We're in Hermosa on vacation and my Mom and I needed our nails done. We make an appointment on a Saturday, super friendly and easy on the phone to make an appointment. We come in same day that afternoon and were helped right away. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, my mom has a scooter and we had a dog with us, all of which was no problem. They offered us COMPLIMENTARY drinks including fancy cocktails so we had Aperol Spritz's which were DELICIOUS. Same time mani pedi which is my fav set up for time efficiency. They did a fantastic job removing old acrylics and kept my natural nails strong and healthy so I could get build Gel on my natural nails! I opted for a Ombré French with chrome but they seem very knowledgeable and comfortable with many various designs I showed them. My mom got exactly what she wanted and they were so patient with her discussing all of the different colors and French options with her. I was the last to receive service as I had the simplest treatment: a classic manicure. The woman was very rough and in addition to her roughness of scraping my nails, her own fingernails often dug into my fingers as she worked. (I think she was the owner as she answered the phone several times while doing my nails). Then she cut my cuticle on my thumb so deep it was bleeding and wouldn't stop. I only hope the instruments were sterilized. The area still hurts two days later. I should have stopped her and did my nails myself which I generally do. Not the enjoyable experience I expected. And the polishing job was so bad, bubbles formed. Complete waste of time and money, leaving me with pain and a mediocre manicure.
