Pacific Stone has been an amazing team to work with, from the custom designs, custom colors and one of a kind finish. The amount of time and detail they spent on our very large home installation is fantastic! The entire team is amazing to work with from start to finish. Truly Incredible. I highly recommend Pacific Stone Design for anyone looking for the absolute best precast company to give the exterior and/or Interior the perfect fit and finish. Leonard read more

Scott the owner was a pleasure to work with and his recommendations fitted into the scope of our project very well. The Pre Cast Fire pit assembled well and the product and hardware was well made. We can highly recommend Pacific Stone Design for their professionalism and easiness to work with. read more

Expensive-Expensive-Expensive!!! I've used this company now a couple of times and as another reviewer wrote, was run by the father and now by the son. I had a much better experience with the father when I started... and is likely related to the other older reviews with better scores. My second time with them was with the son and it was a huge hit to the wallet (I do mean huge), but I was committed to the project and bit the bullet. Unfortunately, I'd already started my project with their product and needed to finish so I went back to order more balusters and caps. (btw: They won't take back any overages of standard products that they make.. and helped develop the order for)... more sticker shock! OMG! That said and to be fair, I have not seen any issues with the baluster product, the caps and bases do chip easily and can stain or discolor if you don't use and seal right away. They have a great showroom and lots of cool stuff and ideas but just be prepared to dump out your bank account or max your credit cards with these guys. Overall recommendation... find another supplier with good product for a fraction of the cost. read more

Terrible experience. They won't stand behind their product, blames on installation but the one not installed was the same way. They won't return calls so we will have no choice but to go to small claims. If I could give -100 I would. Stay away from this company! read more

Pacific Stone Design - Coping. They wont stand behind their product. I have called several times, they wont return calls - Building Supplies Near Me - Santa Ana, California

We used Pacific Stone for our pool coping in the first quarter of 2020. I would highly discourage anyone from doing business with this company. The product they manufacture is terrible quality and their customer service is non existent. Our pool contractor contacted them about the poor quality in the coping and that the coping was discolored and Greg their sales representative never even responded. I have called their offices and left more than 6 messages for Greg and he has yes to respond. When I did not get a response from Greg I contacted the owner Scott whom also has never responded. I have sent multiple emails trying to get some help with this issue. The coping is marbling, chipping and flaking off in our pool. Our pool is only 13 months old so this is not acceptable. read more

One star cause I couldn't give them 0! This company will not take accountability for their poor quality product, they will blame installation. After contacting them they offered to rectify , how.... They wanted to charge me to make it right!! They told me the only way and not guarantee was to acid wash and sealed but it was going to cost me. How can you run a business and not stand behind your product! Not only my installed coping looks terrible, the ones not installed look the same! Obviously is was not the installation but the low quality product. Shame on you for not taking care of your customers! read more

So disappointed in their product. Our stone pavers are cracking all over the place and yard was fine less than 1 year ago!!! I even tried contacting them with no response. I'm not sure why a company would sell outdoor pavers that crack immediately. We even spoke to a Pacific Stone Rep about the best way to lay the pavers and we did exactly as he suggested. We have spent all our money on using this product and now we are stuck with cracks everywhere. Do not buy!!!! read more

Pacific Stone Design - Cracks in pavers and this is only one spot of maybe 20 different spots. - Building Supplies Near Me - Santa Ana, California

Terrible quality. Father ran the business for years as I understand then son took over. We used in yard and within months had fading finishes and could even see gray concrete underneath exposed where finish had faded. Really really poor quality. We trusted our builder choosing this stuff but shouldn't have. The material chips, scuffs and marks easily. It also stains easily even if you pay their big premium to have them seal it. I'm not talking about red wine ... I'm talking about water and debris over time staining it. It is just garbage product. I know folks who have concrete and decking that last led 30-40 years. This stuff is barely making it after a year. Really upsetting. JUNK. LOOK FOR OTHER PRODUCTS. AND as others said it's some man's band and their support stinks. Don't let the fancy show room fool you. The product only looks good and last in that exact environment - lightly used indoors. It is GARBAGE OTHERWISE! read more

We have a Tuscan style home that we recently remodeled, including the landscaping. Our goal was to create a yard looking more like a modern winery you'd find in Napa, rather than the traditional Tuscan style landscaping common in the 2007 - 2014 era. With the addition of a pool, outdoor kitchen, bench, firepit, and fountain, we found Pacific Stone's precast concrete designs to be modern and elevate the richness of our landscaping. Additionally, by using Pacific Stone's precast concrete, rather than brick, for our outdoor kitchen, we were able to reduce labor costs, affording us the ability to create an even more spectacular kitchen, while not compromising an inch on quality. We are thrilled with the finished product. read more

Ordered some Pacific Stone wall caps through Modern Builder. The order took 6 weeks to arrive which was past the 4 week estimate. Then on the plastic wrap someone wrote with a sharpie the incorrect number of wall caps which was 2 less than I was supposed to receive, and then when my installer opened the plastic wrap there was actually 7 less pieces than I was supposed to receive. Terrible experience, and whoever put the wall caps onto the palettes and shrink wrapped it did not know how to count. read more

Very rude, hung up on twice, without reason asked for Lucinda. Very unprofessional. There are many other businesses doing the same thing, your first impression should be a good one. read more

We used Pacific Stone for our back yard fire pit and surrounding sitting wall. It came out looking amazing and is exactly what we wanted. Couldn't be happier with the product and installation. We also had a custom fireplace hearth put in our living room. They designed and built a mold just for this application, produced the large single pre-cast piece, and custom fit it during installation. It looks wonderful and I cannot imagine any other solution for this application that would look anywhere near as unique or perfect. It gave us exactly the look we were looking for. read more
