pumpkin spice latte

Ambiance: The space is very clean and has about 3 to 4 small tables. They also sell flowers at the cafe, and I love the nice scent of flowers when I enter the shop. They also sell some cute pottery items. It has been my favorite cafe in Greenpoint, and I'm excited to check out all of their Asian-inspired specialty drinks! Service: The owner and staff are so kind and welcoming, and it is always pleasant to visit the cafe. My favorites: Jasmine Matcha Latte Hojicha Chocolate Cookie

This is a fairly new charming cafe in Williamsburg. I love the whole flower shop cafe concept. You can pick up pick up a bouquet/ plants, a drink, and a dessert all in one stop. Their Jasmine Matcha is amazing. It's incredibly fragrant, with perfect floral taste. It's one of the better jasmine matchas I've had anywhere. My only wish is that they offered a larger size because I always finish it way too fast. I also tried every cookie flavor and they were pretty solid. The black sesame cookie ended up being my favorite. It has a deep, nutty flavor that really stands out compared to the others.

The staff was very friendly, and I enjoyed sitting for a bit surrounded by colorful flowers & plants. I got one of their lemon earl grey cookies, and it was delicious.

Love the concept of the cafe + flower shop. The staff members and owners were so kind and friendly. Their jasmine matcha is SUPERIOR and their baked cookies are sweet and delish. Great selection of flowers and interior is super cute. Would def come back

Matcha and guava latte with a iced latte and a egg tart

Great drinks. Good quality and freshly ground coffee. Friendly staff. Music was not too loud and was a pleasant place to sit and talk. They have freshly baked desserts in house too. Decent egg tart.

Teachers get 10% off here!

Great addition to the neighborhood, cute coffee shop and amazing pastries and matcha! Also a flower and plant shop which was much needed in this neighborhood.

Beautiful cozy cafe. Very friendly staff, food's delicious (highly recommend any of the cookies freshly made everyday), coffee/matcha better than any coffee/matcha places

Crossroads Cafe has an amazing ambiance, good service, and is a great place to chill and read a book, do some work on your laptop, or just hang with your besties sipping on amazing coffee drinks and delicious pastries! There's the main seating area and then two offshoot lounges, which aren't quite as cozy but offer different levels of quiet and ambience. I love all the random décor, antique signs, old arcade games as tables, a million lamps. It's like what nook is going for but you can actually sit down on a comfy couch most of the time. The guy working the counter has a lot of energy and clearly loves being there. The PB banana smoothie was yummy, very thick so could use a spoon. Mushroom toast was a bit pricey but you did get a lot of food for your money, the focaccia was crunchier than expected but all around a nice cafe bite. I just appreciate how this is such a gathering spot where you can watch bk life play out while working, it had a different energy from a lot of places in the area.

Shucks I wanted to give this place five stars but it didn't start so well. The first barista who…read moretook my order was really great. I first ordered a chai latte and he said I could do two different syrups so I got the pumpkin and salted maple, though I was worried about it being too sugary so he suggested I could just do half a pump of each. He asked me what the name of the order would be and I said "Aida" (the phonetic spelling is ah-EE-dah). And then I heard the other barista say something along the lines of, "oh Aida, how about 'Aida' rather not be here", pretty rude if you ask me. And then I ordered the spicy nook sandwich. And when another server called my named to grab it she didn't even knowledge me when I tried to thank her and instead she talked to her coworker while I was right in front of her. The sandwich was really good, so was my chai tea. I really like the pumpkin and salt and maple syrups too. I did like all the options for seating although it was pretty packed. I'd say if you have a big party get there early. By 7pm the whole place was filled. There was a huge majong club that came in and took the whole back area, it was so crammed there were lines for the bathroom. Over all I had a good time. I really like the music too just know it gets very busy in there. The employees I would say were hit or miss. The ones that were great though I really liked. Just seem like the ones who didn't really give attention to customers or were kind of rude seemed like they didn't wanna be there.
