Ambiance is nice but don't care for the room temp water in little glasses on the table. Waiter must have been new because service was poor by hey, he was new. This was the second time I have eaten there and don't plan to return. First visit I found the chicken parmigiana to be bland and tastless. Second time I ordered pizza and it had the flavor and consistency of a frozen pizza, need more be said about that? I ordered calimari for the table which was good but on the pricey side. Unbelievable place to dine. Our waiter was very efficient & friendly, the food was delicious at a gracious cost. I'd describe ambiance as a very dark but warming restaurant. The only downfall was an employee working at the restaurant that went outside and left the side door open although it was rather warm outside. The person had no care that we were sat directly next to the door and obviously was raised in a barn. I had to get up and close it myself. So Im blown away that after living in AZ for 3 going to 4 years and literally being like 5 min away from Pacino's i had not tried this restaurant till 2/13/21..The food was delicious and service was amazing. We did have to wait a bit but that was because we didnt do a reservation and of course it was Valentines weekend but they were really good about quickly finding a table for us. Food and price is great. Food was nice and hot when it came out and prompt service. We were pretty excited because the newspaper listed this as the place to go for Easter brunch on this side of town. We were sat at a table that was not set up . Waited for 15 minutes to be acknowledged. We were brought ou drinks but there was no salt and pepper on the table. The server said she would bring it but never did. As it was a buffet, we tried to get new plates every time we went up but even the plates that they were offering were dirty. Everything that should have been warm was cold. The salmon was overcooked. The ham was cut into bite size pieces. What appeared to be chicken marsala was dry, cold, and extremely salty. What was supposed to be carved prime rib was overcooked, cold, and dry. When the bill came, they recommended a minimum of a 20% tip up to a 30% tip. This was for a buffet where the service we had was horrible and did I say they added on a three per cent Visa charge that was not disclosed until you got the bill? God made it challenging to get a reservation and I probably should have listened to him on this Easter Sunday. I wish I would have kept my reservations at BJ Brewery because for the price, McDonald's would have been better. read more

My husband and I came here for dinner and were not disappointed! They had live music the night we went (Friday) which made for a great atmosphere. We were well attended to by every staff member (except they got kind of pushy with dessert). My husband ordered a chicken parmesean which he said is his new favorite. He also got a side of angel hair with pesto sauce and he cleaned his plate. I ordered penne alla vodka and it was also delicious. We will definitely be returning and would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Great spot! We ordered takeout, picked up our food and had a picnic on the Salt River. All the items were good (although my daughter said her Alfredo was a little bland...) The pizza, the burger and the salad were all really delicious. The steak on my salad was cooked perfectly. All in all, we were pleased with our order and will definitely come again! read more

We went there for my friends birthday. The waitress was extremely nice but.... We waited along time for our food and it was so slow at the hr we went in. Finally got out food my shrimp were almost raw sent them back. When we were done that said they had dessert for the birthday girl we waited and waited and didn't want to grow older waiting so we left. Sadly I would never go back here. read more

My family & I love this place. We always come here for family dinner. And I've never once had a bad experience here until today. My husband and I come in at 9:30 , & we make sure to ask first if it's still okay to order due to the restaurant closing soon . We sit at the bar because they are cleaning dining room side of the restaurant. My husband orders a drink & gets carded . He shows the bartender the most recent drivers license on the MVD app. The bartender asks for a physical copy of the ID. My husband recently got the picture changed and the ID flipped horizontally due to being over 21. The bartender refuses to serve him & was not very nice about it. Both IDs are valid & not expired . The MVD app works anywhere else we've ever been, including getting pulled over. Hope our next experience can be better :( read more

This is the case with Pacino's. We have been going there for almost 6 years and the owner, Frank, is always there. From pasta dishes to veal, the food is great and reasonably priced. And, if you want something more casual, don't overlook the pizza and wings as both are excellent. We like to sit in the bar area or outside and both are large enough that you can always get a seat. Frank always spends time with his customers and does everything he can to make your experience enjoyable---from great conversation to recommending the right wine. Also, when you are there, don't forget to ask Frank or one of the servers for the entertainment schedule. He brings in a variety of performers to fit all tastes. read more

This is one of our go/to favorites, we are always greeted warmly and rarely have to wait for a table. The menu is varied with a couple of great vegetarian options, my favorite being the eggplant. Recently they changed their menu and added a Brie appetizer with fig and cashews that is out of this world! I order it every time, sometimes that's all I get! My family and I have lived in Las Sendas for 7 years. We have always seen Pacino's and for some reason have never tried it. Tonight we decided to give them a try and are very happy we did. I wish we would've been coming here for years! We had the manicotti, 6 layer lasagna, veal and pork meatballs, sausage, and a pizza! We all lived every bite! Thank you to Mike as well. I made a reservation for New Years Eve for 8. When we arrived, I could see our name first on the list, but we were told I called and canceled. I had not! With no other choice, we were seated on the patio and it was cold. Heaters worked intermittently. No tablecloths, so so food and the owner could have cared less. Will never go back! read more

Hair on the Pizza- I was very disappointed how the Manager/owner handled my call. I found 2 hairs on the takeout pizza. I called Pacino's just to let them know but the Manager/owner was very argumentative. He was telling me that the cook doesn't have hair and doesn't know how the hair got into the pizza. I told him I'm not going to dispute the charge. I'm just calling to let him know about this. He Manager/owner exact quote was "why are you calling if you are not complaining" unbelievable. I feel like he was referring to me that I put the hair into the pizza. I posted this in Nextdoor app and see what he responded in my post. Regardless, I received food from his restaurant. Went to eat there on a Friday night, looking for some good Italian food. Ordered their osso bucco, and the dish was actually fine. Pretty tasty, nice, close to perfection. Great. But the service... where to start? Ok, let me sum it up for you: ignoring patrons is not a good idea. I was hoping to order a coffee and a tiramisu. Except that, once I was done with the osso bucco, nobody asked me if I wanted anything else. Not even the check... I just sat there waiting... waiting.. 5 minutes... 10 minutes... at the 15 minutes mark, I was done waiting. Left more than enough cash to cover the cost of the dish, then walked out. Probably left a much larger tip than I should have left as a result. Basically: it does not matter if your patrons are a group of 8 or a single person who wants to chill at the bar. I had the tour of Italy (I think that is what it was called) and it came with lasagna, chicken parmesan, and Alfredo. The Alfredo was not the best, everything else was just okay. The person I went with got shrimp scampi and they did not like it at all. Beautiful little spot to take my family this evening, Service was slow and didn't seem knowledgeable about what beers were available on tap. Received my food "taste of Italy" and it wasn't warm, overall was a so so experience which is a bummer because we live 2 blocks away and I love Italian food. Hopefully service can improve and food quality. Our server seemed to just not care, didn't clear empty cups or dishes from our table, and didn't have recommendations. It was our first time in. Expensive but DIVINE. The Bada Bing Shrimp was very spicy but I was brave and devoured it all because it was so good. The Baked Brie Crosta was also delicious and I devoured it like an animal.
