Nice warm water soak and what a treat to be able to pick your aromatherapy scent from 4 different types. The service was top notch and unlike other nail spas I enjoyed this experience start to finish. Karen was so attentive and sweet. Lots of extras in the slow beauty option and what a pleasant surprise to find out it was 20% off for first timers!! I was really impressed with the quality of products they use as well. Love their appointment booking system which sends you text messages and emails to remind and confirm. Owner is super accommodating. Free wifi and a chocolate on your way out...what more could you want. Will be back for sure!!

They did a cat eye gel like I had on my mani again and I'm posting the updates cause as you can see, it's nice and smooth across rather than bumpy. Thank you! It looks much better now. And my toes are also looking better too. I hope everything stays better this time, but the polish doesn't feel quite as thickly applied so I'm hopeful. We'll see! I asked for a regular pedicure but they pressured me to do gel on my toes too. I know gel is an extra cost but I never would have thought it would cost me an extra $30 on top of my pedicure. I essentially paid another $75 for a simple pedicure with gel. I was caught off guard when I was at the front ready to pay. Unfortunately - I will not be coming back, not because the work isn't good but because the pressure to get gel as well as the lack of transparency turned me off.
