The food is pretty consistent and they have plenty of choices so the whole family can find something. Sometimes you get a teenage server and then service can be a little slow, but overall everyone is nice and this is one of our go to places when we can't decide what to eat. read more

Walked in and no one was at the front. Waited and no one showed. Had to call the place to tell them to send someone to the front. Ordered the boneless buffalo wings 1/2 pound for $8.99 and small seasoned fried. Wings were overcooked and dry. Buffalo sauce was meh. Ordered small seasoned fries that had Old Bay seasoning unevenly sprinkled on top with the majority of the seasoning just sprinkled on top of the fries in the middle. The server was friendly. As a frequent customer, I was treated like crap on the street! WES, the manager, was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in customer service. I called with a basic question, and he immediately became loud and confrontational. He repeatedly cut me off, wouldn't let me finish speaking, and ultimately hung up on me while I was calmly trying to explain my concern. At one point, he said he had other customers and couldn't deal with my issue. This is not how customer service should be handled. I will never order pizza again from this Ledo. There is one in Lorton and Manassas that I recommend! WES is downright unprofessional and needs some serious help! read more

Came here with my family specifically for their Thursday trivia night. Or server was very good and got out drink orders to us right away. She was very nice and checked in on us regularly. Inside it is a typical restaurant with a to-go area right in the front, seating in the middle area and a bar area in the back. Pizza is a thinner crust and Ledo's pizza sauce is a little bit on the sweeter side and I love both things about Ledo pizza! We had a small ham and pineapple with light cheese and a large with half pepperoni and sausage and just sausage. Both pizzas were good. Ledo's has excellent pizza with good sauce, cheese, and an abundance of fresh toppings. They have an excellent Hawaiian pizza with ham and pineapple which a lot of pizza places don't offer. The wings are large and good. We get ours sauced. They come with celery sticks and choice of dressing. The service was excellent. The ambiance was good with nice sized booths. Let me start off by saying that I love Ledo's and have been going to various locations for years. I live close to this location so it's my go to and I order take out from here at least once every couple of weeks. That being said, they constantly mess up my orders. Extra meat that I pay for in my sandwich has a 50/50 shot of not being there, salad dressing missing, French fries missing, etc. It never fails so I always check my order before leaving. However, I'm not going to open up my sandwiches there to see if they included the extra ham on my steak and cheese. By the time I get home and notice, I just want to eat and let it go. Now, on top of getting my order wrong, the sandwich portions have noticeably gotten smaller. I finally got so annoyed that I had to write a review. Ledo's please do better. read more

First off my teenage son loves this place. Great service. I like the friendly staff a lot. They go that proverbial extra mile. Have brought the football team in here, and the teenagers tore it up. Am happy they had a wonderful time. Also I like how clean this restaurant is. That's a big deal. To me their pizzas are average. This is even more true with price considerations. This Ledo's location is excellent and they def have those higher class stoves, as they say Ledo's locations are hit or miss based upon the stoves. If you love square pizza, crispy crust, and a sweet sauce, then this is the place for you, and each bite is mouthwatering delicious. We personally recommend ordering a pizza with one or 1-2 toppings, 3 is fine as well. But with square pizzas, it's been my experience to have fewer toppings, since the squares are smaller than the triangle slices. Some of our favs are pepperoni and jalapeño, ham and pineapple (I know but it's a good breakfast cold slice), and just regular pepperoni. The subs here are pretty good too, they also serve easier Italian dishes. Try it out, it's excellent! read more

Went on a Friday evening to meet up with friends for drinks and food. Had no idea they had a back bar area completely separate from the front part of the restaurant. Great space to hang out or watch a game on tv. My group had a variety of drinks from wine to beer to concocting their own mix with the bartender. The food we ordered ranged from pizzas to salad to dessert. Everything was delicious but my favorite was the caramel pie. Do yourself a favor and try it...it was so yummy!!! Not sure what happened to this location. Just as previous reviews have stated, the pizzas have been undercooked and doughy. I asked for well done due to this specific reason and I've experienced the same undercooked pizza. I spoke with the location manager and she asked that I receive a Groupon or drive back for the staff to make another undercooked pizza instead of issuing a refund. It was great previously, but perhaps they are under new management and they have zero quality control. We were regulars for many years but will no longer be returning to this location. read more

