The owner Kevin reached out to me immediately, showed genuine care and concern, and provided excellent customer service. Their kindness and willingness to address the experience made a significant difference. I also want to highlight Vivian, who assisted me during my visit. She was gentle, polite, and very kind, which I greatly appreciated. Her demeanor helped make the experience more comfortable and she did my nails exactly as wanted. After just one week, my nails are in really poor condition -- the polish is cracking and chipping, and my natural nails are starting to split. For the price, I expected much better durability and overall results. I was also surprised that there were no massage chairs, especially given the higher cost of services. It felt like an important detail was missing from what should have been a more premium experience. Overall, while the location and customer service were positives, the long service time and disappointing quality of the dip manicure make it hard to justify the price.Now, I need to have my nails redone in my home state.
