Ruby is a recent graduate of the Puppy school and Beyond the basics programs, and we couldn't be more grateful for our experience here at Pack Pawsitive! When we started looking for a training program for Ruby last year, she was very dependent, anxious around other dogs, and struggled with listening to commands. Through a friend, we heard about Pack Pawsitive and were impressed with what was being taught here. When we were first introduced to the trainer Harmony, she was very kind and attentive and we knew she would make a difference in Ruby's learning experience. We loved reading through Ruby's report card at the end of each day and seeing what new things she learned! One of the best parts of Pack Pawsitive's programs is the digital resource library where we can refer to handouts and videos that throughly explained how we can continue to train Ruby at home. The in-person training sessions were also especially helpful, and Harmony was very insightful towards our questions and concerns. Seeing Ruby's growth week to week has been extremely rewarding and couldn't have been done without Harmony and the trainers at Pack Pawsitive. Ruby has become much more confident and focused, and has improved so much with socializing with other dogs. She learned new cues like recall, place, leave it, leash manners, and door manners which has made a great difference in our daily routines. Sgt. Pepper is the first dog my husband and I have adopted together so we wanted to give him the best chance at getting adjusted as soon as possible. Since he was a rescue and estimated to be 2 years old, we weren't sure if we would be able to train him by ourselves. We researched several local programs and settled on Pack Pawsitive because of the positive reviews and program offerings that seemed to best suit our little guy. We were not disappointed!! Sgt. Pepper joined Puppy School in Sept 2024 and we decided to continue enrolling him in the Enrichment Daycare for 2 days a week because he genuinely enjoy coming every time! Puppy School was incredible! We received report cards and photos/videos demonstrating the training so we could see how to continue it at home which was the most helpful and tailored specifically to our dog. He learned basic cues such as sit, stay, down, leave it, and place. At the end of Puppy School we received an in home visit from Harmony who was able to help us with any trouble we were having with at home training to make sure the it tranferred in a different environment. The most exciting part of this program has been seeing him open up and become more social. He truly enjoys his time here and we are so glad that the Pack Pawsitive team is helpful, caring, invested, and professional with everything. We adopted a very skittish puppy with horrible separation anxiety late last year. She was attached to my hip, I was unable to go anywhere or do anything, as she would just howl and be in fear while I was away. We decided to look into doggie daycare for her in hopes it would build confidence. Most of the daycares were free for all style and we did not feel it would benefit her to have minimal supervision with her demeanor. We came across Pack Pawsitive and decided to enroll our Olivia into their puppy school program after speaking with Nicole. The first day of school we could hear our girl crying inside the facility from our car. I really felt like she thought we were abandoning her. After about 2-3 days Olivia LOVED going to school. Her bond with Harmony warms my heart. And now she cannot wait until she gets to see Harmony and her doggie friends daily. This establishment is well worth every penny, they give you exactly what you pay for and even more. Harmony's program is excellent, well structured and follow up is amazing. We love the daily report cards, and the arts and crafts that get sent home that they have the dogs make during school are the greatest thing ever. Nicole and Harmony really make this establishment top notch. Any issue or concern is always addressed. We were unable to have Olivia attend school for a week, and they reached out daily to see how they could help and let us know that we were in their thoughts. We are SO happy with the results from Pack Pawsitive's Puppy School, it far exceeded our expectations! Our 6-month-old puppy, Hank went from a feral little gremlin to a goodest boy in just three weeks. We started seeing results in the first week, and by the end of the program Hank can sit, down, stay, place, heel, middle, touch, wait and is such a little gentleman both in and out of our home. Pack Pawsitive provided lots of resources and how-to videos/documents so we could keep up with his training at home, and every night we would get a report card discussing what was done that day, what he did well, what needs work, and videos of his training sessions....which was probably our favorite part! Harmony is such a sweet and caring owner. I have a super chewing dog at home, and she helped me work with him on his temperament and helped give me some pointers on how to help him and prevent him from ingesting toys as he literally eats EVERYTHING. I originally had contacted her for doggy daycare and she has amazing policies in place to protect your pets to ensure they are a good fit for the daycare!! I really appreciated the fact that she offers an assessment for the behaviour of the dog prior to taking any dogs into her pack. She also has a policy where if you haven't been to the daycare in a certain amount of time, your dog has to have a reevaluation, which is standard for all doggy daycares, as they want to make sure the pack works harmoniously. This helped reassure me that Pack Pawsitive was a good fit for my fur baby, and that they truly care about each and every dog they take care of. She really cares about each and every client, and provides us with any updates if we ask or check in on our dog. Dog whisperer!!!! Harmony is incredible! I thought my 2 boys would be untrainable but she is helping mold them into little gentleman. We have 3 male dogs, 1 shih tau, 1 weenie yorkie, and 1 Lhasa apso senior. We are also expecting our first baby! our main focus was the 2 younger dogs for better obedience, controlled barking, and less aggression too each other. Harmony is so organized and patient. we instantly felt comfortable with her and so did the dogs. She did a thorough pre-exam on their behaviors and personalities, identified their strengths and weaknesses to develop the perfect training curriculum. She started off with basic techniques and advanced based on the dogs ability. She is very knowledge and provides VERYYYYYY HELPFUL reading materials to help owners master training. Harmony did home training visits and even gave great advice on how to incorporate baby items into the dog's routine for best practices when she is born. my boys are on their third week and already 1000x more attentive and obedient. As owners, remember you must practice with your pet a.k.a just like doing your homework. practice makes perfect and helps their new habits stick. We've been connected to Pack Pawsitive for a little over a year. Our rescue baby Petey loved their doggy daycare, and we were obsessed with his daily report cards and pictures they would send us. Unfortunately we had to stop taking Petey to daycare due to a medical incident that happened on site (accidents happen). Harmony worked closely with us to help cover the cost of most of his medical expenses. She offered us private training to make up for the portion of the expenses that their insurance couldn't cover. We initially had some hiccups in communication around scheduling Petey's training, but this has improved with the hiring of more staff to support Harmony. Harmony and her operations manager Nicole put together a nice training program to help us meet Petey's needs. Pack Pawsitive really cares about every single dog in their care, and I appreciate the love and individual attention they've shown Petey. We're excited to see Petey thrive under Harmony's structure and guidance. read more

