Quality Excellent If you are in the market to upgrade your car audio system it would be in your best interest to swing by Pacific Stereo before you go anywhere else! Aside from their knowledgable staff, reasonable prices and huge inventory these guys have the absolute BEST customer service your money can buy hands down!!! Im a first time customer and came in for a car alarm, new head unit, small amp and an 8inch sub with a custom box for my Chevy Colorado at the Riverside location on the corner of Tyler and Indiana just south of the mall. The guys at this location (namely Jose) went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my satisfaction with the services they performed and I COULD NOT be HAPPIER. Jose even showed some Christmas Spirit and hooked me up with brand new out of the box Alpine speakers to replace the stock ones in the doors at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!! Who does that anymore? Sure I spent more than a couple of hours at the shop (which is why I think that Christmas Spirit came out) but hey, you cant rush the quality you get here or beat their customer satisfaction guarantee. Besides all that this place is a family friendly business with a comfortable lounge area where you and the kids can sit and watch all the sponge bob and power rangers you want on netflix or shop around in the neighboring businesses a stones throw away. I highly recommend Pacific Stereo to everyone looking to put a system in their ride and strongly urge you to ask for Jose. This guy hooked me up and I know he'll hook you up too! Thank you so much Jose and the whole Pacific Stereo team! Have a very Merry Christmas and God bless you all. read more

Excellent customer service. I have purchased all my after market needs from the moment I was introduced to them at a great price and flawless installation. For example, I purchased HID'S for my car with troubleshooting soon needed. This was do to computer issues with the Chrysler's and Dodge's power output. However, being experienced as they are, my issue was quickly fixed at no additional costs. I couldn't be more satisfied with my products and services received here unlike shops I've been to before. read more

Andy at pacific stereo was a cool guy... I just needed some terminals for my install and he didn't hesitate and gave them to me on the house... the price tag wasn't high but it was the principle... I know where I'm going to get my gear going forward read more

Highly professional staff. 10 installations later, every one exceptional. Work performed included exterior lighting, interior lighting, installation of Alpine navigation and related accessories, and custom wheels. As to price, highly competitive and often has technology before competitors. Several occasions needed to fix minor issues; consistently, issues were resolved on first and only visit. Highly recommend. read more

I went in to Pacific Stereo last Saturday 3/18 for speakers for my Jag. The computer system told Andy the wrong size for my car. I came back and told Andy my problem, the right size speaker ended up being a size larger and more expensive. Andy swapped it out at no charge and apologized for the inconvenience. I've been coming to this shop for three years with multiple vehicles and not once have been let down, or left feeling I should have gone elsewhere. I'm looking forward to having them install a double din head unit in my S-type, and eventually a remote starting system on my truck. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, These guys are the best. read more

Had a real good experience there. They'll lead me step by with everything and have my truck sounding perfect and the prices were good. Would definitely go back thanks a lot chris read more

I've seen this place off the freeway a couple of times and never had a need to come on in. Now I ordered a subwoofer and needed some wiring and happened to be passing by this place and decided to stop on by. I walked in and I was helped immediately and with a smile. The worker was genuine and helped me with everything I needed. I'll definitely be coming back if I need anything! read more

Customer for years! Satisfied everytime. I trusted them with my jeep wrangler in the past, now with my new Rubicon. Andy greeted me immediately upon walking in, offered me an array of options and focused on what was important to me (great sound without losing cargo space) he found subwoofers designed to fit my vehicle without loss of space, without impacting sound quality Never made me feel pressured to buy or settle for less. This is why I keep coming back--excellent customer service, quality products, very knowledgeable team, specialized installations with a company and staff you can trust. Before you pull out of the parking lot-they sit in your vehicle with you and show you everything you need to know about purchase and installation for best use. It's been a week since installation-the sound gets better and better as Andy explained would happen. Passengers are very impressed when they jump in. I will continue to recommend Pacific Stereo to friends, family, colleagues, and our Jeep club. Thank you! read more

I can not even begin to describe how good these guys treated me and how happy I am with their service. I gave them a three because their prices seemed good and the salesman/I'm assuming owner as he sorta made up prices as he went along, was nice enough. I mean his "estimates" always seemed to work in our favor. If you don't mind someone saying the tax'll b $15 bucks without bustin out a calculator then it's all good. read more

