This is our favorite pizza place in the area. I can't believe it has 3.5 stars - it is 5 stars for us. We love the crust and the sweet sauce. We order Ledo's almost once a week plus birthdays and other celebrations. We've only eaten in the restaurant once for a birthday party, and everyone was very kind (service was a bit slow but we didn't mind). We typically order for pick up and eat at home. For two Philadelphians, it's hard to find a decent NYC/ Philly style pizza, and we appreciate that Ledo's doesn't try to copy that style. It is different and unique to this area (although it has franchises elsewhere, it's based in the DMV). read more

This place does NOT make a true Ledo pizza. Do not buy these absolutely ruined pizza pies! This worthless store should lose their Ledo franchise license. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Ledo Fairfax shop for an authentic Ledo pie. Ledo has existed since 1955 because of the consistency of their unique product. The crust is minimal, as is the cheese. This allows the slightly sweet sauce to star. It is a minimalist pie. Very tasty when done right. This Keene Mill abomination is thick & cheesy, like lousy deep dish. It is garbage. I bought one 2 years ago and just tried them again. Same junk, which means their owner is a total idiot. Respect the heritage. Ledos is not Dominos... read more

Walked in and no one was at the front. Waited and no one showed. Had to call the place to tell them to send someone to the front. Ordered the boneless buffalo wings 1/2 pound for $8.99 and small seasoned fried. Wings were overcooked and dry. Buffalo sauce was meh. Ordered small seasoned fries that had Old Bay seasoning unevenly sprinkled on top with the majority of the seasoning just sprinkled on top of the fries in the middle. The server was friendly. I wouldn't return. Food was not good at all and neither was the ambiance. Place looks run down and dated. read more

This new management is great. I'll be coming here more often. Sometimes change is good and necessary.

Came here with my family specifically for their Thursday trivia night. Or server was very good and got out drink orders to us right away. She was very nice and checked in on us regularly. Inside it is a typical restaurant with a to-go area right in the front, seating in the middle area and a bar area in the back. Pizza is a thinner crust and Ledo's pizza sauce is a little bit on the sweeter side and I love both things about Ledo pizza! We had a small ham and pineapple with light cheese and a large with half pepperoni and sausage and just sausage. Both pizzas were good. Also shared a medium salad which was plenty for four people to have a little. Good ranch too! read more

I have been a fan of Ledo for years & years & years. I moved to the west coast 13 years ago but I never fail to visit Ledo every year during my annual visit. I've never ever found any other pizza that even comes close to Ledo. Go now, you will not be disappointed. BTW, the service is outstanding. read more

As a frequent customer, I was treated like crap on the street! WES, the manager, was the rudest person I've ever dealt with in customer service. I called with a basic question, and he immediately became loud and confrontational. He repeatedly cut me off, wouldn't let me finish speaking, and ultimately hung up on me while I was calmly trying to explain my concern. At one point, he said he had other customers and couldn't deal with my issue. This is not how customer service should be handled. I will never order pizza again from this Ledo. There is one in Lorton and Manassas that I recommend! WES is downright unprofessional and needs some serious help! read more

Friendly staff, great food. Team party and everyone had a great time. Food was always hot and planet for everyone.

The food is pretty consistent and they have plenty of choices so the whole family can find something. Sometimes you get a teenage server and then service can be a little slow, but overall everyone is nice and this is one of our go to places when we can't decide what to eat. read more

Updating my review and giving them zero stars. Ordered 2 pounds boneless wings tonight, and this is what I got for the 1/2 pound plain wings. 90% breading. This is unacceptable!!!! read more

Ordered pizza on phone. They forgot to make it. Made me wait over 15 minutes at the restaurant before they told me. When questioned they offered no apologies and said they were busy. Lousy customer service. read more

Ledo's has excellent pizza with good sauce, cheese, and an abundance of fresh toppings. They have an excellent Hawaiian pizza with ham and pineapple which a lot of pizza places don't offer. The wings are large and good. We get ours sauced. They come with celery sticks and choice of dressing. The service was excellent. The ambiance was good with nice sized booths. The Ledo's in Reston is similar and equally excellent. read more

Let me start off by saying that I love Ledo's and have been going to various locations for years. I live close to this location so it's my go to and I order take out from here at least once every couple of weeks. That being said, they constantly mess up my orders. Extra meat that I pay for in my sandwich has a 50/50 shot of not being there, salad dressing missing, French fries missing, etc. It never fails so I always check my order before leaving. However, I'm not going to open up my sandwiches there to see if they included the extra ham on my steak and cheese. By the time I get home and notice, I just want to eat and let it go. Now, on top of getting my order wrong, the sandwich portions have noticeably gotten smaller. I finally got so annoyed that I had to write a review. Ledo's please do better. read more

