The service was very good and are server was great. Food was good also. Went on a Thursday night which is karaoke night, fun times.

I ordered from here via delivery and I will be ordering more in the future as well as planning a visit to dine in. The pappardelle bolognese is some of the best I've had! I can't wait to try more offerings read more

I had the tour of Italy (I think that is what it was called) and it came with lasagna, chicken parmesan, and Alfredo. The Alfredo was not the best, everything else was just okay. The person I went with got shrimp scampi and they did not like it at all. The restaurant was busy and the service was good so I would go back but I do not think I would go for any pasta dishes. read more

Excellent food and atmosphere. We stumbled across this gem near one of our regular dinner spots and now it's become a regular favorite. Everything we have eaten here so far has been amazing. The owner and staff are friendly and make a point to come chat with the customers. It feels like a cozy neighborhood pub but with excellent food. Indoor and outdoor dining with a bar that opens to the outside for casual seating and a separate area for more dinner atmosphere. Definitely going back again! read more

It was our first time ever eating at Pacino's last night we went with our family. We were beyond impressed with the food and service as well as the over look of the establishment. Cynthia was our server and was outstanding. Coming from an Italian family this was amazing. read more

We went to Pacinos for lunch. We were seated immediately in a corner, which was nice, but we felt for our server since it was a long ways from the kitchen. My wife got the lunch Chicken Parmesan, which would be a dinner portion at many restaurants. She was very happy. I somehow decided to have a Muffuletta sandwich, and odd choice for me but I also enjoyed and the fries that came with it. I also had an Iced tea. The being a long ways from the kitchen meant our server took a while to bring sweetener for the iced tea and some other extras. We could see why it took a while, but not everyone would be so understanding. Now we need to come back for dinner, since we enjoyed our food and found the service friendly. (No photos, somehow they were not saved.) read more

This is the best Italian restaurant in Arizona! My family and I enjoy coming here. every single entree is delicious and the portions are generous. Pacino's has the best staff in the restaurant business! A very special shout out to our server Zavier, he is great! And special thanks to Frank. He runs a tight ship! read more

Expensive but DIVINE. The Bada Bing Shrimp was very spicy but I was brave and devoured it all because it was so good. The Baked Brie Crosta was also delicious and I devoured it like an animal. Very messy, would not recommend eating on a first date but highly encourage eating alone or with someone you already love without fear of judgement read more

I had the grilled salmon and artichoke and it did not disappoint! Everything else also tasted phenomenal. We waited for a while for the appetizers to come out, but they tasted good. The waiter was unaware of their wine selection so we had a bit of a mixup there. The live music was so fantastic! I loved all their songs. read more

Salmon salad was very good. My husband ordered the meatball sub but he didn't care for it. He said it was boring, no flavor and had very few small sliced meatballs, and not enough cheese. Their AC unit was going out and it was very loud and distracting. read more

Went there last night with family. The food was not good and the staff not attentive. Paid 100 for something I could have made better myself. I really wanted this place to be good as my family was hungry and we never get to go out together esp for expensive dinners. read more

I went in on a rather quiet Wednesday afternoon, and I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, but the true star of the show is the wait staff, who were incredibly helpful and kind. Their service deserves six stars! read more

I dined there last Friday, and had the Taste of Italy combo. I ended the evening with great abdominal discomfort, and constant trips to bathroom. It is now Thursday and I am still contending with stomach cramping which I relate to some sort of food poisoning. Won't be back, as the food was not worth all this discomfort. A DrX visit still may be called for. read more

Doesn't honor their coupons, doesn't even know what they have out there. Frank the owner requested we text the coupon to him, I told him I would bring it when we came in for take out. He asked me to text it again. You would think they would take care of their customer over a lousy couple of bucks. Not worth the hassle. read more

They had a great country band playing and the service was phenomenal! Order the baked Brie! We also liked the chicken parm, grandmas meatballs, Gorgonzola salad & calamari! Will def be back when in the area! read more

Paid 20 dollars for chicken alfredo and I could have made better alfredo at home with store bought pasta and sauce. There was no flavor at all and it didn't seem special at all pretty disappointing especially for a place that seems popular and busy all the time read more

Excellent experience from the moment we walked in. The ambiance was wonderful with a pretty decent live music, hostess was warm and friendly and waitress tended to us immediately and consistently checked in on us after placing our order. Started out meal with a 3 meatball appetizer, which was very flavorful. The generous portions of our lasagna and eggplant Parmesan dishes were simply delicious, truly authentic Italian, as we had when we lived back East. This is definitely our Italian hot spot! read more

Nice place. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Good food at a fair price. Overall a nice dining experience.

Great food and atmosphere, very friendly and inviting, a bit pricey tho but the food is tasty. Great desserts as well.

