In addition to the apple pie slice, we bought a toffee cream one. We ate it soon after our visit. It was delicious. The pale crust reminded me of shortbread, the filling light, sweet, and creamy, with what seemed to be Heath bits throughout. It was great and surprisingly not filling at all. As for the apple pie comparison, Betty's version was more cohesive a crust and easier to eat, but it was also surprisingly bland. The thicker crust at the edge was dry, too. The fillings from both bakeries were quite close, both good. From Betty's, we liked the cream pie slice much more than the apple. For classic double-crust apple, Rustic was best between the two.

Later, as we ate our roll, she attempted to place a blackboard above a cooler. She failed, it fell on her head and knocked coffee supplies to the floor. Another customer checked in on her, asking if she was ok. She replied she was fine. Customer then said that what she had done wasn't safe to which barrister responded that her commentary wasn't welcome. If I come back I hope she's having a better day and has a more pleasant demeanor.

Best donuts ever…read more Stopped by just after 11 on a Saturday and there were a good number of donuts left, including their banana split donut! Get that. It's unique, it's amazing, and I happen to love bananas. The counter lady told us they have the best cream cheese frosting anywhere. We vote it second best, and that's a really high compliment from my crew. Everything was SO good. Everything. I think I tried 4 types of pastries.

I had the mint chocolate chip and my husband had the sea salt caramel, both in a waffle cone. It was rich, creamy and absolutely delicious! The waffle is always a must for me and it tasted fresh and so yummy. The service was friendly and speedy! Will definitely be dropping in again!