First off my teenage son loves this place. Great service. I like the friendly staff a lot. They go that proverbial extra mile. Have brought the football team in here, and the teenagers tore it up. Am happy they had a wonderful time. Also I like how clean this restaurant is. That's a big deal. To me their pizzas are average. This is even more true with price considerations. Will they work for a family? Sure but I just find the sauce to be pedestrian. Decent wings. I do like this restaurant, and will say give them a try. Deep respect for the exemplary service! read more

This Ledo's location is excellent and they def have those higher class stoves, as they say Ledo's locations are hit or miss based upon the stoves. If you love square pizza, crispy crust, and a sweet sauce, then this is the place for you, and each bite is mouthwatering delicious. We personally recommend ordering a pizza with one or 1-2 toppings, 3 is fine as well. But with square pizzas, it's been my experience to have fewer toppings, since the squares are smaller than the triangle slices. Some of our favs are pepperoni and jalapeño, ham and pineapple (I know but it's a good breakfast cold slice), and just regular pepperoni. The subs here are pretty good too, they also serve easier Italian dishes. Try it out, it's excellent! read more

Fun and convenient neighborhood pizza and grill with a wide menu and a nice pub to watch a game.

Went on a Friday evening to meet up with friends for drinks and food. Had no idea they had a back bar area completely separate from the front part of the restaurant. Great space to hang out or watch a game on tv. My group had a variety of drinks from wine to beer to concocting their own mix with the bartender. The food we ordered ranged from pizzas to salad to dessert. Everything was delicious but my favorite was the caramel pie. Do yourself a favor and try it...it was so yummy!!! The atmosphere of the bar area is laid back, fun, and the owner, Joe is great making sure everyone is doing well and satisfied. A great time indeed! read more

Something about Ledo's Pizza is so unique and keeps me craving this place! And it's not just that it's cut into squares! Definitely recommend for a reliable takeout option (never eaten inside) for pizza that is different than your typical NY slice. They also have a large menu with options other than pizza but trust me, you want the pizza. read more

Not sure what happened to this location. Just as previous reviews have stated, the pizzas have been undercooked and doughy. I asked for well done due to this specific reason and I've experienced the same undercooked pizza. I spoke with the location manager and she asked that I receive a Groupon or drive back for the staff to make another undercooked pizza instead of issuing a refund. It was great previously, but perhaps they are under new management and they have zero quality control. We were regulars for many years but will no longer be returning to this location. read more

Love Ledo's!! We always get a large pizza and ends up lasting us about a week to finish! We love the fact that this location has a bar in the back! We love to hangout and grab a beer or two while we wait for our pizza! They have a trivia night every week as well! read more

After two weeks Ledo's management has not gotten in touch with me i. Anyway regarding the incident in which the West Springfield stores general manager outright stated that they would not make accommodations for a disabled customer. Due to the fact their weekly trivia teams take priority in seating. Even though the marketing director stated here on yelp that they would be looking into the matter. At this point although I had been a regular customer who enjoyed the food , ambiance, and service at this location neither myself, many of my friends, nor those in our disabled community will be eating there again. read more

A nice restaurant with a charming ambiance. It's a nice place to meet up with family (B)

My son and myself agreed this was one of the best pizzas we've had in a long time. Will definitely be going back

I like the new Ledo Pizza at Cardinal Forest Plaza. Another option for a casual meal that is not fast food. Here on our second visit, I ordered the Spaghetti with Ledo Meat Sauce and a side Caesar Salad. The salad was very nice and was brought out before the main course as I had asked. (Too many restaurants these days bring the side salad with the meal.) The spaghetti was good, too, with that tasty Ledo meat sauce. (There could have been a bit more sauce served as there has been at the Winchester location.) There was enough spaghetti for me to take some home in a box for a lunch. On an earlier visit, I had an 8 inch pizza with pepperoni, black olives, and green peppers. I like the very thin crispy crust style at Ledo. The servers are new, but they friendly and accommodating. read more

Rating: 3.5 stars Time to update my review of this location. We have eaten here twice after my first review. Both times were for pick-up. The person who took our order was attentive, personable and confirmed our order. That was a huge change from our first experience. BUT, when we received our pizza, it was 'under-cooked'. I wish that wasn't the case, but I'm guessing they pulled the pizza out of the over way too early. Since we had gotten the XL pizza, we had leftovers and just re-baked the leftovers. On our 3rd visit, we decided to just order and wait for the pizza. This time, the food was good. We picked up 2 pizzas to share with other people, and everyone confirmed that the food was exactly as 'advertised'. read more

