This place is a complete or near miss. Police is either "meh" or over cooked and mutilated. Third or fourth time in the past two years I've called and asked for a refund. The photo attached is supposed to be a margarita pizza. It's over cooked and the cheese is greasy as duck. I don't know if I'd recommend this place or not. For a pizza to be +$30 I expect better consistency and quality. If they're really busy...don't offer to go. Your pizza will be a hot mess.

Large Pepp and Mush with Spinach and bonus: parsley(!)

We used to have a Pagliacci down on Mercer but am I ever glad I discovered this one! It's pretty much to-go only, but their on-line ordering system is pretty groovy. I suggest adding a couple of minutes to their estimate for when your pizza will be ready. But when you get the pizza (and the salads - awesome!!) you will be more than satisfied. We've had a few pizzas and calzones, and of course salads, but I'll be dipped if I can find my photos of them. I made sure I got a photo of the large pepp/mush/spinach/parsley we ordered most recently. Another huge plus: at this location you can just pop in off Aurora, pick up your order and be on your way. Plus you can pull OUT directly on to Valley street so you don't have to stress about a quick freeway merge. Anyway, I ramble on too much: this place is dependable and great.

Great people at this location, but they do not have single slices of pizza like the other locations.

Delicious pizza! We like chicken on our pizza but I've never had such good quality, seasoned chicken on a pizza before! Friendly staff! We actually ate there and enjoyed all the Italian movie posters on the wall.

Yup, good pizza, fast delivery. Pizza was Hot! A little pricey even for delivery. Coolest pizza boxes I've ever seen!

12th Fan Primo Pizza

Finally tried Pagliacci Pizza and really liked it! We ordered the 12th Fan Primo (Pepperoni, salami, chicken, Mama Lil's peppers, olives and mozzarella on our seasoned tomato sauce). Really great pizza with fresh ingredients. We got the 13 inch and was shared with 2 people and it was more than enough! The staff at the lower Queen Anne location is so friendly and nice. Will be back!

Pizza delivery

Pizza was so good! Had it delivered to our VRBO and so happy! Delivered earlier than promised and excellent

Pleasantly surprised at how good this delivery pizza tasted. The veggies are very fresh and you can see it based on the vibrant colors in the photos. The crust is thin and crispy which prevents it from being soggy. It is also very light (compared to neapolitan or Domino's), so expect to eat more of these pizzas than you would normally. Another plus - the leftover pizza reheated very well the next morning and made for an awesome brunch. The crust remained in tact and had the same crisp to it. 1 star is being deducted since the toppings are not as generous as the pictures they posted. Compare my Salumi's Spicy Pepperoni to the one that the establishment has posted here at Yelp and you can see how the pepperoni coverage is different Tip: If you are planning to order 2 pizzas for delivery, do it online and you get $10 off applied automatically at checkout for "delivery special". I did not have to enter any coupon code and was delighted to see the discount. Considering the price of these pizzas, it was definitely a welcome surprise

Tricolore Combo

So disappointed. To get a medium pizza that cost $40 after delivery fee, tax and a decent tip was really hoping for an extraordinary pizza. Instead was met with a soggy greasy mess. Ordered the Tricolore Combo exactly how it is served, made no changes, and this is what is being served?? It was disgusting and so sad to have spent so much on a pizza that looked like this. I filled out the survey provided too. Just a bummer!

Quick delivery, great customer service and the boxes are cool, but the cheese pizza was greasy and tasted horrible.

Karin has taken care of us countless times, whether it's a quiet Monday or an absolutely packed one due to the events at the town hall across the street, and they have always been warm, patient, and accommodating. I actually celebrated my birthday here because it's one of my favorite spots. I am part of the large group that one of the recent negative reviews is referring to. It happened immediately after the USA FIFA match, and the restaurant was the busiest I've ever seen it. Despite that, Karin still went out of their way to accommodate our requests that normally wouldn't be possible due to the rush, including trying to help with separate tabs when they'd already explained that large groups would likely need to stay on one check. As for things like grabbing water, silverware, plates, or chili flakes...our table had already gotten those before a majority of the group arrived. It's a casual pizzeria, on one of their busiest days ever. Setting and cleaning up the table (especially when seated outside) is not a problem for our group as we do it every week. Which is why it's upsetting that we opened our spot to someone that left such a nasty review. What stood out to me wasn't poor service. It's that despite how overwhelming it must have been to work post-FIFA, Karin was able to take orders, bartend, serve food, and close out checks with professionalism. Sometimes no matter how much effort someone puts in, not everyone leaves happy. The pizza is fantastic! I love showing up every week and trying what new slice they have come up with (in the year that I've been coming here there legit hasn't been a repeat). The atmosphere is great and the staff, especially Karin, have earned our loyalty over the past year. We'll absolutely continue coming back.