Anyway regarding the incident in which the West Springfield stores general manager outright stated that they would not make accommodations for a disabled customer. Due to the fact their weekly trivia teams take priority in seating. Even though the marketing director stated here on yelp that they would be looking into the matter. Besides the quick and friendly customer service, the food from this particular location was pretty good! This was the first time I've gotten anything from this particular Ledo Pizza and I was impressed. Not many places make good friends ravioli, especially when it's for a to-go order. But these stood out to me because they were soft, crunchy, and not overly spicy. As a wing connoisseur, I encourage all to try the hot honey wings. The flavor is incredible. We were big fans of Ledo for many years but we have finally reached the point where we won't go back. I wasted $42 on food that was truly inedible. I was told that our order would be ready in 20 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes and the order was already up for pickup. When I got home, we opened the box and saw that the pizza was all pepperoni (not half pepperoni, half cheese), it was missing huge areas of cheese and it didn't look at all like a normal Ledo Pizza. The pizza was not fully cooked and the crust was thick. The bottom wasn't even brown. I called the store to ask for a refund -- I was put on hold and then disconnected. I called back and was passed on to Jacob. He identified himself as the manager on duty. I explained the situation and he was incredibly rude. He told us he could not do a refund over the phone, they had a 15 year old in the kitchen on his first night and I could go and post it on Yelp if I was unhappy. He told me there were a bunch of "messed up" pizzas and he couldn't do anything about it. I asked why a 15 year old was unsupervised or not being mentored in the kitchen. When I told him I was really upset and going to share this with their corporate office, he told me to go ahead and do that before he proceeded to hand up on me. Our family has a long history of supporting Ledo, especially at this location. So sad to see what has happened to our (formerly) favorite pizza spot. read more

I like the new Ledo Pizza at Cardinal Forest Plaza. Another option for a casual meal that is not fast food. Here on our second visit, I ordered the Spaghetti with Ledo Meat Sauce and a side Caesar Salad. The salad was very nice and was brought out before the main course as I had asked. (Too many restaurants these days bring the side salad with the meal.) The spaghetti was good, too, with that tasty Ledo meat sauce. (There could have been a bit more sauce served as there has been at the Winchester location.) There was enough spaghetti for me to take some home in a box for a lunch. On an earlier visit, I had an 8 inch pizza with pepperoni, black olives, and green peppers. I like the very thin crispy crust style at Ledo. Rating: 3.5 stars Time to update my review of this location. We have eaten here twice after my first review. Both times were for pick-up. The person who took our order was attentive, personable and confirmed our order. That was a huge change from our first experience. BUT, when we received our pizza, it was 'under-cooked'. I wish that wasn't the case, but I'm guessing they pulled the pizza out of the over way too early. Since we had gotten the XL pizza, we had leftovers and just re-baked the leftovers. On our 3rd visit, we decided to just order and wait for the pizza. This time, the food was good. It's pretty good pizza, quality control is not always the best. One thing I have is that they put a very small amount of sauce at all, have to tell them every time. I love this place. My husband and I placed an order online a couple days ago, and when he went to pick it up, there was no record of the order, but our card was charged. Uh oh. We had no idea what had happened. Ledos came through for us by making things right. These folks know Customer Service. Tonight, my husband got what he's been craving! He is a meats guy, so he ordered a meat lovers pie and we also split an order of the spicy jalapeño fried ravioli appetizer. Everything was hot and fresh. The raviolis were crispy and cooked perfectly. I wish I could figure out how to replicate these things, they are that good. We were provided with a huge container of their delicious marinara for dipping, and I love how they had freshly grated shreds of parmesan over the top. I'll bet these raviolis would be just as bomb dipped in ranch! Next time, raviolis. Next time. Pizza was savory and had some serious cheese-pull going on. I really liked how the sweetness of the sauce counter-balanced the salty meats and the creamy cheese. Their pepperoni is a thicker cut and has a great smoky flavor, and definitely deserves a shout out. I think I'd pass out from joy if I ordered their pie with extra pepperoni. What the heck happened??? First, they changed their serving sizes on their apps. Second, they obviously changed their management. All the old servers are gone and the new ones are just horrible. Seriously, the food has not even arrived and they want to know if we would like a refill? No I would like nothing to wash my food down with. Came back and said "oh no, that's last weeks list, we only have two of those left". So are the desserts a week old or ????? Stopped by for dinner here, for the first time since we were already out. Guests seat themselves and the waiter arrived promptly. The wait was not bad at all, considering it was not that busy on a Tuesday night. However when we received our drinks, we didn't get straws. We asked our waiter for straws several times afterwards, and still did not get straws. After the food arrived, we reminded her about the straws and finally got some. Mind you, I love Ledo Pizza. I cannot think of one that I've been to and didn't like. However, I can still say that I think this is one of the best. Mind you, it is owned by the same franchisee that runs my favorite on River Road in Bethesda, but this one may be even better. We were here once and the first thing I noticed was that it had a very pleasant setup. It wasn't too dark and I didn't feel we were all over other people. The booths give it a more private feel. Our server was super conscientious server when she took the order. Triple checking to make sure she had everything correct. My only complaint with the service was that my wife's water came after the appetizer. Otherwise, everything was great. The food is exactly what I would expect from a Ledo. The guy behind the counter acknowledged us as we walked in and said hello. There were only 2 other tables in the place that had anyone sitting at them. I always forget this place exists. We usually do take out. The Baby Q chicken pizza is soooo good! They do not skimp on the super crispy bacon. My kids love the bacon and cheese fries.
