My pup with his daycare friend!

I researched so many doggy day care facilities and ultimately chose Pack Pawsitive and am so glad I did! Harmony and her team are fantastic! They are friendly and professional and I feel safe leaving my beloved puppy with them! Their puppy school is well thought out and they even send videos showing how your pup did during training sessions! I feel lucky to have found a fantastic puppy school and also daycare for my pup!

We adopted a very skittish puppy with horrible separation anxiety late last year. She was attached to my hip, I was unable to go anywhere or do anything, as she would just howl and be in fear while I was away. We decided to look into doggie daycare for her in hopes it would build confidence. Most of the daycares were free for all style and we did not feel it would benefit her to have minimal supervision with her demeanor. We came across Pack Pawsitive and decided to enroll our Olivia into their puppy school program after speaking with Nicole. The first day of school we could hear our girl crying inside the facility from our car. I really felt like she thought we were abandoning her. After about 2-3 days Olivia LOVED going to school. Her bond with Harmony warms my heart. And now she cannot wait until she gets to see Harmony and her doggie friends daily. This establishment is well worth every penny, they give you exactly what you pay for and even more. Harmony's program is excellent, well structured and follow up is amazing. We love the daily report cards, and the arts and crafts that get sent home that they have the dogs make during school are the greatest thing ever. Nicole and Harmony really make this establishment top notch. Any issue or concern is always addressed. We were unable to have Olivia attend school for a week, and they reached out daily to see how they could help and let us know that we were in their thoughts. Harmony truly is amazing at what she does and has the patience of an angel. And her business manager Nicole is just the best. This truly is top of the line training and daycare for your canine companion. You won't regret it.

Sgt. Pepper is the first dog my husband and I have adopted together so we wanted to give him the best chance at getting adjusted as soon as possible. Since he was a rescue and estimated to be 2 years old, we weren't sure if we would be able to train him by ourselves. We researched several local programs and settled on Pack Pawsitive because of the positive reviews and program offerings that seemed to best suit our little guy. We were not disappointed!! Sgt. Pepper joined Puppy School in Sept 2024 and we decided to continue enrolling him in the Enrichment Daycare for 2 days a week because he genuinely enjoy coming every time! Puppy School was incredible! We received report cards and photos/videos demonstrating the training so we could see how to continue it at home which was the most helpful and tailored specifically to our dog. He learned basic cues such as sit, stay, down, leave it, and place. At the end of Puppy School we received an in home visit from Harmony who was able to help us with any trouble we were having with at home training to make sure the it tranferred in a different environment. The most exciting part of this program has been seeing him open up and become more social. He truly enjoys his time here and we are so glad that the Pack Pawsitive team is helpful, caring, invested, and professional with everything. It's really comforting to know that our fur baby is in great hands when we leave him and that he might even be having more fun there!

    Lola's graduation at Pack Pawsitive!

I had decided to put my mini- golden doodle in training because I simply did not have the patience to work with her due to my hectic schedule. I decided to sign her up for the puppy program and I was impressed with how quick she learned sit, stay, down, and wait! I had struggled with my training prior and thought there was no hope but Pack pawsitive made it happen. My puppy had a great time interacting with the other dogs and on her second day of puppy school ran in with excitement! I believe choosing Pack Pawsitive was a great decision!

    Hank graduates from Puppy School!

We are SO happy with the results from Pack Pawsitive's Puppy School, it far exceeded our expectations! Our 6-month-old puppy, Hank went from a feral little gremlin to a goodest boy in just three weeks. We started seeing results in the first week, and by the end of the program Hank can sit, down, stay, place, heel, middle, touch, wait and is such a little gentleman both in and out of our home. Pack Pawsitive provided lots of resources and how-to videos/documents so we could keep up with his training at home, and every night we would get a report card discussing what was done that day, what he did well, what needs work, and videos of his training sessions....which was probably our favorite part! We are so excited to be able to take Hank out on adventures and not be afraid of him making a scene lol. Practice makes perfect, so I'm sure with continued work he will be a very well-mannered and socialized dog by his first birthday...and we plan to continue training with Pack Pawsitive as he gets older to give him the best foundation for a lifetime of good citizenship. THANK YOU HARMONY, NICOLE AND THE PACK PAWSITIVE TEAM! We appreciate you and are so impressed with the progress you made in such a short time!

This day care is LOVE LOVE LOVE and training!!!! Highly recommend. Feel confidence in knowing your baby is in very responsible and experienced hands. The site is clean, and organized, safe, and there's a schedule to which our babies get a quiet, peaceful, calming nap with no interruptions. I highly recommend.

I needed to get my baby trained , most places I went to were way to expensive for me. So I figured I'd just live with a unruly dog, so I decided to call pack pawsitive and I'm very happy I did. I'm extremely happy with the type of training that my baby and I both received from harmony. I love the fact that they come to your house and train. My girl is listening to my commands and seems much happier now that we understand each other. I will definitely recommend paw and have the highest regard for harmony for making it seem easy!!!