I don't typically like lasagna at Italian restaurants but this lasagna is to die for. Excellent beer and alcohol and wine selection depending on your taste. If you go there be sure to try the deserts! I don't know what's tastier, the lemoncello mascarpone or the tiramisu. read more

The meatball appetizer was delicious, the pear salad with spiced pecans was super yummy! The main dish was Alfredo and penne Ala vodka... both were lacking flavor.. great clean reataurant and friendly staff.... Would go back for the appetizers and salad read more

There was little to love about Pacino's. The service was lacking - we had a reservation for 4 people and arrived 5 minutes early. The hostess seated us right opposite the door at the first table she came to. We asked to be moved to a more sheltered table and she was unapologetic. Our waitress could not describe any of the dishes beyond what was written on the menu. Our group was mixed on the food - the salmon got high marks, as did the Linguini with Clams. The lasagne was so so. One of our group ordered the Bolognaise. The waitress delivered spaghetti and meatballs, saying "The kitchen got it wrong. I can get you the Bolognaise in 15 minutes." He accepted the spaghetti and said it wasn't special. We also ordered wine from the wine list The waitress came back with another employee who said they were out of the wine we had ordered but he had substituted another wine that was "Good and only $2 more". The wine was opened without asking if we wanted it. It was very ordinary. Finally, halfway through our meal our waitress came and said someone else would be taking care of us because she was going to clean the toilets and she would not return to the floor after cleaning the toilets. Ten minutes later she was back serving our table!! Bottom line: The setting looks like any other strip mall restaurant, the service was badly lacking and the food was ordinary. read more

Ordered a margarita pizza and was flavorless. I could have gotten a pizza somewhere else that actually had flavor. Also ordered a side Caesar salad that was just lettuce and croutons with barely any dressing. The atmosphere was also interesting in the fact that the employees spent more time standing around and gossiping. I also watched the food expeditor shove an employee out of the way while she was prepping a to go order for a customer. He then argued with her to find something else to do. The chef shook hands with customers from behind the counter and didn't wash his hands. My husband's chicken Parmesan tasted like it was microwaved and his fettuccine Alfredo was flavorless. This place needs to work on the food and employee standards for sure. read more

Every once in a while this Italian ventures out to see if hey restaurants can compete with mama. Dropped by Pacino's a couple weeks back with the family and we all had different meals. The toughest critics, the chillens didn't leave a crumb! Even mama was happy. Matthew and Frank, super great guy. Told us about his little Rod Stewart tribute coming up so we made a reservation for four. It's me mum's favorite. Just dropped by this evening had a wonderful dinner and some seriously fine entertainment. This is such a good place to bring the family for some authentic Italian cuisine or just to hang out and chill. Looking forward to satisfying my taste buds my on some meatballs on the next run!! read more

My hubby, dad, and myself came here for happy hour and we loved it. It has this neighborhood bar feel with amazing Italian eats. My favorite small dishes where the fried mozzarella and meatballs. YUM YUM! My hubby and dad love the wings and house chips. Their happy hour prices where great as well. I did not know that they had bands playing during the weekends. We will definitely come back and eat in the dinning room next time to try more of their main dishes. read more

I'm not sure how this place manages to stay in business. I took my mom there for lunch and it was terrible. I ordered their "Macaroni and Cheese with Jalapenos and Meatballs". When the dish arrived there were plenty of jalapenos but no meatballs, and unfortunately the macaroni was dreadfully undercooked. When I pointed that out the waiter apologized and said he would have a fresh one made. The next plate had two tiny bits of meatball, and NO jalapenos. Unfortunately the macaroni remained undercooked. I don't mean al dente, I mean crunchy in the middle. I pointed this out to the waiter who apologized again and told me that the dish was supposed to have one large meatball cut into quarters and he couldn't understand why my dish had two quarters of a meatball. Because time was running and my mom was close to finishing her meal I asked for a quick sandwich. It came and was fine, but when we got the bill I was still being charged for the more expensive macaroni dish and not the cheaper sandwich. We were also being charged for drinks that were clearly advertised as free on the table tents. Overall poor food and sloppy service. read more

I have no problem with the no mask/no social distancing at all... My issue is with the whole experience-except for the hostess, who was very friendly and accommodating. I don't leave reviews for restaurants. I do, however, feel compelled to write one for this evening. We were served by Amanda. We ordered cocktails which took far too long to arrive, but they were busy and I understand. In fact, I'm very glad to see restaurants busy! Amanda was very sweet, but came back to the table to three times to make sure she had the right item ordered. We ordered a Caesar salad, Crispy calamari and mussels. No special requests. The Caesar was fine-loaded with very dry chicken. The mussels were good. The calamari was dried out and too chewy. (I know and love good calamari.) We ordered wine midway through the meal-my glass came about 10 minutes later. My husband watched as his glass was either given to someone else , or returned to the bar when she realized it was not the right wine. It took 15 more minutes to get his glass of Pino! I'm not sure if the restaurant just wasn't prepared for the customers, or our server just couldn't remember anything-either way, probably won't go back. The food was just not worth the lackluster service. Bummer evening. read more

On Valentine's day, they offer only a four course set menu. It was great. But under these conditions, I will need to update my review based on the normal menu. What did we have? Marscapone Bruschetta; Salad with gorgonzola, raisins and pine nuts; Hanger Steak, Salmon, and Airline Chicken Breast. For dessert we all shared a mixed selection: Mini Cannoli's, and Salted Carmel Cheesecake. In technical terms, I would sum-up the meal as follows: Yummy! read more

Never had such terrible service and so disorganized....first couldn't find our reservation and then they finally sat us. Little while later they wanted us to move to a back corner away from the entertainment, we said no. Then she said the wrong entree and when questioned she said they changed it and I showed her the pic I took 4 days prior showing what it said. Then when we ask about desert she said that was for the first show, again I showed her the pic of the menu so she finally brought 2 pieces of cheese cake for 3 of us to share. When the owner called to talk to us he, he said I don't need your f..king business and told us to go f..k our selves.....I will never go back ... read more