Okay first let me say I NEVER crave pizza-- yeah it's strange because everyone loves pizza, but I'm probably the 1% of humans who actually can live without it. Anyways this day I was craving pizza so badly and the first pizza place I saw was This place. We turned in and I was so glad I came here. The food tasted great and service was good too. I really liked how the pizza had a sweet taste to it and it was a thinner crust and still chewy. We got two different pizza toppings on half the pizza. I also tried the wings, which were good too and the cheese steak was delicious too. read more

Besides the quick and friendly customer service, the food from this particular location was pretty good! This was the first time I've gotten anything from this particular Ledo Pizza and I was impressed. Not many places make good friends ravioli, especially when it's for a to-go order. But these stood out to me because they were soft, crunchy, and not overly spicy. As a wing connoisseur, I encourage all to try the hot honey wings. The flavor is incredible. Ledo has great jumbo wings that are always crispy! read more

Been a customer here for as long as they have been open. The quality has gone downhill and the last pizza we bought there was so greasy, we threw it out. Maybe they just hired a couple of lousy cooks, who knows. I am done with this place and will not visit the store ever again. If you want a Ledo pizza, drive over the the Fairfax location. You will get better service and a better pizza. read more

We were big fans of Ledo for many years but we have finally reached the point where we won't go back. I wasted $42 on food that was truly inedible. I was told that our order would be ready in 20 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes and the order was already up for pickup. When I got home, we opened the box and saw that the pizza was all pepperoni (not half pepperoni, half cheese), it was missing huge areas of cheese and it didn't look at all like a normal Ledo Pizza. The pizza was not fully cooked and the crust was thick. The bottom wasn't even brown. I called the store to ask for a refund -- I was put on hold and then disconnected. I called back and was passed on to Jacob. He identified himself as the manager on duty. I explained the situation and he was incredibly rude. He told us he could not do a refund over the phone, they had a 15 year old in the kitchen on his first night and I could go and post it on Yelp if I was unhappy. He told me there were a bunch of "messed up" pizzas and he couldn't do anything about it. I asked why a 15 year old was unsupervised or not being mentored in the kitchen. When I told him I was really upset and going to share this with their corporate office, he told me to go ahead and do that before he proceeded to hand up on me. Our family has a long history of supporting Ledo, especially at this location. So sad to see what has happened to our (formerly) favorite pizza spot. read more

I love this place. My husband and I placed an order online a couple days ago, and when he went to pick it up, there was no record of the order, but our card was charged. Uh oh. We had no idea what had happened. Ledos came through for us by making things right. These folks know Customer Service. Tonight, my husband got what he's been craving! He is a meats guy, so he ordered a meat lovers pie and we also split an order of the spicy jalapeño fried ravioli appetizer. Everything was hot and fresh. The raviolis were crispy and cooked perfectly. I wish I could figure out how to replicate these things, they are that good. We were provided with a huge container of their delicious marinara for dipping, and I love how they had freshly grated shreds of parmesan over the top. I'll bet these raviolis would be just as bomb dipped in ranch! Next time, raviolis. Next time. Pizza was savory and had some serious cheese-pull going on. I really liked how the sweetness of the sauce counter-balanced the salty meats and the creamy cheese. Their pepperoni is a thicker cut and has a great smoky flavor, and definitely deserves a shout out. I think I'd pass out from joy if I ordered their pie with extra pepperoni. Ledos, thank you for your kind and awesome staff. Sincerely, two very happy customers :) read more

It's pretty good pizza, quality control is not always the best. One thing I have is that they put a very small amount of sauce at all, have to tell them every time. Overall ok, good crust, nice buttery taste. I think their Pizzas are pretty good, but they need to have more consistency to be rated higher. read more

Mind you, I love Ledo Pizza. I cannot think of one that I've been to and didn't like. However, I can still say that I think this is one of the best. Mind you, it is owned by the same franchisee that runs my favorite on River Road in Bethesda, but this one may be even better. We were here once and the first thing I noticed was that it had a very pleasant setup. It wasn't too dark and I didn't feel we were all over other people. The booths give it a more private feel. Our server was super conscientious server when she took the order. Triple checking to make sure she had everything correct. My only complaint with the service was that my wife's water came after the appetizer. Otherwise, everything was great. The food is exactly what I would expect from a Ledo. So I definitely want to go back. read more

What the heck happened??? First, they changed their serving sizes on their apps. Second, they obviously changed their management. All the old servers are gone and the new ones are just horrible. Seriously, the food has not even arrived and they want to know if we would like a refill? No I would like nothing to wash my food down with. And this was on more then one occasion and for more then one of us. Dessert sign clearly listed desserts, my kids ordered. Came back and said "oh no, that's last weeks list, we only have two of those left". So are the desserts a week old or ????? Then told my daughter she has chocolate cream pie and brought out a chocolate cake two totally different things. This one is off our regular stop after practices read more
