I've been a customer at Pack N Post for over ten years, but I am cancelling my mail box (like many others have done since the business changed hands). Today is the second time they have GIVEN MY PACKAGE TO ANOTHER BOX HOLDER! The whole reason I pay over $200 per year is so I have a secure place to receive mail and packages! Since the change of ownership, the shop is no longer open on Saturdays, and they take great liberty taking extra time off during the holidays when people have even more packages they are expecting to send and receive. Bottom line - raised prices, shorter hours, and giving packages to the wrong customers. read more

I have written before about lost packages from this business. This time, however, they have exceeded themselves. This time, they lost my medication order which means when I need a refill, I'm screwed with my insurance. This business is going downhill at an alarming rate. I doubt they will be in business long unless something drastic happens. read more

As someone who has a job, I will never again make it to this business while they are open so can collect my mail when they're closed on Saturday (we can access the front door and mailbox But obviously not packages). I have been a box holder here for almost nine years. Yes its been through new ownership but its still the same PNP with wonderful employees. I have all my packages sent here and they are always good about letting me know when I receive a package. Even with a small back room and the Christmas time of year they are overwhelmed with box holders packages but I love that I can have my packages sent there instead of being possible stolen out here in the county where we live. I appreciate the business and all the employees that work very hard. I would also like to say I understand the frustration from other reviews on hours but the owner does put a notification on the door two weeks in advance so I make sure I schedule my deliveries when they are open. Not happy with their complete lack of customer service. after walking in a 50lb package, with my young daughter... a clerk asked me if I had a QR code for the return. When I said "yes" she treated me like complete because this store doesn't have scanners for QR codes. So instead of helping find a solution, or asking me to email them my return paperwork, or allowing me to use their computer to pull up the paperwork (on Amazon), this rude woman turned her back on me & quit talking to me. This particular clerk actually qualified as a complete b - itch! what on earth has happened to people since 2020?! Most of them are RUDE & ARROGANT now, & will be found working customer service in businesses. I will never return to this particular UPS. Brought in a small knit viking helmut that needed to be sent. The lady behind the counter was super kind. We looked in to the cheapest way in which to send it. They place your item in which ever box or envelop you choose and add any packing peanuts or whatever is needed to keep your item safe. They then seal it, address it and send it on the way. They may charge a little more but they take super duper care of your items. If you are not sure what is the cheapest way to mail something just ask. They will inform you of all your options and the choice is yours. I feel all the employees here are friendly and kind. read more

No longer a hub for the community. Under new ownership as of spring 2023. The new owner is unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff is transient and turnover is constant. Sadly it has become just another business in an increasingly populated area, where community doesn't matter. Don't let the local business model fool you. It's locally owned but poorly run, with NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. After 20 years I am taking my business elsewhere. read more

This business marks up shipping more then other packing and shipping businesses. The lady that runs the store is plane Rude. The only reason for one star is there is no option for zero stars. I will never set foot in this place again. I'll head right down the road to a much more reputable, professional shipping and packing store. The friendliest people! I have never had such good service at any other packing place. I do not even waste my time driving to the post office. I was helped to package my gift, safely with bubble wrap! Then they sealed and put sticker on and everything. I paid for the shipping and small fee for the box. Love this place. I had decided to ship a 37 x 40 inch painting to a friend in California, rather than driving over the Sierras in winter to deliver it. The lady who helped me (I did not write her name down, to my chagrin) was very knowledgeable in shipping, having worked at UPS for many years. We packaged it up and got it gone. Pack N Post failed to tell that UPS would not guarantee 1 day delivery. We were charged $87 for delivery of a phone that arrived late on the 3rd day. If we would have know there was no guarantee we would have sent it 3 day or not shipped it at all. They have refused to give us any refund. read more

I love their service. This is a neat place with a small community feel. I don't have a P.O. box here and I print my own postage at home, but they are always friendly. They've been willing to help out when I needed to drop off large outgoing packages, or had an important overnight item shipped to me (they held it for me without an account, which they didn't have to do). If there's ever something I cannot handle myself, I will always use this place. My one and only criticism is the cigarette smell. I don't know if a door is open in the back by a smoker, if its emanating from a smokers clothing or there's an ashtray somewhere inside. All I know is that more than once its been strong enough to be more than bothersome. It won't stop me from going there, but it does make me want to get out of there faster. read more

He charged me full price when I had a return label to be sent free as my package was unopened because he became slightly aggressive. No intention to upset anyone. Oh well. Went here on a Saturday at noon to get a document notarized and picked up by FedEx by 1:00. Even though we didn't call ahead, the notary was there and we took care of that and made our 1:00 deadline. Highly recommend. read more

These people are so friendly and efficient. I always take my pkgs here to mail them. They always look for the cheapest way to ship whether it is usps,fed ex or ups. They also have notary service, but call ahead to make sure the person is in. They have a selection of birthday, event cards incase you need it . Lastly, i like to support local and this business gives back to the community by sponsoring one of the bands at the lazy 5 summer concerts in the park. I went to this store and mailed two large envelopes to my Son's at the same time for Christmas and paid a lot to ensure they received them on Christmas Eve one son in Arizona got his on the day they said and my other Son who lives in Orange county never got his so I started to track it and it never left the Pack n post ? I went to UPS and FedEx to ship a light box and screamed at the huge price. A neighbor told me to go to Pack N Post and the prices were the same as the other two places. The difference is they took the time to explain about dimensional weight which I later looked up to find was true. At any rate, they found a way to repack and saved me good money. They were friendly to everyone, with a lot of joking going on. I left in a better mood than I arrived. And yes, I'd go here than the other places anytime. read more
