for years. The price was 80% higher (so is everywhere else) but the pizza was not very good. The flavor was poor, the crust was like cardboard, and it simply was not anywhere close to being my favorite, like it was years ago. Very good steak and cheese subs. I could be incorrect, but think the new fries, aren't as tasty as what they had before. Yet this or other subs, seem to be their specialty. As for their pizzas, they aren't horrible, but I'd say they are acceptable. I just for some reason am not into their sauce, and this is a subjective area. To their credit good quality ingredients. They definitely do a lot of pizza business. One area this place shines is cleanliness. That's a important aspect of dining, whether in house, take out, or delivery. I can't comment on the delivery experience, as I'm with the other options, but their drivers and other employees are quite friendly. Prices are up a little bit, but inflation is hitting us all. No sector is getting out of this, but if you're in the area, my recommendation is get the steak and cheese. It is certainly tasty. read more

So I get a coupon for $3.14 for a large pizza. Then I see the detail says I must order $25 so I ordered a large garden salad and a large cheese pizza for $28 coupon doesn't work so they want me to order $25 and then give me another pizza for $3.14 Who needs two pizzas ???!. I feel this offer was disingenuous and duplicitous. I won't order from them again. read more

Some of their menu items make no sense, they have two types of cheesesteak sub sandwiches. One comes with provolone cheese, one comes with american cheese. They are otherwise the same thing, but the american cheese one costs several dollars more. American cheese I believe is cheaper than provolone cheese so the upcharge doesn't really make sense. On the cheesesteak subs themselves, they come with grilled onions included. If you want to swap out those grilled onions for raw onions, there is a $0.30 or so upcharge. Which again makes no sense, as grilled onions involve more preparation than raw onions. Their menu seems to be set up to extract the maximum amount of profit, not on any sort of logic or even ethics. On uber eats, they had their Stromboli/calzone available with 3 toppings for I believe $9.99. They had one with three types of meat, one with three types of cheese, all the same price. If you then proceeded to want to custom make a stromboli, they would charge you the same base price of $9.99 plus a $2.99 charge for each topping you select. So a stromboli would normally be $9.99, but if you want to pick your own 3 toppings instead of going with their pre selected options, you basically pay the price of two strombolis. It seems to be a major inconvenience to them if customers select their own toppings on strombolis. I tried this Paisanos location three times, and I gave up after that. The first time I got a burger and a cheesesteak sub. The burger was surprisingly good, and I was planning to come back for that. The cheesesteak however, was really bad, and severely nauseating. I couldn't eat more than a couple bites before having to throw it away. I thought it was maybe the red wine vinegar added to it, because it seemed to have a sweet taste to it. Normally at a sub restaurant red wine vinegar doesn't have such a strong taste to it, so it seems they're using a different, stronger tasting red wine vinegar here. The next time, I made sure not to get any red wine vinegar. I again got a burger and a cheesesteak sub. This time both the burger and cheesesteak sub caused severe nausea when I took a bite of each. At that point I realized its the mustard they're using. They're using honey mustard or some odd tasting Dijon mustard or other mustard that isn't meant for cheeseburgers or cheesesteak subs. Whatever sort of mustard they're using, it makes their food items completely inedible. The truth is they are uneducated and have no business making or selling items these items like cheeseburgers or cheesesteak subs. There are restaurants selling cheesesteak subs made entirely with ingredients purchased from restaurant depot- and they are still edible and taste fine. They had no comment when I reached out to them- they really need to stop selling burgers or cheesesteak subs. read more

The base pizza itself is a decent price - $14 for an XL. But they get you with the toppings at $2 each. We got a good amount of pepperoni, but the mushroom topping was abysmal. I would be generous if I said the thin shavings (which weren't even spread over half the pizza) added up to 2 mushrooms. I think 1 mushroom is more accurate. We also got 8 wings for $9. At more than $1 a wing, the price was pretty steep. The pizza box said something about how you can taste the difference because of the quality ingredients, but I did not have that experience. read more

Paisano's Pizza is a local chain that offers various starters (including wings), salads, pizzas, turnovers, entrees (garlic spaghetti, homemade meat lasagna, baked ziti, etc.), subs, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, and even desserts. My coworkers and I like to order from Paisano's from time to time, as the delivery is super reliable, and the food is always hot and fresh. I'm a fan of their Fried Mushrooms (crispy batter with super juicy mushrooms within; served with a large cup of ranch) and usually tend to stick with the Pepperoni Stromboli (filled with a generous amount of pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese, this stromboli is super large in size and can be shareable). I highly recommend ordering Paisano's for a party! We were throwing an outdoor birthday party for my daughter with a mix of kids and adults. I called ahead and spoke with someone who was very helpful in talking me through my options and how much pizza I would need for the party. They assured it would be no problem to deliver to a local park. I ordered five extra large pizzas. They also helped talk me through my options for how to cut them up. Since kids eat less (or pick out a piece only to decide they want a different one) we figured slicing it in squares (party pizza style) would make it easier to share. The pizza was a hit! Their Hawaiian is very good, as is their veggie. Just standard cheese and pepperoni options are good too. Happy to say we walked away with some leftovers! read more