Ok I do not know where to start. First of all the owner Joe is fantastic, with so much respect, and he is so helpful. He makes my dad and I smile every time we go in there. These guys are not the cheapest in town, but they do the job right the first time! I was going to have another shop install the alarm on a vehicle, but it fell through, and I am glad it did. The sold me a car alarm at a fair price, installation was flawless, and they were able to get it done in a couple of hours. I also had them do a sound upgrade on a Harley that was also done very well at a fair price! read more

Great Great service. Andy is THE MAN! I can't believe he remembered my name when I was window shopping at his store. Asked a few questions about an Pioneer AVIC-8201. He had all the correct answers about the system and how it would work on my old dodge ram. I left and placed the item on my wish list. Then Christmas morning my wife surprised me. She and Andy had worked it out. Young Mr. Williams and another gentleman installed it. My truck was too old for a backup camera, but they engineered it and it works great at night without having to install a bright backup light. Thanks Andy!!! read more

Came here through a friends recommendation and was blown away by their quality of work and determination to make sure that I was 100% satisfied. I brought in my car and talked to Chris about stereo systems, subs, speakers, amps, you name it. He gave me a great package deal for everything and did a fantastic job installing all of it along with the other guys. System sounds clean even at high volumes and bass is killer. They did such an amazing job that I personally recommended my other friends go here to get their stuff done. All in all customer service is just as important to them as the quality of their work, they don't play around when it comes to this stuff. Definitely one of my top picks for the I.E. read more

Pacific Stereo is a high-end retail store that I don't mind paying a little extra to get a right for the price. I've used them in the past and never was disappoint. On my last visit a few weeks ago I upgrade my boat system and got it tuned right to sound right! During the time it was in the shop for the installation and the service my interior was damage. Not only did they pay to have my interior completely replaced they reimbursed me my original fee to have the work done for my inconvenience! I cant thank Joe and Pacific Stereo enough! I will always use them for my Sound-system needs. Sincerely Johnny Mo read more

This place is absolutely amazing!!! They workers there are super cool and really focus on what's best for your budget and lifestyle rather than trying to just sell speakers and move on with their day. Actually, they were the ones that told me I didn't have to replace my sub or amp so that was a plus because the day before I went somewhere else and they told me otherwise!! My entire family goes here and it's definitely worth the money. read more

Pacific Stereo - Car Stereo Installation Near Me - Riverside, California

Great prices! Great people! Great service! And quick too... After looking over the many options, I purchased 2 keyless entry car alarms and got them installed SAME DAY... I had went to Best Buy to purchase an in-dash dvd/audio system, back-up camera and considered the over-head dvd player to be installed in my van. I went in on the 19th of June to get it done before leaving on my vacation trip on the 27th. I spoke to the installer who said that he would be able to install in that time period depending on the arrival of parts being ordered from the companies warehouse. I asked him if it could be done by the 26th. He said that it would if all the parts came in. He would not give me an appointment time due to the parts not being available. He said that the 26th was open at the time of purchasing. The arrival time of the extra parts was 3-5 business days. I purchased all the parts on the 19th and due to my work schedule, decided to give it a chance to play out. On the 21st my wife called the store to see if she could go to other Best Buy stores in the area to get the ordered parts. She was able to get all but the dash conversion piece and then called the install department to see if she could go and get it for the install on the 26th. She was told that the we did not have an appointment scheduled and that the 26th was booked with other installs. I decided to look for other alternatives. I called Pacific Stereo in Riverside, spoke to Meemo, (Hope that's how he spells his name) approximately 8 miles away who said that they could install the equipment that I needed THAT DAY. No appointment needed, no waiting for parts, at similar pricing as best buy. BTW, the dash part for my vehicle, the Best Buy installer gets it from Pacific Stereo. I give Pacific Stereo a "10" for customer service, "10" for accessibility to products, "10" for no waiting for the install. I purchased the dash and over-head systems from Pacific Stereo which were installed the same day allowing my wife and I to enjoy movies and great sound on our vacation. Only a minor hiccup where the cord for the iPod was no pulled down to the glove box. I pulled in to the shop on the way out and they fixed it within 10min and we were on our way. The install looks great and clean. What more can I ask. Thanks guys. I normally like going to Best Buy and will probably go for general needs. But as for installation of audio systems, why should I if I will have to wait for all the items to be in store before getting an installation appointment date. And Yes, I returned all the items back to Best Buy. read more
