There is plenty of indoor and outdoor season, with a full bars with TVs as well. There are two distinct lines, one for whole pies and one for by the slice. They also have a handful of combos which is the way we went. We got the pepperoni special (5/5) which was our favorite. The sausage and pepper (3/5) was solid but nothing special. Overall, the dough/crust was a perfect balance of crunch, chew, and substance. Already itching to go back and try other pizzas!

We asked to sit outside, as we have many times before, but the manager, Luz, initially told us they could not accommodate a party larger than four outside. After we explained that we had done so numerous times, she said she would make an exception if our youngest sat in a highchair, which was perfectly fine. We ordered appetizers and pizza and brought a bottle of wine, happily agreeing to the $25 corkage fee. The problem came when we received our bill and noticed an extra drink charge. Our young son had initially ordered lemonade and then changed it to club soda. We were never told that simply changing his drink would result in being charged $3.55 for each one. Had we known, we obviously would not have switched it. This was a very small amount of money, and that's really the point. When we politely questioned the charge, our server apologized but told us the manager required her to charge for both drinks. When we asked to speak with the manager, instead of simply resolving a $3.55 issue, Luz began telling us about the "accommodations" she had already made for us by allowing us to sit outside. When I explained that we live locally and come to Luciano's regularly, her response was, "Honey, everybody's local." She ultimately said she would "make an exception" and remove the $3.55 charge. At that point, I told her not to bother. Losing longtime customers over $3.55 is one thing. Speaking to them dismissively while doing it is another. There are plenty of places we can go for pizza. We continued choosing Luciano's because my husband genuinely loves it and because we wanted to support a neighborhood restaurant. It's a shame that such a minor issue--and particularly the manager's handling of it--turned a place we've enjoyed for years into one we have no interest in returning to.

Other places that bring the great music dont pay this much attention to the food, but they do here. At the end of the day though, it is the music, the community that turns out for it and the icing is the food. Check out one of their 'benefit concerts' while you can. They are terrific.

School lunch times are ridiculously early and the staff came in an hour earlier than usual to make sure our order was ready to go by 10:15 am. Is that service or what? Everything was packaged beautifully so it was easy to serve, and the staff was so impressed by the quality of the subs and salads. Platters were plentiful and guests were able to go back for seconds which was amazing. Two small recommendations for next time: 1) Make sure to specify that the dessert tray is properly labeled. There were a few items with surprise nuts in it which could have been an issue if not spotted. 2) The catering menu mentioned that fruit salad would be served with the meal -- we got a few boxes of bananas instead which is a bit misleading.

Great undercarriage. Little grease draining off with pepperoni and sausage. The sausage is fairly salty though. It's hard to fall, it's a good place for pizza. The taste is not what I remembered, it's been a while since I've been here, but it's good pizza. One major change: Signage. Something outside that points the way, and a drink menu inside. If they are going to have a dining area, fill it out a little. Encourage people to eat instead of just takeout.
