He's a mobile mechanic; if you got an emergency or need flexibility on location, he's your guy. He comes out to you. 2. He has YOU buy the parts, so money saved not being upcharged by the dealer/shops. I used to drive a 2012 Mercedes Benz C250, which had more than 169,000 miles on it at the time. After I got a check engine light, Artec Automotive determined that the issue would cost at least $2,500 to repair. Instead of encouraging me to do the repair, I was advised to avoid the repair, given the car was getting up there in miles and may have required much more repairs shortly after. I ended up selling the car shortly after. I have never had a company advise me NOT to do a repair that would have generated plenty of revenue for the company just for the labor fee alone. This act of honesty was so incredible because I am used to mechanics ripping people off. Artec is the best Automotive company I have ever worked with, for their honesty & transparency, for their overall value, and for their knowledge of vehicles which they freely give to customers like me.