This is my go-to pizza place when I want delivery. Excellent delivery service. You can order just about anything from the menu from roll-up sandwiches, salads, pizza, chicken parm, fries, subs, you name it. They even have canolis! Food is always hot, fresh and with good flavor. No complaints. I only wish they had healthier options, like a larger variety of fresh salads for delivery. The customer service is outstanding. Everyone is friendly whether over the phone or when you order for pickup. There are a few table and chairs inside so you can wait there for pickup, or eat inside. I rarely order carryout since I cook most of my meals, however, when I decide on carryout - this is my go to place. read more

New management and this place continues to go downhill. First, they did not honor the coupons from the previous owner but kept the exact same menu. Second, the portions are smaller and not of the previous quality. Food is overcooked and tastes like they are still working through the previous owner food inventory, and yes, that was months ago. I have had a cannoli that takes ten minutes to "make" but tasted less than homemade; the gyro meat is grossly overcooked; more like jerky meat and I picked up my order without condiments, napkins or silverware. Pizza is OK but crust is stale and toppings are sparse. Old owners would chop up the anchovies; new owners say they will but never do (5x now)...can you tell we love anchovy pizza??? read more

Cannot follow simple instructions. The food was ok. It arrived earlier than estimated, but it was only a little warmer than room temp. We asked for a side of ranch but it did not come. Honestly not very good Italian food. Everything tastes frozen and not fresh. I got the cheese ravioli and it was fine I guess but I've also tried the spinach calzone and it was disgusting. The spinach tasted like it had been in the freezer for like a year and then warmed up in the microwave. Increased their prices and now use door dash used the excuse that prices of food whet up due to shortages. Well you need to recoup your money when you outsource your delivery. I have ordered food from here for over a decade. The food and service used to be great. Recently, over the past three years, the service and quality of the pizza have taken an a turn for the worse. Over the last 3 months, service and taste have taken an extreme turn for the worst, basically on par with huge national competitors who charge 1/2 the price of Paisanio's . The last two times I have ordered over then phone I have had to ask to speak with a second employee because the first employee couldn't understand me after repeating myself 4-5 times. It is strange because it was the same guy both times and he speaks very clearly. I also speak very clearly. When the second employee got in the phone on 2/1/2024 I could hear that she was irritated and blamed phone static for her coworkers lack of focus/service, I told her that it happened the same during my last order. Although I wasn't rude, I was irritated. The lady taking the order hung up after I thanked her. I appreciated her correcting the order, just as she had done the first time. I told my wife that I hoped no one sabatoged our food. When she got home the pizza was not baked completely and wasn't good. Fast forward to about 11:30pm and my wife has been throwing up every 10-15 mins for over an hour and a half. I can't say with certainty that our food was tampered with but It would be an extreme coincidence if it wasn't. I will never order food from this store again because the food and service are terrible while their larger national chain competitors are half price. It is sad that a once great pizza take out place in town is now terribly run and has taken such a drastic dive in quality, taste, and service. read more

All those late nights when you wanted pizza or a cheeseburger or maybe just some ravioli, Paisano's never failed you. So yeah, Paisano's has never let me down. I remember being hungry for the first time, Freshman year, at like 10 pm and everything else was closed and I'd forgotten to feed myself again. My friends and I ordered Paisano's for the first time and we loved it. My favorites are probably the chicken gyro and the cheeseburger. The chicken gyro is huge and filling, and you can get anything you order with whatever extras you want. I think it's only a dollar and some change to add a salad. The pizza is great if you're a thin crust person. Also, I've ordered delivery countless times and they've never messed up a single detail on any of mine or my friends' orders. Horrible experience. Was told my pizza was going to be delivered in 30 minutes but didn't receive it until OVER an hour and 30 minutes later. Typically waiting doesn't bother me, but this pizza was cold. The pizza itself was gross. We stopped eating half way through and ate Hot Pockets instead... I find it to be difficult at times when I'm trying to eat healthy but still get some fast food. Paisanos is usually my go to though. Their customer service is great and their food is even better. Today I treated myself to their delicious gyro. I couldn't eat the bread due to this low carb fix I'm attempting however the meat was delicious. I frequently order from Paisonos when it comes to anything pizza and subs. The last two times they delivered to me, I have been very disappointed. In reference to tonight, the promo code did not go through online which is when I called and they charged me correctly. However when the delivery person arrived, he handed me the receipt showing wrong amount which is when I asked him to drive back to get the correct receipt before I signed anything (I live a two minute drive away and I had two charges on my account from them, so naturally I wanted to sign the correct receipt). I was met with a great deal of attitude from the driver along with the person I talked to over the phone when I called to explain the situation.