This review is based on my own personal experience by physically visiting facility, I have never been a customer. I was looking for a daycare facility for my pet and drove by this place and figured why not stop in for a visit & get some information. From signage it did seem to be open. It is located in the same parking lot as I believe it is called Purrfect Auto, actually right across from where the cars are being worked on. The door is located right under the physical address number and by the thing that looks like a hand sanitizer. Have to ring the bell and wait for someone to come and unlock/open door. This facility/place seems, from the outside, like a good size. From my observation there were so many pictures covering every window that you cannot see firsthand where the entrance/office is when you are entering parking lot from the side. I could not see much of anything through windows of facility/place. Especially if they have the shades drawn down. The signage that is available to indicate hours of operation does not mention "napping hours for the dogs" when they are considered closed and therefore cannot assist in answering newcomers or visitors' questions about the facility and what they offer. At least I was unable to locate the signage that did on their window/s when they are "technically" open to customers even though what they have displayed is of pet daycare hours. This place seems very private to me and do not allow customers/clients to visit inside at all from what i was told. I guess the way to describe it is like those veterinary places that you cannot come inside with your pet but only drop them off with the person who comes outdoors to greet you. For me, that is too much blind trust in a place that I have never had prior experience with, nor do I know any of the employees that will be with my dog throughout the day. I was told you can get a virtual prerecorded tour of the place and call manager with any questions from a person who seemed friendly. There is something different about being able to schedule a time/day to physically/in person be able to speak to someone who has the time and be allowed to see in real time the facility/place your pet will be visiting/staying/playing that I prefer than by phone and prerecorded video. It is unfortunate this place was so closed off to allowing customers to meet and view, in person, the place where their pet might potentially be visiting. For me I need more transparency than that. I cannot just base my experience off of prior great reviews. So, my advice is to call this place first before even thinking of visiting. read more

They are very friendly and very good about getting back to you in a timely manner. My dog absolutely LOVES it here. He gets to play with dogs most of the day and the staff will also work on teaching him tricks as well. It's very stimulating for him and he gets very excited whenever I drop him off. One of my favorite things they do is send you a little report for the day that says how your dog was, who he might have played with, and will send videos and photos. They are also very good about it letting you know if there any mishaps that happen during the day. Ex: if my dog isn't feeling well I cannot recommend them enough :) read more

Business and owner are completely unresponsive and do not get back to emails or calls at all. My family has had a dog in daycare at this facility since before it changed ownership, and never had this problem before. Magic! My extremely energetic puppy absolutely loves this place! The staff is so helpful and patient with her because she is just a ball of energy. I love that's it's not just a place to drop off your furry loved one for playtime with other dogs. This daycare incorporates fun activities for them to do also: playing with puzzles, hide and seek, so many activities. It's fabulous! And I get pic and a report card every day she goes. My puppy made a pumpkin for Halloween, a funny Halloween spider picture, and dressed in a costume. In addition, the private training that is offered is so helpful. Pack Pawsitive really tries to work with your schedule. Harmony has such patience with my work-in-progress puppy. After the first week of bringing home my beautiful, lovable, "wild child" G.S., Bella, from the Baldwin Park shelter, I got a recommendation from my vet to have Bella evaluated to see if she would be a good candidate for day camp. She was bursting with energy and definitely needed some boundaries. Harmony was an excellent influence on Bella, as her trainer. Two and a half years later, Bella still loves going to Pack Pawsitive! UPDATED REVIEW: in the last few months, in addition to taking Jack to daycare, I bought a training package to get more help with loose leash walking manners. The first few sessions were done at the Pack Positive site wherein Harmony walked Jack in neighboring streets and worked on his leash walking skills. Harmony then came to my house for the last few sessions and worked with me and Jack together. She also worked on, and showed me, his door manners. Maybe it's because he's Finally starting to grow out of his puppy phase, maybe it's because Harmony is a Great Trainer, maybe it's both, but I am finally able to handle him on a leash! This has been my goal for almost two years and I can finally see that this is a realistic goal. We have to practice still and probably always will have to continue practicing but at least I now feel comfortable and safe walking Jack into the vet or a store, etc. And, he's happier because he gets to go more places. Win! Win! If you and/or your pup have any training needs, I cannot recommend Harmony highly enough! read more