Absolutely love this place!! Staff was very professional and helpful! I brought my senior poodle here and they took the extra time to make her feel comfortable. Lucy has had bad experiences with other sitters in the past, Pack Pawsitive was such a blessing, I would highly recommend to all friends and family!!

Mochi on her first day of day care a few months ago!
    Victoria N.

Absolutely love this doggy day care! I HIGHLY recommend! My pug Mochi always gets so excited to go and comes home so tired from all the fun! The staff is so nice and they take amazing care of my pup. They send photos, videos and report cards throughout the day! It's my favorite thing to see while away from her. The operating hours are perfect as well, I only wish they were open weekends but as a business owner myself I understand the need for a break after a busy week! So thankful for everyone at pack pawsitive !

Pack Pawsitive helped train my baby on gentle manerisms. We had her around the baby and our bunny and never saw aggression on her as she was trained well by Harmony since a baby. I love how professonial the staff is and caring towards animals.

    Happy pup!

Pack Pawsitive is simply the best! We drive 20 miles each way just to have our girl go to daycamp here. Harmony, the owner, and each staff member treat our pup with the upmost care & love. I could not possibly recommend PP anymore than I do... you won't be disappointed!

Deku has been through a previous board and train, but I feel like that board and train mainly tackled his obedience, not his behavior issues. I let Ian know about all of this prior to boarding Deku and he made sure to explain his process with me. He also made me write down goals for Deku so that he can focus on them and make sure he tackled through them. I boarded Deku with Ian for 3 weeks and Ian made sure to send over progress pictures/videos every single day! I appreciated the content of Deku because that is basically my baby lol. There was a mid session where Ian taught me how to properly use the ecollar and showcasing what Deku has been up to the time he was with Ian. Deku was pretty much a different dog by the mid session, so it excited me to have him back after the 3rd week. The day I got Deku back, Ian showed me all of the progress and work Deku did and he was completely different. Deku stopped reacting towards people/other dogs and he was very obedient with following all commands! It's been almost a week now and Ian has checked in on Deku while he's been at home for the week and I also have follow-up sessions included in my service! I have been so happy with Deku is at! Before, I would be too scared to bring Deku out in public due to his reactivity/behavior, but I truly believe he is a completely different dog now, for the better! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Ian to EVERYONE. He is the real deal. I do feel like Ian knows how to connect with these dogs and emphasizes about how important relationships + communicating with your dog. Ian id the BEST!

Since then, we have done our best to train her (even hired a dog training company) and while she's been amazing to us, there have been some incidents. We tried to correct her behavior but we had to go beyond just correcting a behavior, we had to know the why. We needed a dog behaviorist. Enter Bark Busters and Justine! From the very first phone conversation with Justine, she told us about a dog's personality (the who) vs. a dog's behavior (the why). Was our dog just naturally an aggressive dog or was our dog showing aggression due to past trauma. After the initial phone call then came the in person assessment in our home, Justine knew our dog's personality was sweet and loving to us; however, due to her being a rescue, her past experiences led to trauma that led to aggressive behaviors towards others in certain situations. Moreover, during that first assessment, she educated us things we had no idea about or thought about with dogs as pets plus what we need to be and do as owners. Justine was and is exactly what we were looking for in understanding our dog and from there building the right relationship with our dog that will keep her and others safe. The business model and curriculum that Bark Busters and Justine have put in place is one of a kind and works from day 1. We have always wanted what is best for our dog and to give her the best life possible, especially because she is a rescue and her breed. Bark Busters and Justine continues to give us the tools in place to build the confidence and trust we have as owners in our dog and our dog has in us as owners. We are forever grateful to Justine and will recommend her and Bark Busters to anyone!

