It came out clumpy, none of my toes were fully covered at all, she barely filed them and there was polish all over my toes that she didn't clean off. I have been coming here for a while and never had a complaint but lately it has not been very good. The main front desk lady redid them for me and they turned out ok. I love the decor and design of the place but way too expensive for the inconsistency. The pictures is what they look like now after the lady redid them still pretty bad but believe it or not better than they were. I'm so irritated won't be coming back.

Total was about $200 with tip and I got a cat's eye gel polish on my hands as well. I used a credit card so there was a small transaction fee, but next time can use a debit card/Venmo/PayPal instead to avoid that. Overall happy with how it turned out! Vibe was also nice--really appreciated the complimentary champagne and love how close it is to the beach and park. Annie did my manicure and Helen did my pedicure--would recommend them both! I have sensitive nail beds and other than my left big toe, it was pretty painless. Planning to come back with friends or family next time! This review was drafted before and since then, I've visited a couple more times. Both with my kid again and without. I love how great they are with her. Service has been consistently good. I appreciate how easy it is to book an appointment online or by phone. They seem more organized here compared to other nail salons. Have I mentioned how awesome their location is as well? It's right by the sand. Perfect for a relaxing, no worries type of day.

I was in and out in around 35 min (including drying time), so it fit perfectly with the morning plans I had. The technician was superb - I appreciated her attention to detail and the ability to get in and out according to my schedule. Another thing that was nice is that it's quite warm out right now, so they do have some standing fans inside. $29 regular manicure 2026: 57/100

We're in Hermosa on vacation and my Mom and I needed our nails done. I saw this place in the distance when walking on the Strand and pulled it up on Yelp of course, to find it had pretty good reviews but more importantly I liked their work! We make an appointment on a Saturday, super friendly and easy on the phone to make an appointment. We come in same day that afternoon and were helped right away. They went above and beyond to accommodate us, my mom has a scooter and we had a dog with us, all of which was no problem. They offered us COMPLIMENTARY drinks including fancy cocktails so we had Aperol Spritz's which were DELICIOUS. Same time mani pedi which is my fav set up for time efficiency. They did a fantastic job removing old acrylics and kept my natural nails strong and healthy so I could get build Gel on my natural nails! I opted for a Ombré French with chrome but they seem very knowledgeable and comfortable with many various designs I showed them. My mom got exactly what she wanted and they were so patient with her discussing all of the different colors and French options with her. Everyone's energy was so sweet and fun and the service was amazing. The shop is also super clean and the massage chairs are amazing. A truly pampering experience.

I was the last to receive service as I had the simplest treatment: a classic manicure. The woman was very rough and in addition to her roughness of scraping my nails, her own fingernails often dug into my fingers as she worked. (I think she was the owner as she answered the phone several times while doing my nails). Then she cut my cuticle on my thumb so deep it was bleeding and wouldn't stop. I only hope the instruments were sterilized. The area still hurts two days later. I should have stopped her and did my nails myself which I generally do. Not the enjoyable experience I expected. And the polishing job was so bad, bubbles formed. Complete waste of time and money, leaving me with pain and a mediocre manicure.