The reason my friends and I keep coming back is the main bartender Karin, who's always so adept at managing large parties w folks coming/going, including being honest with us about if there is time to split checks or order as a table, a pretty common thing at a smaller spot. I was here after recent World Cup game and had great service (compared to the review below by Paula P)! I was actually at the table where Paula came and sat and will say that the majority of our table were provided exceptional service, so it was a shock to read that other review of the same experience. Anyways, I highly recommend Ananas especially their special pizzas, which are often so g

The crust has that perfect balance of chewy and crisp, and the toppings are generous without turning the slice into a mess. You can tell they actually care about what goes out of the kitchen. I came in curious and left already planning my next visit. If you're a pizza person, this place belongs on your list - and if you like a little kick, the Jalapeño Face is the one to get.

The pizza…read moreis very good, with plenty of flavor and a quality that makes it worth checking out if you're in the neighborhood. If you're looking for a good pie in downtown Seattle, Rocco's delivers where it matters most. The service is good overall, and the staff do a nice job. However, keep in mind that Belltown can get pretty busy on weekends, and Rocco's isn't necessarily the place to go if you're looking for a quick meal. When the neighborhood is packed, expect things to take a little longer. My biggest criticism is the price. It feels a bit expensive to pay premium prices for pizza when the atmosphere leans more toward a bar than a traditional sit-down restaurant. The cocktails also fall into the now-standard Seattle price range of $18-$25, which can make a night out add up quickly. Overall, I'd give Rocco's four out of five stars. The pizza is very good, the service is solid, and it's a fun option if you're spending time in Belltown. Just be prepared for a potentially slower experience on busy nights and prices that are on the high side. It's worth a visit, especially if you prioritize good pizza over a quick or inexpensive meal.

All the…read moreoutdoor tables were full when we arrived at 6, so we put our name on the list for inside and waited about 30 minutes. The oysters were the main draw for me, and they were totally worth the visit. Old Stove serves them with a savory watermelon sauce in addition to a traditional cocktail sauce--eaten together, it's a flavor explosion that I can't quite describe. We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. If you can snag a seat outside, you'll get to enjoy the waterfront. Inside, the decor is industrial but fun. Not sure if this runs all the time, but when we were there, the tvs were playing vintage beer ads, which was quite fun. They also sell some pretty good t-shirt designs. Overall, Old Stove Brewing is the perfect combo of good location, good food, and good beer. Definitely recommend a visit when in the Pike Place area!

We got lucky, it was 4th of July weekend, so it was busy! We ordered pizza for the table and for my toddler. It was really good! He loves the pepperoni. My order was the salmon burger. They used a good slab of coho, nicely seasoned with a aioli. The fries were crunchy and nice. I shared with my husband and it was just right, since we had a bunch of apps at the market. We also got a round of beers. Or in my case I got their hard seltzer, which wasn't too bad, I would probably just get a light beer next time. Service was great outside! Also you get the nice breeze, they also had heaters on top. Picnic style tables and quick service!

There's a specific traffic pattern you're supposed to follow when ordering which I didn't realize. But I could immediately sense the frustration from the employee behind the counter and that attitude kept on through the entire experience. The employee was rushing, didn't give me a chance to ask for the salad before turning their back to put the pizza in the oven. When they called my number and asked for the salad, their response was 'Is that it? Is that all you're going to want?! Then when I asked for the receipt the employee aggressively pulled the receipt before handing it to me. At that point, I didn't want to bother to ask for utensils or napkins or a bag to carry my items. As for the food the pizza was mediocre at best. The salad was better. But sometimes the overall experience can make a decent meal less enjoyable. If you're looking for both good food and a welcoming experience there are better options in the area.