He had been in a slow decline that suddenly turned rapid, and I knew we were at the end. What stood out most was the veterinarian's honesty. They checked his vitals, but we didn't pursue extensive diagnostics. Instead, he spoke candidly about what he was seeing--neurologically, Baxter was not himself and had clearly lost significant muscle mass. At his age, there was likely more going on than one treatable issue. The veterinarian could have easily recommended a long list of tests. Instead, he gave me real guidance. When I asked what he would do if it were his own dog, he told me he would choose euthanasia at this stage, explaining that "a day or a week too early is better than a day too late" to avoid unnecessary suffering. I had been struggling with this decision for a while, and that honesty helped me feel confident I was doing the right thing. It meant everything. Once I made the decision, the compassion from the staff was incredible. They handled everything with such care, dignity, and kindness. I've also been here before when Baxter was first diagnosed with heart failure, and had the same experience. The veterinarian literally told me it wasn't an emergency and that I could either proceed with treatment there or follow up with my regular vet the next day and save the cost of emergency care. That level of transparency really stuck with me. I'm truly grateful for this team and this office. If you're ever in a difficult situation with your pet, this is a place where you'll receive honest, compassionate care--not pressure to run unnecessary tests or take advantage of a vulnerable moment. Our dog was taken away for testing and we were left to fill out paperwork. While we were doing that, another patient was trying to make payment for their dog's sudden euthanasia. His card was not working and he was offering alternate ways to pay with no real help or feedback from reception. He felt a bit panicked...his significant other was crying in the exam room while the fact that his card declined had become a very public discussion in the lobby. While we were there an owner came in with a dog that had been hit by a car and another owner came in with a pet with a snake bite. Both were visibly rattled. I had to help one of the owners fill out the intake paperwork, as no help was offered. While we have a dog being put to sleep in one room, two frantic owners in the lobby, and me anxiously awaiting test results, the two people at the front desk talked about their weekend plans and laughed. This went on the entire time I was in the lobby. We were taken to an exam room. The doctor could not pull up the xray images. After waiting for some time, my nerves were frazzled and I ask that she simply dictate what she found, as we did not need visuals. She denied my request and left for 15-20 minutes while trying to figure out how to get the results sent to the correct computer. That wait was horrible as we had absolutely no clue as to what was going on. She finally returned and told us that there was an issue with our dog's spleen and that the surgery would be $8,000 and "probably not worth it." The other options were to take her home and simply wait for natural death, take her home with Chinese herbs that would help death come sooner but not ease the pain, or put her to sleep. At that time I asked my husband to bring our children down to say goodbye. Understand, that morning we left for work with a perfectly healthy (so we thought) 6 year old dog and this decision was absolutely unexpected. After waiting an eternity, the tech came in and administered the medication that caused her breathing to slow and eventually stop. We never saw the doctor after our decision was made. No one offered condolences or their expressed regret that we had such a heavy experience. In fact, though there were signs on two doors that said "please be quite, someone is saying goodbye to a loved one" we walked out with red, swollen faces to staff still cracking jokes behind the desk. It felt surreal. Sometime later a voicemail was left letting me know her remains were ready for pick up. Before I could call back, they placed a second call. Quite frankly, I wasn't ready to take that call knowing what it was about, but I answered. The person on the other end was very matter of fact and ended the conversation saying that if I don't come by the end of the week my dog's remains would "be disposed of." Mind you, this is the first time their office ever talked to me...it isn't like months or even weeks had passed since I was given this information. Additionally, my dog's cremation was a service that I paid several hundreds for. To act like they were doing some favor by holding her 5" x 7" box in their office until I could pick her up was unacceptable and cruel. Over the years I have had many pets that passed and I have never, ever experienced such treatment. I, unfortunately, have to drive by this location daily and every time I do I think back to the poor treatment we experienced from the time we checked in until we picked up our dog's remains. I write this as a word of caution because I would genuinely hate for another pet loving family to ever experience this.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DOG HERE!…read more Absolutely unacceptable experience. I picked up my dog from Heavenly Pet Resort in West Covina, and she came home covered in ticks. Not just one or two--she had ticks ALL OVER HER after staying at a facility that is supposed to provide a clean and safe environment for pets. As a pet owner, that is completely unacceptable. What made the situation even more frustrating was the initial response. Instead of immediately taking responsibility, my wife was told that our dog must have gotten the ticks after we got home. That explanation made no sense to us, especially considering the number of ticks we found almost immediately after picking her up. It felt like they were trying to shift the blame instead of taking our concerns seriously. Instead of bringing our dog home and enjoying having her back, we had to inspect her from head to toe, remove ticks, worry about tick-borne diseases, sanitize our home, and take her to the veterinarian. No pet owner should ever have to deal with that after paying a boarding facility to care for their pet. To their credit, they ultimately refunded the cost of our stay and paid for the veterinary visit, and I do appreciate that they took financial responsibility. However, a refund doesn't erase what happened or the stress and concern it caused our family. We trusted them with a member of our family, and they let us down.

We practice her commands every day, and she's noticeably calmer, more responsive, and an absolute joy to take on walks. Overall, the time she spent away was well worth it. She came home with a solid foundation, and we've gained the knowledge and tools to continue reinforcing her training. We'll definitely be sending her back for boarding and refresher training while we're abroad later this year because we couldn't trust Juan and his team more. Juan has also been excellent with communication, always taking the time to answer our questions and provide guidance. We highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for quality dog training.

From day one, Juan provided exceptional customer service. He was never pushy, took the time to explain the training process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and was always easy to reach whenever I needed him. I ultimately chose the 5-week off-leash obedience program. As difficult as it was to leave my puppy for that long, it was absolutely worth it. My dog came home calmer, more confident, and with a much better understanding of commands such as stay, down, place, come, yes, and no. She listens significantly better and is clearly more focused and well-mannered. Oh and let me not forgot to mention she is now crate trained and potty trained. She now sleeps comfortably in her crate and understands that potty time happens outside. The facility itself is beautiful, private, and extremely clean. I also want to give a special shoutout to Dom for the incredible care and dedication he showed my dog during her stay. If you're considering professional training for your dog, I highly recommend reaching out to Juan and his team. The investment was one of the best decisions I've made for my dog. and I'm so grateful for the foundation they've helped build for her future.
