Great bakery. Hands down the best high end or upper 'crust' (pun intended) spot around!

The coffee was of good quality (Duluth Coffee Company methinks) and refilled before empty. Upon seein the gnomes, I said, "Oh, no it must be getting near the end of gnome season," but the friendly gentlemen remarked happily, "it's always gnome season." Haha, hard to disagree! Some extremely cool homemade crafts were in abundance within Louise's Place, including gnomes, various knitted pieces, and greeting cards, which I ended up getting, along with some tableclothes (since gifted out, no picture available of those). For the quality of the food, the value was great!

It's unique, it's amazing, and I happen to love bananas. The counter lady told us they have the best cream cheese frosting anywhere. We vote it second best, and that's a really high compliment from my crew. Everything was SO good. Everything. I think I tried 4 types of pastries.

So I got the Apple fritter also as my back up . I asked for a coffee, but they only had drip so I was like yeah this is a special day. No thanks to the coffee. So we weren't feeling too good about what we got from the bakery . We could tell that she really was more of a commercial baker so I really wasn't sure what we're going to get. So I tore a chunk of the apple fritter off, and I was blown away . It was the best apple fritter I've ever had in my entire life. Later that night, I decided to try the maple long John despite the fact that there's custard inside it . It was the best efffing donut I've ever had . I hate custard - but this custard was light and creamy and zero greasy after taste. I will think of these donuts for the rest of my life and all others will fall short.
