Entered through the front store entrance opposed to the mall side entrance. We were immediately greeted but had to wait to be helped as the staff was preparing to go orders. We noticed that the usual signs had been removed from the walls showing the different offerings, hmmm. The dining area which consists of several tables and chairs were clean. After about 10 minutes we were able to place our order. We told the pizza maker what we wanted on our individual pizzas and he was accommodating and friendly. Patiently waited for our pizzas to go through the pizza oven and get the requested finishing. Several other patrons came in during our visit with a few dining in. This is a great location for personalized pizzas with generous toppings and friendly service. Whether dining in or doing take-away we have never had a bad experience.

The top side is docked to prevent big dough bubbles and the bottom uses a screen. To me this is more of a style you use when you're focused on volume. I would say stick with the Greek flavors here. Everyone has their preferences so maybe you will like it more than me. I was looking for something more traditional.

I only described the experience. Ironically, my experience was not even about her, I think she just has such a guilty conscience, she assumed it was about her. So now we have a restaurant owner, who allows their waitstaff to deny service to people if you write a bad review??? Talk about the tail wagging the dog! Dear Paisano's: You keep putting junk mail on my door, which has a sign that says "No junk mail, solicitation..." I've asked you to stop, several times, but you keep doing it. This is considerably rude and thoughtless. It's also against the law. Please stop. Your pizza is mediocre/poor--far too greasy, under-seasoned, decent crust, cheap--for me to overlook your treatment of me. My family & I will never eat at Paisano's again. I will dissuade friends from eating there. I will spend an hour posting bad reviews of you at Yelp, Angie's List, etc. In the end, you will, over the course of the next few years, lose hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars in revenue because of this, and deservedly so. The food is awesome at Paisano's in Springfield, VA; but what really makes it is the excellent customer service. Food is hot, fresh, and delicious. The place is well kept and very clean. Love this place! The food is always well prepared and staff is so friendly. Anytime Ive ordered for delivery the service has been so fast and they have never mess up the order. I work in Springfield and all of my coworkers love the food here. I highly recommend and prices are good. Definitely worth the value. read more
